Az „Az SZSZBMK pihenőházainak épületenergetikai fejlesztései” című projektjavaslat keretében, a támogatást igénylő a vonatkozó KEHOP-5.2.10 kódszámú konstrukcióhoz készült Felhívás 3.6.2. pontjában foglaltakkal összhangban, 4 db telephelyen, 5 db, a 173/2003. (X. 28.) Korm. rendelet 2. számú melléklet VI. A pihenőház minősítési követelményei szakaszában foglalt előírásoknak megfelelő épületen valósít meg épületenergetikai fejlesztéseket. Az épületek elavult hőtechnikai adottságainak javítása és az energiafelhasználás csökkentése érdekében megvalósuló épített infrastruktúra beruházási fejlesztések a következők: - 1. sz. projektelem (PE1): Nyíregyháza - 60 férőhelyes nővérotthon épület (4400 Nyíregyháza, Szent István u. 68. [Hrsz. 3503/1]) - 922,8 m2 fűtött alapterületű, 2 szintes fejlesztéssel érintett épített infrastruktúrát érintő kivitelezésre, illetve 4 kW teljesítményű napelem telepítésére vonatkozó feltételes közbeszerzési eljárás eredményeképpen létrejött feltételes vállalkozási szerződés keretében megvalósuló kivitelezési munkálatok - 2. sz. projektelem (PE2): Nyíregyháza - 6 lakásos orvosszálló épület (4400 Nyíregyháza, Sóstói u. 62. [Hrsz. 0104/2]) - 387,4 m2 fűtött alapterületű, 3 szintes fejlesztéssel érintett épített infrastruktúrát érintő kivitelezésre vonatkozó feltételes közbeszerzési eljárás eredményeképpen létrejött feltételes vállalkozási szerződés keretében megvalósuló kivitelezési munkálatok - 3. sz. projektelem (PE3): Nyíregyháza - 70 férőhelyes medikusszálló épület (4400 Nyíregyháza, Sóstói u. 62. [Hrsz. 0104/2]) - 994,2 m2 fűtött alapterületű, 2 szintes fejlesztéssel érintett infrastruktúrát érintő kivitelezésre vonatkozó feltételes közbeszerzési eljárás eredményeképpen létrejött feltételes vállalkozási szerződés keretében megvalósuló kivitelezési munkálatok - 4. sz. projektelem (PE4): Nagykálló - Nővérszálló épület (4320 Nagykálló, Széchenyi u.29. [Hrsz. 2303]) - 655,7 m2 fűtött alapterületű fejlesztéssel érintett infrastruktúrát érintő kivitelezésre, illetve 15 kW teljesítményű napelem telepítésére vonatkozó feltételes közbeszerzési eljárás eredményeképpen létrejött feltételes vállalkozási szerződés keretében megvalósuló kivitelezési munkálatok - 5. sz. projektelem (PE5): Mátészalka - Nővér- és orvosszálló épület (4700 Mátészalka, Puskin u. 18. [Hrsz. 2488/11]) - cca. 931 m2, 3 szintes és 154 m2 tetőtér fejlesztéssel érintett épített infrastruktúrát érintő kivitelezésre vonatkozó feltételes közbeszerzési eljárás eredményeképpen létrejött feltételes vállalkozási szerződés keretében megvalósuló kivitelezési munkálatok A fenti kivitelezési projektelemek előkészítéseként - az 5 db létesítmény épületenergetikai célú felújításához szükséges műszaki előkészítési tevékenység (műszaki tervek, épületenergetikai tanúsítványok, számítások) külső szolgáltató általi teljesítése, továbbá - a felújításhoz kapcsolódó feltételes közbeszerzési eljárások (2 db) 1 fő közbeszerzési tanácsadó (saját teljesítés) általi lefolytatása történik. Az épített infrastruktúra beruházáshoz kapcsolódó kivitelezési tevékenységekkel összefüggésben, továbbá - a műszaki ellenőri tevékenység, illetve - a kivitelezést követően szükséges tanúsítványok elkészítésének és számítások elvégzésének feladatát külső szolgáltató teljesíti. A projekt megvalósításának megkezdésétől a projektmenedzsment tevékenységek ellátása folyamatos. A projektben - 1 fő projektmenedzser (7 év releváns munkatapasztalat), - 1 fő pénzügyi vezető (7 év releváns munkatapasztalat) és - 1 fő projekt asszisztens (7 év releváns munkatapasztalat) teljesít feladatokat. A támogatás igénybevételéhez kapcsolódó tájékoztatás, nyilvánosság biztosítása tevékenységek ellátása, a projekt megvalósítása során folyamatos, a „KTK 2020” Útmutató arculati és tartalmi előírásaival összhangban. A projekt megvalósításának tervezett időszaka: 2016.10.01.-2017.05.31. (8 hónap). A projekt költségigénye: bruttó 165 644 089 Ft. (Hungarian)

[Ref. (0104/2]) — Construction works under a conditional contract for the construction of a 387.4 m² heated infrastructure with a heated floor area of 387.4 m² and involving a three-level development project — Project element No. 3 (PE3): Nyíregyháza — 70-seat medic hotel building (4400 Nyíregyháza, Sóstói u. 62. [Ref. 0104/2]) — Construction works under a conditional contract for the construction of infrastructure with a heated floor area of 994.2 m² and affected by a 2-storey development — Project element No 4 (PE4): Nagykálló — nurses’ hotel building (4320 Nagykálló, Széchenyi u.29. [Ref. 2303]) — Works carried out in the framework of a conditional contract for the construction of infrastructure affected by a heated floor area of 655.7 m² and the installation of 15 kW solar panels — Project element No 5 (PE5): Mátészalka — Sister- and medical hotel building (4700 Mátészalka, Pushkin u. 18. [Ref. 2488/11]) — cca. As a result of the conditional procurement procedure for the construction of the construction infrastructure affected by the construction of 931 m², 3 levels and 154 m² attic, construction works carried out under a conditional contract for the construction of the above construction project elements — the performance of the technical preparation activities (technical plans, building energy certificates, calculations) necessary for the renovation of the 5 installations for building energy purposes by the external service provider and — the conditional procurement procedures for the renovation (2 pcs) by 1 main public procurement consultant (own performance). An external service provider shall perform the task of drawing up and carrying out the necessary certifications and calculations in connection with the construction activities related to the construction of the built infrastructure, as well as the technical inspector’s activity and — after the completion of the construction. From the start of project implementation, project management activities are carried out on a continuous basis. In the project — 1 project manager (7 years of relevant work experience), — 1 financial manager (7 years of relevant work experience) and — 1 project assistant (7 years of relevant work experience). The provision of information and publicity related to the use of the assistance is carried out on a continuous basis during the implementation of the project, in accordance with the corporate and content requirements of the ‘KIC 2020 Guidelines’. Un prestataire de services externe exécute la tâche d’établir et d’effectuer les certifications et calculs nécessaires dans le cadre des activités de construction liées à la construction de l’infrastructure construite, ainsi que de l’activité de l’inspecteur technique et — après l’achèvement de la construction. Dès le début de la mise en œuvre du projet, les activités de gestion de projet sont menées sur une base continue. Dans le projet — 1 chef de projet (7 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente), — 1 gestionnaire financier (7 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente) et — 1 assistant de projet (7 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente). La fourniture d’informations et de publicités relatives à l’utilisation de l’aide est effectuée de manière continue au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet, conformément aux exigences en matière d’entreprise et de contenu des «lignes directrices de la CCI 2020».
