Jelen projekt fő célja: az utcán élők számának csökkentése, társadalmi integrációjuk elősegítése elsőként lakhatás biztosításával, foglalkoztathatóságuk, esélyeik javítása vonzó szolgálatások nyújtásával, települési szakmai együttműködés kialakításával Kecskeméten és Szegeden. Elsődlegesen Kecskeméten 10 fő és Szegeden 6 fő utcán élő hajléktalan célcsoporttag lakhatásának biztosítása a Szeretetszolgálat által bérelt ingatlanokban 18 hónapon át. A projekt fő tevékenysége mellett a munkavállalás és társadalmi integráció elősegítése érdekében a célcsoporttagok számára az alábbi szolgáltatások nyújtása tervezett: - a célcsoporttagok folyamatos mentorálása, személyes nyomonkövetése, gondozása a komplex szükségletfelmérésen alapuló egyéni fejlesztési tervek megvalósítása érdekében, - a célcsoporttagok munka világába történő visszavezetéséhez egészségügyi, állapotjavító szolgáltatások biztosítása (munkaegészségügyi állapotfelmérés, szemészet, tüdőszűrés, fodrászat, fogászat, pszichiátriai vizsgálat, szükség esetén addiktológiai tanácsadás stb.), - a munkavállalást elősegítő tanácsadás, információszolgáltatás biztosítása - mezőgazdasági, kertészeti jellegű képzés biztosítása 6 fő célcsoporttag számára - lakhatást elősegítő, közösségépítő, szociális készségeket javító foglalkozások biztosítása (Háztartási alapismeretek, életvezetési tanácsadás, Barkács klub, közösségfejlesztő kirándulás) - társadalmi integrációt elősegítő rendezvények szervezése (pl. Egy délután a hajléktalanokért) - együttműködési készséget javító támogatás nyújtása. Emellett a szakmai megvalósításban résztvevők számára folyamatos esetmegbeszélés, módszertani tanácsadás, érzékenyítő tréning biztosítása; az érintett településeken egy-egy, a hajléktalan ellátáshoz kapcsolódó szakmai együttműködés, hálózat működtetése, valamint részvétel a felhívás által előírt központi találkozókon. A 16 fő bevonni kívánt személyből 3 fő 25 év alatti életkorú, az indikátorként vállalt, lakhatásban töltött vendégéjszakák száma 6048 db. A mentorálást belső kollégák (8 fő) igénybevételével tervezzük az elmúlt években a hajléktalanellátásban gyűjtött tapasztalataik miatt, egy mentor 2 fő gondozását végzi. A projektelőkészítés során sor került előzetes szükségletfelmérésre is. A projekt során vállaljuk az esélyegyenlőségi, környezetvédelmi horizontális szempontok betartását, valamint a kötelező nyilvánossági tevékenységek megvalósítását is. (Hungarian)

The main objective of this project is: reducing the number of people living on the street, promoting their social integration first by providing housing, improving their employability and chances by providing attractive services, developing local professional cooperation in Kecskemét and Szeged. In addition, providing continuous case discussion, methodological advice and sensitisation training for participants in professional implementation; the operation of a professional cooperation, network and participation in the central meetings required by the call for homeless care in each of the municipalities concerned. Of the 16 persons to be involved, 3 persons under 25 years of age, the number of overnight stays undertaken as an indicator and spent in housing is 6048. We plan mentoring with the help of internal colleagues (8 people) due to their experience in homeless care in recent years, one mentor is responsible for 2 people. A preliminary needs assessment was also carried out during the project preparation. L’objectif principal de ce projet est de: réduire le nombre de personnes vivant dans la rue, promouvoir leur intégration sociale d’abord en fournissant des logements, en améliorant leur employabilité et leurs chances en fournissant des services attrayants, en développant la coopération professionnelle locale à Kecskemét et à Szeged. En outre, fournir une discussion continue de cas, des conseils méthodologiques et une formation de sensibilisation aux participants à la mise en œuvre professionnelle; le fonctionnement d’une coopération professionnelle, d’un réseau et d’une participation aux réunions centrales requises par l’appel de soins aux sans-abri dans chacune des communes concernées. Sur les 16 personnes concernées, 3 personnes âgées de moins de 25 ans, le nombre de nuitées effectuées à titre d’indicateur et dépensées dans un logement est de 6048. Nous planifions le mentorat avec l’aide de collègues internes (8 personnes) en raison de leur expérience des soins aux sans-abri au cours des dernières années, un mentor est responsable de 2 personnes. Une évaluation préliminaire des besoins a également été effectuée au cours de la préparation du projet. Hauptziel dieses Projekts ist: Verringerung der Zahl der auf der Straße lebenden Menschen, Förderung ihrer sozialen Integration zunächst durch die Bereitstellung von Wohnraum, Verbesserung ihrer Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und Chancen durch die Bereitstellung attraktiver Dienstleistungen, die Entwicklung der lokalen beruflichen Zusammenarbeit in Kecskemét und Szeged. Bieten Unterkunft für 10 Personen in Kecskemét und 6 Personen auf der Straße von Szeged in der Obdachlosen Zielgruppe Mitglied des Love Service für 18 Monate gemietet. Neben der Haupttätigkeit des Projekts wurden zur Förderung von Beschäftigung und sozialer Inklusion für die Zielgruppen folgende Dienstleistungen geplant: — kontinuierliche Betreuung, persönliche Betreuung und Betreuung von Zielgruppenmitgliedern zur Umsetzung individueller Entwicklungspläne auf der Grundlage komplexer Bedarfsermittlungen, – Erbringung von Gesundheits- und Verbesserungsdiensten, um die Zielgruppe wieder in die Arbeitswelt zu bringen (Berufsgesundheitsprüfung, Augenheilkunde, Lungenscreening, Friseur, Zahnmedizin, psychiatrische Untersuchung, ggf. Suchtberatung usw.), – Beratung zur Erleichterung der Arbeit, Bereitstellung von Informationen – Bereitstellung von landwirtschaftlichen und gartenbaulichen Schulungen für 6 Zielgruppenmitglieder – Bereitstellung von wohnungsfreundlichen, gemeindenahen, sozialqualifizierenden Berufen (Grundkenntnisse im Haushalt, Life Coaching, DIY-Club, Gemeindeentwicklungsausflug) – Organisation von Veranstaltungen zur sozialen Integration (z. B. einen Nachmittag für Obdachlose) – Unterstützung zur Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit. Darüber hinaus die Bereitstellung kontinuierlicher Falldiskussionen, methodischer Beratung und Sensibilisierungsschulungen für Teilnehmer an der beruflichen Umsetzung; der Betrieb einer professionellen Zusammenarbeit, eines Netzwerks und der Teilnahme an den zentralen Sitzungen, die in der Aufforderung zur Obdachlosigkeit in jeder der betroffenen Gemeinden erforderlich sind. Von den 16 zu beteiligenden Personen, 3 Personen unter 25 Jahren, der Anzahl der Übernachtungen, die als Indikator durchgeführt werden und in Wohnungen verbracht werden, beträgt 6048. Wir planen Mentoren mit Hilfe interner Kollegen (8 Personen) aufgrund ihrer Erfahrung in Obdachlosenpflege in den letzten Jahren, ein Mentor ist für 2 Personen verantwortlich. Während der Projektvorbereitung wurde auch eine vorläufige Bedarfsermittlung durchgeführt. Im Rahmen des Projekts verpflichten wir uns, die horizontalen Aspekte der Chancengleichheit und des Umweltschutzes zu achten und obligatorische öffentliche Aktivitäten durchzuführen. (German)
