A MUMGÉP Kft. jogelődje 1997-ben alapult. Jelenleg mezőgazdasági földútjavításhoz, makadámút javításhoz, kisebb terhelésű felületzárt útalap rehabilitációjához, anyagterítéshez, padkanyeséshez, hó rendezéshez gyárt és forgalmaz kiváló minőségű, könnyen kezelhető, függesztett, vontatott grédereket, útgyalukat, kőtörőt, tömörítőgépet mező- és erdőgazdasági termelőcégeknek, önkormányzatoknak - felső-középkategóriás minőségben. Cégünktől az általunk gyártott gépek személyre szabottan is megrendelhetőek, azaz egyedi géptervezést is vállalunk bizonyos kereteken belül. Emellett vállalkozásunk a helyi igényeket figyelembe véve hegesztési és forgácsolási bérmunkákat végez. Sok magyarországi és Kárpát-medencei viszonteladó céggel állunk kapcsolatban, akik termékeinket értékesítik önkormányzatok, mezőgazdasági vállalkozások, erdészetek és nemzeti parkok számára. Az éves gyártott darabszám 50-100 db között van. Piacán Magyarországon a MUMGÉP abszolút piacvezető, mely pozíciót a Kárpát-medencén keresztül tovább szeretnénk erősíteni, majd kiterjeszteni Európa többi országára is. Cégünk rendelkezik ISO 9001:2015 tanúsítvánnyal. A Kft. a 2017. üzleti évben 13.943.000 forint árbevételt realizált export tevékenységből, mely a teljes árbevétel 7,8%-a, így exportorientált KKV-nak minősül. Éves nettó árbevétele 2016. évről 2018. évre 98,3%-kal nőtt. A jelen projekt a cég fióktelepén, az 5400 Mezőtúr, Szolnoki út 5. szám alatt valósul meg, a városi ipari park területén, ahol a cég tulajdonképpen a teljes gyártási tevékenységét végzi. Megalapítása óta ezen a helyszínen folyik a konkrét termelő munka, kezdetben 5 fővel, jelenleg 8 főállású munkavállalóval végzik fémipari gyártó és összeszerelő tevékenységüket. Munkavállalóik mindegyike többéves fémipari szakmai tapasztalattal bír, ismereteiket a mai napig folyamatosan fejlesztik. Találhatók köztük hegesztők, lakatosok, szerszámkészítők is, valamint fémipari segédmunkások. A cég egyre nagyobb megrendelői körrel, így egyre nagyobb gyártási igénnyel rendelkezik, és ennek megfelelően céljában is áll piaci részesedését is növelni. Mindezek - értelemszerűen - a Kft-től az általa kibocsátott termékek mennyiségének növelését, a gyártási sorok optimalizálását, így tehát kapacitásnövekedést kívánnak meg. Ehhez rendelkezésre is áll a szakértelem, a menedzsment-képesség, a piaci lehetőségek, illetve az alkalmas helyszín is, de a cégnek mind a gépparkja, mind pedig munkavállalói állománya növelésében ehhez fejlődnie kell, mert csak így tudja a megnövekvő kapacitásnak megfelelő munkafolyamatait teljesíteni. Ezért döntött úgy a cég menedzsmentje, hogy a jelen pályázati projekt keretében (önerőből, saját forrásból) beszerez 1 db Lorch MicorMIG Pulse 400 A-s hegesztőgépet; 1 db Metallkraft KRBS 101 csőáthatás szalagcsiszológépet; és 1 db MCX25220 Elektromos prés - Hidraulika cső prést, és ezek működtetéséhez a jelen projekt segítségével felvesz 1 fő hegesztő, 1 fő lakatos, és 1 fő mezőgazdasági és ipari karbantartó munkavállalót. A vízhűtéses nagy teljesítményű hegesztőgép hasznosítása: Ezen eszköz által cégünk a régi hagyományos nagykőrösi és karcagi MÍG gépekkel szemben nyáron, nagy melegben is folyamatos hegesztést tud elérni, nem kell megvárni amíg a túlmelegedett gép visszahűl és tovább tudjuk folytatni a hegesztést. Előzetes kalkulációk alapján a nyári meleg hónapokban legalább 50%-os hatékonyság növekedést tudunk elérni ezzel a géppel, és az új hegesztő kollégával ezen területen. Megállapítható, hogy a hegesztés rezsi óradíja mindennel együtt kb. 3.500-5.000 Ft között mozog, ami azt jelenti, hogy napi átlagos 15.000 Ft-os hatékonyság-többletet realizálhatunk, ami az adott hónapokat tekintve ismét egy 1 M Ft-os árelőnyt jelent. Nem beszélve a gép pontos, precíz, kiszámítható munkájáról, ami által vállalatunk komoly minőségű alvállalkozói munkát tud végezni hegesztés területén, amire (jól ismerve a jelenlegi piaci környezetet) nagy igény is mutatkozik. A hidraulikus csőprés hasznosítása: Cégünk átlagosan 50-100 db gép / év között gyárt csak saját fejlesztésű grédert, és egy géphez átlagosan 3 pár hidraulika csőre és csatlakozóra van szüksége. Ezek gyártásának kapacitásnövelését lehetne elérni e géppel, azaz ezen fontos alkatrész a cég gyártási-javítási-karbantartási folyamataihoz mindig, és kellő pontosságban-mennyiségben-minőségben tud majd a cég rendelkezésére állni. Emellett egy piaci rést tudunk vele kiaknázni bérmunka-szolgáltatás területén, mert ezen alkatrészekre igen nagya a kereslet más hasonló cégek tekintetében is. A csőáthatás szalagcsiszoló gép nagyon fontos az alapanyagok (zártszelvények, csövek) leszabása után a pontos illesztésekhez, összeállításokhoz, amelyek ilyetén is mérhető minősége az egyik legfontosabb tényezője a Kft. által gyártott és forgalmazott gépek technológiájának. Mindezek létrejöttével elmondhatjuk, hogy a jelen projekt segítségével a cég kb. évi 20%-os kapacitásnövekedést, és így kb. ugyanekkora árbevétel növekedést tud majd elérni. (Hungarian)

