Jelen projekt célja a Egyházasgergei polgármesteri hivatal energiahatékony és takarékos működtetése, a működési költségek és az üvegházhatású gázok kibocsátásának csökkentése az épület energiahatékonyságot célzó felújítása és fejlesztése által, megújuló energiaforrás használatával, mely szükséglet és igény mind a helyi önkormányzat, mind a település lakossága részéről felmerült. Az épület energetikai fejlesztésével az önkormányzat hosszú távon tudja biztosítani a gazdaságos és a jelenlegi előírásoknak minden tekintetben megfelelő, jó minőségű közoktatáshoz való hozzáférést Egyházasgerge település lakosai részére. A projektet Egyházasgerge Község Önkormányzata, mint Főpályázó a Nógrád Megyei Önkormányzati Hivatallal konzorciumban valósítja meg. A két szervezet közötti konzorciumi megállapodás alapján a projekt projektmenedzsment feladatait a Nógrád Megyei Önkormányzati Hivatal végzi. A 3185 Egyházasgerge Fő út 30 sz. alatt található az Egyházasgergei polgármesteri hivatalnak helyt adó egyszintes épület energetikai fejlesztése indokolt. Az épület1986-ban épült. Tervezés tárgyát képezi a homlokzati valamint zárófödém hőszigetelése, valamint a homlokzati nyílászárók részleges cseréje. Tervezett az épület kondenzációs gázkazán, radiátoros fűtés, termosztatikus radiátor szelepek kialakítása. A projekt megvalósulását követően a létesítmény energetikai korszerűsítése az üzemeltetési, fenntartási költségek csökkenését fogja eredményezni, amely nemcsak a fenntartónak jelent költségmegtakarítást, de a lecsökkenő energiahordozó felhasználás környezetvédelmi szempontból is előnyös. A projekt összköltsége: 14.749.700 Ft Megvalósítási időtartam: 16 hónap 3.1.1 Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek a) Önkormányzati tulajdonú épületek energiahatékonyság-központú fejlesztése, külső határoló szerkezeteik korszerűsítése által 3.1.2 Önállóan nem támogatható, választható tevékenységek a) Hőszivattyú rendszerek telepítése és hőközlő rendszerre kötése 3.1.3 Önállóan nem támogatható, kötelezően megvalósítandó tevékenységek a) Akadálymentesítés b) Azbesztmentesítés c) Nyilvánosság biztosítása d) Képzési anyag kidolgozása, képzés tartása e) Műemléki vagy a helyi védettséget megalapozó érték megőrzése (Hungarian)

The purpose of the present project is to operate the Mayor’s Office in Egyházasgerge in an energy-efficient and efficient way, to reduce operating costs and greenhouse gas emissions through the renovation and development of the building for energy efficiency, using renewable energy sources, which have arisen from both the local government and the inhabitants of the municipality. Through the energy development of the building, the municipality can ensure in the long term access to economical and high-quality public education that meets the current standards in all respects for the inhabitants of the village of Egyházasgerge. The project will be implemented by the Municipality of Churchesgerge as the Main Applicant in a consortium with the Nógrád County Local Government Office. On the basis of the consortium agreement between the two organisations, the project management tasks are carried out by the Nógrád County Local Government Office. The energy development of the one-storey building hosting the mayor’s office in 3185 Churchesgerge Main Road 30 is justified. The building was built in 1986. The thermal insulation of the facade and closing slab and partial replacement of facade doors are planned. Designed for building condensation gas boiler, radiator heating, thermostatic radiator valves design. Once the project has been completed, the energy modernisation of the facility will result in a reduction of the operating and maintenance costs, which will not only save costs for the keeper, but also benefit from a reduced use of energy carriers from an environmental point of view. L’objectif du présent projet est de gérer le bureau du maire d’Egyházasgerge d’une manière économe en énergie et efficace, afin de réduire les coûts d’exploitation et les émissions de gaz à effet de serre grâce à la rénovation et à la mise en valeur du bâtiment à des fins d’efficacité énergétique, en utilisant des sources d’énergie renouvelables, qui proviennent à la fois de l’administration locale et des habitants de la municipalité. Grâce au développement énergétique du bâtiment, la municipalité peut assurer à long terme l’accès à une éducation publique économique et de qualité qui répond aux normes actuelles à tous égards pour les habitants du village d’Egyházasgerge. Le projet sera mis en œuvre par la municipalité de Churchesgerge en tant que partie requérante principale dans le cadre d’un consortium avec le bureau local du comté de Nógrád. Sur la base de l’accord de consortium conclu entre les deux organisations, les tâches de gestion du projet sont exécutées par le bureau local du comté de Nógrád. Le développement énergétique du bâtiment d’un étage abritant le bureau du maire au 3185 Churchesgerge Main Road 30 est justifié. Le bâtiment a été construit en 1986. L’isolation thermique de la façade et la dalle de fermeture et le remplacement partiel des portes de façade sont prévus. Conçu pour la construction de chaudières à gaz de condensation, de chauffage par radiateur, de vannes de radiateur thermostatiques. Une fois le projet achevé, la modernisation énergétique de l’installation entraînera une réduction des coûts d’exploitation et d’entretien, ce qui permettra non seulement d’économiser les coûts pour le détenteur, mais également de bénéficier d’une utilisation réduite des vecteurs énergétiques du point de vue environnemental.
