A projekt keretében a faforgács és más részekre aprított fatermék gyártási tevékenységünk kapacitásbővítését kívánjuk megvalósítani. Továbbá a gyártás során keletkező, eddig fel nem használt biomassza melléktermék (fakéreg frakció, szikáncs, poros rostaméret alatti fafrakció) tovább feldolgozása is megvalósul, mivel ezen melléktermékből továbbértékesítési céllal fa brikettet állítunk elő. A projekt keretében fejlesztendő tevékenység elsősorban a 1610 '08 Fűrészárugyártás, mely gyártás során keletkezett melléktermékből további exportképes termék kerül előállításra, ezáltal projektünk másodlagos fejlesztendő tevékenysége a 1629 '08 Egyéb fa-, parafatermék, fonottáru gyártása. Ezen tevékenységek végzésével jelenleg is foglalkozunk. A 2014. évi beszámoló alapján a 1610-es TEÁOR-ból származó árbevétel: 232.068.312 Ft (30,88%), míg a 1629-es TEÁOR-ból származó árbevétel: 281.854.325 Ft (37,51%) volt, tehát nettó árbevételünk 68,39%-a származik ezen tevékenységekből. A projekt keretében a faforgács és más részekre aprított fatermék gyártási tevékenységünkhöz több gép/technológia kerül beszerzésre. Az alábbi eszközök megvásárlását tervezzük a beruházás során a faforgács és más részekre aprított fatermék gyártási tevékenységünkhöz: 1 db forgódobos dobszárító berendezés görgőkkel, hajtóművel, 1 db biomassza tüzelésű tüzeléstechnika, 1 db légtechnika, légszállítás anyagleválasztással és 1 db dobrosta, a bemenő anyag válogatásához. A gyártási folyamat során keletkező melléktermék feldolgozásához 1 db préselés technológia, rendszerbe illesztéssel kerül beszerzésre, amellyel a brikettgyártás tevékenységünket fejlesztjük. A termelő berendezések telepítéséhez egy biomassza előkészítő-keverő üzemcsarnok megépítését is tervezzük. A csarnok kivitelezését az indokolja, hogy a projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő gépek üzembe helyezése megvalósuljon. A fejlesztéssel érintett telephely jelenleg 100%-ban kihasznált. A termelési kapacitás bővítéséhez szükséges a gépek/berendezések beszerzése. Ezen eszközök telepítéséhez pedig elengedhetetlen a csarnok megépítése. A projekt keretein belül a tevékenység folytatásához szükséges anyagmozgatás, raktározás és csomagolás berendezéseket is beszerzünk, melynek keretében megvásárlásra kerül 1 db elektromos targonca, tovább 1 db teleszkópos rakodógép és 1 db mérleg. A gyártási tevékenység bővítéséhez szükséges a nyilvántartását irányító rendszer bővítése, ezáltal a beruházás keretében 2 rendszerrel, a gyártási terület és a projektmenedzser szoftverekkel bővítjük a rendszerünket, ezzel is segítve a faforgács és más részekre aprított fatermék gyártási tevékenységünket és a vezetőség döntés-előkészítési tevékenységét. A projekt megvalósításával termelési tevékenységünk bővül, az előállított termékek volumene növekszik, ezáltal a megtermelt többlettermékek értékesítése többlet árbevételt generál. (Hungarian)

In the framework of the project, we aim to increase the capacity of our production of wood chips and wood products shredded into other parts. Furthermore, the unused biomass by-product (bark fraction, scalpel, dusty sieve fraction) generated during the production process will be further processed, as wood briquettes are produced for resale from this by-product. The activity to be developed in the framework of the project is the 1610‘08 Production of Timber, which produces further exportable products from the by-product of the production, thus the secondary activity of our project is 1629’08 Other wood products, cork products and plaited articles. We are currently dealing with these activities. On the basis of the 2014 accounts, the turnover from TTEOR 1610 is as follows: HUF 232,068,312 (30.88 %), while the turnover from 1629 TEÁOR: It was HUF 281.854.325 (37.51 %), i.e. 68.39 % of our net turnover comes from these activities. As part of the project, several machines/technology will be purchased for our production of wood chips and shredded wood products. We plan to purchase the following tools during the investment