The predecessor of MUMGÉP Kft. was based in 1997. At present, it produces and distributes high-quality, easy-to-use, towed towed graters, road planners, stone crushers, compacting machines for agricultural and forestry production companies and municipalities — in the upper-middle category. From our company, the machines we produce can be ordered individually, i.e. we undertake custom machine design within certain limits. In addition, our company performs welding and cutting work, taking into account local needs. We are affiliated with many Hungarian and Carpathian Basin reseller companies, who sell our products to municipalities, agricultural businesses, forestry and national parks. The annual production is between 50 and 100 pieces. MUMGÉP is an absolute market leader in Hungary, which we would like to further strengthen through the Carpathian Basin and extend it to the rest of Europe. Our company is certified ISO 9001:2015. In the 2017 financial year, the Ltd. realised a turnover of HUF 13.943.000 from the export activity, which represents 7.8 % of the total turnover, and is therefore considered to be an export-oriented SME. Its annual net turnover increased by 98.3 % from 2016 to 2018. The present project is carried out at the company’s branch at 5400 Mezőtúr, Szolnoki út 5, in the area of the urban industrial park, where the company actually carries out its entire production activities. Since its founding, the concrete productive work has been carried out in this location, initially with 5 employees, currently 8 full-time employees, which carry out their manufacturing and assembly activities in the metal industry. All of their employees have years of professional experience in the metal industry, and they continue to develop their knowledge to this day. These include welders, locksmiths, tool makers, and metalworkers. The company has an increasing number of customers, thus increasing production needs, and is therefore also aiming to increase its market share. All of these — mutatis mutandis — require an increase in the quantity of products it issues, the optimisation of the production lines and therefore an increase in capacity. To do this, there is also expertise, management capacity, market opportunities and the suitable location, but the company needs to develop in order to increase both its machine fleet and its workforce, as it is the only way to complete the workflows corresponding to the increased capacity. That is why the company’s management decided to purchase 1 Lorch MicorMIG Pulse 400 A welding machine as part of this tender project (self-resourced); 1 Pcs Metallkraft KRBS 101 Pipe Reaction Tape Grinding Machine; and 1 pcs MCX25220 Electric Press — Hydraulic Pipe Press, and to operate them with the help of the present project will hire 1 person welder, 1 main locksmith and 1 main agricultural and industrial maintenance worker. Utilisation of the water-cooled high-performance welding machine: Through this tool, our company can achieve continuous welding in summer as opposed to the old traditional MÍG machines in Nagykőrös and Karcag, even in high heat, we don't have to wait until the overheated machine cools back and we can continue the welding. Based on preliminary calculations, in the summer warm months we can achieve at least 50 % efficiency gains with this machine and our new welding colleague in this area. It can be noted that the hourly fee of the weld is between HUF 3,500-5,000, which means that we can realise an average efficiency surplus of 15.000 HUF per day, which again represents a 1 M HUF price advantage for the given months. Not to mention the precise, precise, predictable work of the machine, which enables our company to perform high-quality subcontracting in the field of welding, for which there is a great demand (knowing the current market environment). Utilisation of hydraulic pipe press: Our company produces an average of 50-100 machines/years of own developed grédert, and an average of 3 pairs of hydraulic pipes and connectors for one machine. This machine could be used to increase the capacity of their production, i.e. this important component will always be available for the company’s production-repair-maintenance processes, and in sufficient accuracy, quantity and quality. In addition, we can exploit a market niche in the field of toll labour, because these components are also in demand for other similar companies. The pipe-impact tape grinding machine is very important after cutting the raw