Pályázó szervezet az Egri Főegyházmegye, a római katolikus egyházhoz tartozó egyházmegye Magyarországon. IV. Béla király 1261-ből származó oklevele bizonyírtja, hogy az egyházmegye már 1009-ben bizonyosan megvolt. Szervezete, területi illetékessége, felvállalt feladatai a történelmi korokat követve folyamatosan megújultak. A rendszerváltást követően kezdett erősödni újra a közoktatásban vállalt szerepe, amelynek eredményeként ma 3 felsőoktatási intézmény, két önálló kollégium és 39 közoktatási intézmény működik a fenntartásában. Az intézmények száma évről-évre nő. Boldog Sándor István Katolikus Általános Iskolát a Főegyházmegye 2016 évben vette át a KLIK-től és onnantól kezdve gyakorolja a fenntartói jogokat. Az intézmény két épületben működik. A régi épület az előző század elején épült, mely az 50-es évektől működik a falu iskolájaként. Az új épületszárny a tornateremmel együtt1991-ben épült, melyen azóta nem végeztek felújítási munkálatokat. Az iskola 8 évfolyamos intézményként működik. Tantermek száma: 8 szaktantermek száma: 2 informatika, technika tornaterem: 1 csoportszoba: 1 (napközis terem) Az intézmény infrastrukturális feltételei az iskola régi épületében átlag alattinak mondható. Az osztálytermek falazata minden évben leomlik, évente javításra szorul. A tavalyi nyári karbantartás csak a legszükségesebbekre korlátozódott. Nagy szükség lenne a sok éve halogatott teljes festésére, felújítására mind az osztálytermeknek, a folyosóknak, a tornateremnek, napközis termeknek, technika és informatika teremnek. Ezen kívül a balesetveszélyesnek minősített padlózat (PVC) javítása, is szükséges. A tavalyi tanév végén a kazánjaink is tönkrementek, azok javítását az Mezőnyárádi Önkormányzat finanszírozta, mivel az akkori fenntartó, a KLIK erre nem tudott erőforrást biztosítani. Az épületek állaga a tavalyi évhez képest csak romlott. Szükség lenne az osztálytermek, folyosók, vizesblokk felújítására. A mindennapos testnevelés biztosítása érdekében a tornaterem felújítása feltétlenül szükséges. Ezt a tornaterem térelválasztásával lehetne megoldani. Mivel balesetveszélyes már a régi burkolat ennek a cseréje megoldandó feladat. Az intézmény fűtése elavult, ennek a korszerűsítése mindenképpen szükséges. Az iskola nem rendelkezik természettudományos szaktanteremmel, ezt a pályázat keretein belül szeretnénk megoldani. Tárgyi felszereltség Az intézmény általános tárgyi felszereltsége átlagosnak mondható. Fejlesztésekre nem került sor, de az alapvető eszközök biztosítva vannak. Néhány terem rendelkezik interaktív táblával, de több osztályterembe szeretnénk, hiszen az intézmény elektronikus naplót használ. A kor kihívásainak szeretnénk eleget tenni. Összegezve a fenti infrastrukturális körülményeket és tárgyi hiányosságokat a fejlesztés az alábbi területet érinti figyelembe véve a felhívás előírásait: Megtörténik az épület nyílászárók cseréje, teljes épületgépészeti felújítás, villamos ipari munkák elvégzése, épület akadálymentesítése, épület festése, természettudományi terem felújítása épületgépészeti csatakozásokkal. A tornateremben megtörténi a fényforrások cseréje, valamint beszerzésre kerül a tornaterem elválasztó függöny. Eszközök beszerzésével, a minőségi és befogadó oktatás feltételeinek megteremtése érdekében. A tantermek bútorzata és a taneszközök számban és minőségben is elmaradnak a mai kor követelményeitől. A korszerű oktatási módszerek alkalmazása, a kooperatív munka arányának lényeges növekedése rugalmas megoldásokat és teret igényelnek az iskola épületében. A projekt másik fő eleme az eszközbeszerzés, oktatási, sport, ikt és konyhai eszközpark korszerűsítése, bútorok beszerzése tervezett. A projekt további tevékenységei: projekt előkészítés (Megvalósíthatósági tanulmány készítése; Műszaki tervdokumentumok, kiviteli és engedélyeztetési tervek elkészítése; Közbeszerzési eljárások szakmai előkészítése, közbeszerzések lefolytatása, az iskolák felmérése tanulólétszám, infrastrukturális feltételek, megközelíthetőség alapján), projektmenedzsment, marketing tevékenység (záró rendezvény), tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítása, könyvvizsgálat. A projekt célja az egészséges, biztonságos, egyenlően hozzáférhető és motiváló környezetkialakítása a tanulók számára, a modern és racionálisan kialakított oktatási környezet megteremtése. Cél a köznevelési törvénynek és a kötelező eszköz és helyiségjegyzéknek megfelelő működés magas színvonalú és hosszútávon stabil biztosítása. A projekt célcsoportját képezi az intézmény teljes tanulói létszáma és pedagógus kara, valamint a technikai dolgozók. Közvetett célcsoport a tanulók családja, a város kisgyermekes és több gyermekes családjai, a térségben iskolás korú gyermekeket nevelő családok. A fejlesztés során 3 kwp napelemes rendszer kerül beépítse a fenntarthatóság érdekében mely villamos árammal látja el részben az iskola áram szükségletét. (Hungarian)

L’organisation requérante est l’archidiocèse d’Eger, diocèse appartenant à l’Église catholique romaine en Hongrie. IV. Le diplôme du roi Béla en 1261 prouve que le diocèse y était déjà en 1009. Son organisation, sa compétence territoriale et ses tâches ont été constamment renouvelées après l’époque historique. À la suite du changement de régime, son rôle dans l’enseignement public a commencé à redynamiser, grâce à laquelle trois établissements d’enseignement supérieur, deux collèges indépendants et 39 établissements d’enseignement public fonctionnent aujourd’hui. Le nombre d’établissements augmente d’année en année. L’école primaire catholique István Happy Sándor a été reprise par le comté de la Haute Église en 2016 à KLIK et à partir de là elle exerce les droits d’entretien. L’institution opère dans deux bâtiments. L’ancien bâtiment a été construit au début du siècle précédent, qui est une école pour le village depuis les années 1950. La nouvelle aile avec la salle de sport a été construite en 1991, qui n’a pas été rénovée depuis lors. L’école fonctionne comme une institution de 8 ans.