for our production of wood chips and other wood products: 1 rotary drum dryer with rollers, gearing, 1 biomass fueling technology, 1 air technology, air transport with material separation and 1 drum fiber to sort the input material. For the processing of the by-product resulting from the production process, 1 pc pressing technology is purchased by insertion into a system, with which we develop our briquettes production activity. For the installation of production equipment, we also plan the construction of a biomass-mixing plant hall. The construction of the hall is justified by the fact that the machinery to be procured under the project is put into service. The site concerned by the development is currently using 100 %. The purchase of machinery/equipment is necessary to increase production capacity. The construction of the hall is essential for the installation of these devices. Within the framework of the project, we also purchase the material handling, storage and packaging equipment necessary for the continuation of the activity. In the framework of this project we buy 1 electric forklift, another one telescopic loader and 1 weighing machine. In order to expand the production activity, it is necessary to extend the management system of the register, thus we extend our system with 2 systems, the production area and project management software within the framework of the investment, thus also helping our production activities of wood chips and timber products shredded into other parts and the management’s decision-making activities. With the implementation of the project, our production activity will expand, the volume of the products produced will increase, thus the sales of the surplus products generated generate additional turnover. Dans le cadre du projet, nous visons à augmenter la capacité de notre production de copeaux de bois et de produits du bois broyés en d’autres parties. En outre, le sous-produit de biomasse non utilisé (fraction d’écorce, scalpel, fraction de tamis poussiéreux) généré au cours du processus de production sera ensuite transformé, étant donné que les briquettes de bois sont produites en vue de leur revente à partir de ce sous-produit. L’activité à développer dans le cadre du projet est la production de bois de 1610’08, qui produit d’autres produits exportables à partir du sous-produit de la production, donc l’activité secondaire de notre projet est 1629’08 Autres produits du bois, produits en liège et articles tressés. Nous traitons actuellement de ces activités. Sur la base des comptes de 2014, le chiffre d’affaires de TTEOR 1610 est le suivant: HUF 232 068 312 (30,88 %), tandis que le chiffre d’affaires de 1629 TEÁOR: Il s’agissait de 281 854 325 HUF (37,51 %), soit 68,39 % de notre chiffre d’affaires net provient de ces activités. Dans le cadre du projet, plusieurs machines/technologies seront achetées pour notre production de copeaux de bois et de produits en bois déchiqueté. Nous prévoyons d’acheter les outils suivants lors de l’investissement pour notre production de copeaux de bois et d’autres produits du bois: 1 séchoir à tambour rotatif avec rouleaux, engrenages, 1 technologie d’alimentation en biomasse, 1 technologie d’air, transport aérien avec séparation des matériaux et 1 fibre de tambour pour trier le matériau d’entrée. Pour le traitement du sous-produit résultant du processus de production, la technologie de pressage de 1 pc est achetée par insertion dans un système, avec lequel nous développons notre activité de production de briquettes. Pour l’installation d’équipements de production, nous prévoyons également la construction d’un hall d’installation de mélange de biomasse. La construction du hall est justifiée par le fait que les machines à acquérir dans le cadre du projet sont mises en service. Le site concerné par le développement utilise actuellement 100 %. L’achat de machines/équipements est nécessaire pour augmenter la capacité de production. La construction de la salle est essentielle pour l’installation