materials (seal gauges, pipes) for precise fittings and assemblies, the quality of which can be measured as one of the most important factors of the technology of the machines manufactured and distributed by the Ltd. With the creation of all of these, we can say that with the help of this project, the company will be able to achieve a capacity increase of about 20 % per annum and thus an increase in the turnover of about the same amount. Le prédécesseur de MUMGÉP Kft. était basé en 1997. À l’heure actuelle, elle produit et distribue des râpes remorquées remorquées de haute qualité, faciles à utiliser, des planificateurs de routes, des concasseurs de pierre, des compacteurs pour les entreprises de production agricole et forestière et les municipalités — dans la catégorie du milieu supérieur. De notre société, les machines que nous produisons peuvent être commandées individuellement, c’est-à-dire que nous entreprenons la conception de machines sur mesure dans certaines limites. En outre, notre société effectue des travaux de soudage et de coupe, en tenant compte des besoins locaux. Nous sommes affiliés à de nombreuses sociétés de revendeurs hongrois et du bassin des Carpates, qui vendent nos produits aux municipalités, aux entreprises agricoles, aux forêts et aux parcs nationaux. La production annuelle se situe entre 50 et 100 pièces. MUMGÉP est un leader absolu du marché en Hongrie, que nous voudrions renforcer à travers le bassin des Carpates et l’étendre au reste de l’Europe. Notre société est certifiée ISO 9001:2015. Depuis sa fondation, le travail de production de béton a été réalisé dans ce lieu, initialement avec 5 employés, actuellement 8 employés à temps plein, qui exercent leurs activités de fabrication et d’assemblage dans l’industrie métallurgique. Tous leurs employés ont des années d’expérience professionnelle dans l’industrie métallurgique, et ils continuent de développer leurs connaissances à ce jour. Il s’agit notamment des soudeurs, des serruriers, des fabricants d’outils et des métallurgistes. L’entreprise a un nombre croissant de clients, ce qui augmente les besoins de production, et vise donc également à augmenter sa part de marché. Tous ces éléments — mutatis mutandis — nécessitent une augmentation de la quantité de produits qu’il émet, l’optimisation des lignes de production et donc une augmentation de la capacité. Pour ce faire, il y a aussi l’expertise, la capacité de gestion, les opportunités de marché et l’emplacement approprié, mais l’entreprise doit se développer pour augmenter à la fois sa flotte de machines et sa main-d’œuvre, car c’est le seul moyen d’achever les flux de travail correspondant à la capacité accrue. C’est pourquoi la direction de l’entreprise a décidé d’acheter 1 Lorch MicorMIG Pulse 400 A dans le cadre de ce projet d’appel d’offres (autofinancement); Rectifieuse de bande de réaction de tuyau KRBS KRBS de 1 Pcs Metallkraft; et 1 pcs MCX25220 Presse électrique — Presse hydraulique de tuyauterie, et pour les faire fonctionner avec l’aide du présent projet embauchera 1 soudeur, 1 serrurier principal et 1 principal travailleur agricole et industriel d’entretien. Utilisation de la machine de soudage haute performance refroidie par eau: Grâce à cet outil, notre entreprise peut réaliser le soudage continu en été par opposition aux anciennes machines MÍG traditionnelles à Nagykőrös et Karcag, même à haute chaleur, nous n’avons pas à attendre que la machine surchauffée se refroidisse et que nous puissions poursuivre le soudage. Sur la base de calculs préliminaires, pendant les mois chauds d’été, nous pouvons réaliser des gains d’efficacité d’au moins 50 % avec cette machine et notre nouveau collègue de soudage dans ce domaine. Il est à noter que la redevance horaire de la soudure est comprise entre 3.500 et 5 000 HUF, ce qui signifie que nous pouvons réaliser un excédent d’efficacité moyen de 15,000 HUF par jour, ce qui représente une fois de plus un avantage de 1 M HUF pour les mois donnés. Sans oublier le travail précis, précis et prévisible de la machine, qui permet à notre entreprise d’effectuer une sous-traitance de haute qualité dans le domaine du soudage, pour laquelle il y a une forte demande (connaissance de l’environnement de marché actuel). Utilisation de la presse à tuyaux hydrauliques: Notre société produit une moyenne de 50-100 machines/an de grédert développé, et une moyenne de 3 paires de tuyaux et connecteurs hydrauliques pour une machine. Cette machine pourrait être utilisée pour augmenter la capacité de leur production, c’est-à-dire que cet élément important sera toujours disponible pour les processus de production-réparation-entretien de l’entreprise, et avec une précision, quantité et qualité suffisantes.
