Les défis structurels dans la région, avec un marché du travail déséquilibré, suggèrent un niveau de préparation plus élevé pour les situations économiques futures. Une méthode contenant une combinaison de différents critères de continuité de 200 projets différents doit être testée sur une période de 2,5 ans, dans le but de mettre en œuvre la méthode comme un outil supplémentaire dans le processus d’aide aux individus. 150 participants recevront des forfaits individuels de formation pratique positive. En conséquence, 150 personnes seront mieux préparées pour le marché du travail, et les organisations ont augmenté le niveau de préparation pour les changements économiques futurs, et ont construit des interfaces au sein et entre les organisations participantes. En conséquence, tous les paquets individuels peuvent être consultés dans un portail ditigal pour que d’autres chômeurs ou organisations pertinentes trouvent de bons exemples. L’objectif du projet à long terme est d’atteindre la stratégie régionale Une société incluant: Tous les individus ont le droit de contribuer à une société accessible, cohérente et de promotion de la santé. Die strukturellen Herausforderungen in der Region mit einem unausgeglichenen Arbeitsmarkt deuten auf ein höheres Niveau der Vorbereitung auf zukünftige wirtschaftliche Situationen hin. Eine Methode, die eine Kombination aus unterschiedlichen Erfolgskriterien von 200 verschiedenen Projekten enthält, soll in einem Zeitraum von 2,5 Jahren getestet werden, um die Methode als zusätzliches Instrument zur Unterstützung von Einzelpersonen zu implementieren. 150 Teilnehmer erhalten individuelle Pakete mit positiver Praxis. Als Ergebnis werden 150 Personen besser auf den Arbeitsmarkt vorbereitet sein, und die Organisationen haben das Niveau der Vorbereitungen für zukünftige wirtschaftliche Veränderungen erhöht und haben Schnittstellen innerhalb und zwischen den beteiligten Organisationen aufgebaut. Als Ergebnis sind alle einzelnen Pakete in einem Ditigalportal für andere Arbeitslose oder relevante Organisationen durchsucht, um gute Beispiele zu finden. Der Zweck des Projekts langfristig ist das Ziel der regionalen Strategie Einschließlich der Gesellschaft: Alle Personen haben das gleiche Recht, zu einer zugänglichen, kohärenten und gesundheitsfördernden Gesellschaft beizutragen. De structurele uitdagingen in de regio met een onevenwichtige arbeidsmarkt als gevolg, wijzen op een hogere mate van paraatheid voor toekomstige economische situaties. Een methode met een combinatie van verschillende succescriteria van 200 verschillende projecten moet gedurende een periode van 2,5 jaar worden getest, met als doel de methode als extra instrument in het proces van het helpen van individuen toe te passen. 150 deelnemers ontvangen individuele pakketten van een praktische opleiding. Als gevolg daarvan zullen 150 individuen meer voorbereid zijn op de arbeidsmarkt, en de organisaties hebben het niveau van voorbereiding op toekomstige economische veranderingen verhoogd en hebben interfaces binnen en tussen de deelnemende organisaties opgebouwd. Uiteindelijk zijn alle afzonderlijke pakketten doorzoekbaar in een ditigal portaal voor andere werklozen of relevante organisaties om goede voorbeelden te vinden. Le sfide strutturali nella regione con un mercato del lavoro sbilanciato di conseguenza, suggeriscono un più alto livello di preparazione per le future situazioni economiche. Un metodo contenente una combinazione di criteri di sucess diversi da 200 diversi progetti deve essere testato per un periodo di 2,5 anni, con l'obiettivo di implementare il metodo come strumento supplementare nel processo di aiuto alle persone. 150 partecipanti riceveranno pacchetti individuali di formazione pratica positiva. Come risultato 150 individui saranno più preparati per il mercato del lavoro, e le organizzazioni hanno aumentato il livello di preparazione per i futuri cambiamenti economici, e hanno costruito interfacce all'interno e tra le organizzazioni partecipanti. Come risultato finale tutti i singoli pacchetti sono consultabili in un portale ditigale per altre organizzazioni disoccupate o pertinenti per trovare buoni esempi. L'obiettivo del progetto a lungo termine è finalizzato alla strategia regionale Una società compresa: Tutti gli individui hanno il diritto di contribuire in una società accessibile, coesa e di promozione della salute.
