A Bombasei Decor Kft. 1989 óta működik 3800 Szikszó, Bajcsy- Zsilinszky Endre utca 28 szám alatt édesipari dekoráció gyártását végzi. A BOMBASEI Dekor Kft–nél hagyományos kézi technológiával, valamint folyamatosan megújuló termékekkel segítik a cukrászok munkáját. A magas minőségi követelményeknek eleget téve a pályázó termékei: csokoládé plakettek, egyedi feliratozással, különböző színekkel. Kézi formázású csokoládé díszek torta díszítéséhez. Cukordíszek, virágok, rágógumi figurákat. Nyomdázott marcipán plakettek, valamint marcipán rózsák hagyományos és barokk stílusban. Kisebb jelentőséggel nem élelmiszer jellegű termékeket – transzferfólia és tortacsipke – is gyártanak. Terméktanácsadással, folyamatos vevőlátogatással igyekszik a cég a meglévő és leendő partnereink munkáját hatékonyan támogatni, igényeiknek messzemenően megfelelni. Alapanyagok: fehér-, tej-, étcsokoládé, kakaóvaj, marcipán, cukor és számos engedélyezett adalékanyag. A vállalkozás jelenlegi megtermelt éves mennyisége alapján csokoládé plakettek értékesítéséből 243.500 e Ft, marcipán termékek értékesítéséből 70.000 e Ft, cukor virágok, figurák értékesítéséből 81.000 e Ft értékű mennyiség került termelésre, nem élelmiszerjellegű termékek értékesitésének árbevétele 12.000 e Ft. A vállalkozás ezzel a tevékenységével piacvezetőnek számít, ezért szerepe meghatározó a cukrásziparban. A pályázó vállalkozás stabil értékesítési vonalakkal (alapokkal) rendelkezik. Az értékesítés megoszlása 15% belföldi forgalomban, 85% export. A belföldi értékesítésben partnerei pl. Szamos Marcipán Édesipari Termelő és Kereskedelmi Kft., Hungest Hotels Zrt. Az értékesítések szállítói szerződések alapján történnek, a pályázó által biztosított szállítással, valamint a www.bombasei.hu oldalon található e- kereskedelem alapján. Kereskedelmi partnerekkel szerződéssel rendelkezik. A vállalkozás 30 éves működése alatt stabil beszállítói hálózatot alakított ki, akikkel beszállítói szerződéseket kötött. Saját előállításból nem származik alapanyag, így a beszerzett alapanyag aránya: 100%, mely teljes egészében az EU- ból származik. A tulajdonosi szerkezetet tekintve a weiss group holding AG 20%-os tulajdonlást birtokol, Kuszmann Ágota Gwendolin 20%-os tulajdoni résszel, Ebe Stefanie 30%-kal, Budai Csaba pedig szintén 30%-kal rendelkezik. Kuszmann Ágota Gwendolin és Budai Csaba vezető tisztséget tölt be. A foglalkoztatotti létszám évek óta 40 fő körül mozog, melyből 8 fő szellemi dolgozó a többi munkavállaló pedig a nagy kézimunkaigényű dekorációk gyártását végző fizikai alkalmazott. A vállalkozás vezetője Kuszmann Ágota, aki 1992 óta végzi feladatát, végzettsége alapján vendéglátóipari üzemgazdász, tapasztalt szakember, a vállalkozás egészét, a gazdasági részt, a termelést, a beszerzést ellenőrzi, vezeti. Budai Csaba a termelés vezetője, aki 1999- óta áll munkaviszonyban, végzettsége alapján agrármérnök. Tapasztalt, megbízható szakember, a termelés és feldolgozás folyamatát vezeti és ellenőrzi. A vállalkozás alkalmazottai betanítás után végzik munkájukat, mivel komoly kézügyességet követel az alapanyagok formázása. A munkaügyi központtal rendszeresen együttműködve gyakorlati képzést szervez a pályázó, így a résztvevők közül a megfelelő kompetenciákkal rendelkezőket tudja foglalkoztatni. A projekt megvalósítási helyszíne a Kft. meglévő székhelye, illetve az ott felépülő új 1.277 m2-es épületszárny, mely a cég tulajdonában áll, gazdálkodási tevékenység végzésére alkalmas. A felvételre kerülő munkavállalókat napi 8 órás munkaviszonyban kívánják alkalmazni a Munka Törvénykönyvének megfelelően, munkaköreik 2 fő termelésvezető és 2 fő édesipari termékgyártó. A kézműves technológiával készített étel dekorációk készítése, nagyon munkaigényes, gépiesítése csak kis részben megoldható. Az újonnan felvételre kerülő 2 fő termelésvezető és a 2 fő édesipari termékgyártó munkavállaló mindegyike hozzájárul a cég kapacitásainak bővítéséhez. A létszámbővítés és az új, nagyobb üzemben való működés lehetőséget nyújt arra, hogy szélesebb árukínálattal, nagyobb kapacitással erősebbé váljon a cég, így újabb piacok nyíljanak meg előtte. A jelenlegi 892 m2 üzemméret gátat szab a megnövekedett kereslet kielégítésére, a létszámbővítés mellett megvalósuló beruházás folytán a jelenlegi üzem összesen 2.167 m2 alapterületű üzemre bővül, melyben lehetőség nyílik a nagyobb volumenű rendelések elkészítésére, a kínálat szélesítésére, valamint a termelés mennyiségének növelésére, mely a foglalkoztatottak számának növelését igényli. A projekt célja tehát, hogy a megnövekedett üzemmérethez megfelelő humán erőforrást biztosítson, indokoltságát alátámasztja a kereslet bővülése. A projekt eredményeként 4 fő új munkavállaló kerül alkalmazásra, a cég ezzel hozzájárul a hátrányos helyzetű Szikszói járás foglalkoztatási mutatóinak javulásához, helyben biztosít jelentős számú munkahelyet az itt élők számára.