de ces dispositifs. Dans le cadre du projet, nous achetons également les équipements de manutention, de stockage et d’emballage nécessaires à la poursuite de l’activité. Dans le cadre de ce projet, nous achetons 1 chariot élévateur électrique, un autre chargeur télescopique et 1 machine de pesage. Afin d’étendre l’activité de production, il est nécessaire d’étendre le système de gestion du registre, ainsi nous étendons notre système avec 2 systèmes, la zone de production et le logiciel de gestion de projet dans le cadre de l’investissement, aidant ainsi également nos activités de production de copeaux de bois et de produits du bois broyés dans d’autres parties et les activités de prise de décision de la direction. Avec la mise en œuvre du projet, notre activité de production va augmenter, le volume des produits produits augmentera, de sorte que les ventes des produits excédentaires générés génèrent un chiffre d’affaires supplémentaire. Im Rahmen des Projekts wollen wir die Kapazität unserer Produktion von Hackschnitzel und Holzprodukten, die in andere Teile zerkleinert werden, erhöhen. Darüber hinaus wird das während des Produktionsprozesses erzeugte ungenutzte Biomassenebenprodukt (Rindefraktion, Skalpell, staubige Siebfraktion) weiterverarbeitet, da Holzbriketts für den Weiterverkauf aus diesem Nebenprodukt hergestellt werden. Die im Rahmen des Projekts zu entwickelnde Tätigkeit ist die 1610‚08 Herstellung von Holz, die weitere exportierbare Produkte aus dem Nebenprodukt der Produktion produziert, so dass die sekundäre Tätigkeit unseres Projekts 1629‘08 Andere Holzprodukte, Korkprodukte und geflochtene Gegenstände ist. Wir beschäftigen uns derzeit mit diesen Aktivitäten. Auf der Grundlage der Jahresrechnung 2014 beträgt der Umsatz mit TTEOR 1610 wie folgt: 232 068 312 HUF (30,88 %), während der Umsatz von 1629 TEÁOR: Es betrug 281 854 325 HUF (37,51 %), d. h. 68,39 % unseres Nettoumsatzes stammen aus diesen Aktivitäten. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden mehrere Maschinen/Technologien für die Herstellung von Holzschnitzeln und zerkleinerten Holzprodukten erworben. Wir planen, während der Investition für unsere Herstellung von Hackschnitzel und anderen Holzprodukten folgende Werkzeuge zu kaufen: 1 Drehtrommeltrockner mit Rollen, Verzahnung, 1 Biomasse-Betankungstechnologie, 1 Lufttechnik, Lufttransport mit Materialtrennung und 1 Trommelfaser, um das Eingangsmaterial zu sortieren. Für die Verarbeitung des Nebenprodukts, das sich aus dem Produktionsprozess ergibt, wird 1 Stk Presstechnik durch Einfügung in ein System erworben, mit dem wir unsere Briketts-Produktionstätigkeit entwickeln. Für die Installation von Produktionsanlagen planen wir auch den Bau einer Biomasse-Mischanlagehalle. Der Bau der Halle ist dadurch gerechtfertigt, dass die im Rahmen des Projekts zu beschaffende Maschine in Betrieb genommen wird. Der von der Entwicklung betroffene Standort nutzt derzeit 100 %. Der Kauf von Maschinen/Geräten ist notwendig, um die Produktionskapazität zu erhöhen. Der Bau der Halle ist für die Installation dieser Geräte unerlässlich. Im Rahmen des Projektes erwerben wir auch die für die Fortsetzung der Tätigkeit notwendigen Materialhandling, Lagerung und Verpackung. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts kaufen wir 1 Elektrostapler, ein weiteres Teleskoplader und eine Wiegemaschine. Um die Produktionstätigkeit zu erweitern, ist es notwendig, das Managementsystem des Registers zu erweitern, so dass wir unser System um 2 Systeme, den Produktionsbereich und die Projektmanagement-Software im Rahmen der Investition erweitern und damit auch unsere Produktionsaktivitäten von Hackschnitzel und Holzprodukten, die in andere Teile zerkleinert wurden, sowie die Entscheidungsaktivitäten des Managements unterstützen. Mit der Umsetzung des Projekts wird unsere Produktionstätigkeit expandieren, das Volumen der produzierten Produkte wird steigen, so dass der Umsatz der erzeugten Überschussprodukte zu einem zusätzlichen Umsatz führt.
