Within the framework of the aid application, the company is classified as 2040 Budaörs, Kinizsi utca 44. 4048/3 would like to implement the energy modernisation of the 776 m² property. The building was built in 2005 in line with the expectations of the time. In the framework of the project, the applicant intends to implement a combined energy investment combining the increase in building energy efficiency with the use of renewable energies. The increase in building energy efficiency consists of 3 elements: retrofitting external thermal insulation of some of the boundaries, replacement of doors and windows and modernisation of the heating system. Thermal insulation: As part of the increase in building energy efficiency, external boundaries such as external walls, arcade slabs and flat roofs are provided with retrofitting external thermal insulation. Bordering surfaces that are adjacent to unheated spaces, including the attic floor, are also provided with subsequent thermal insulation. The flat roof of the existing 10 cm thick thermal insulation receives an additional 12 cm intermediate wool insulation, and the existing 5 cm thick EPS insulation of the arcade slab receives 16 cm EPS insulation. The outer b38 wall receives a 15 cm thick EPS insulation. A total of 356.5 m² wall area, 100.6 m² flat roof, 245.6 m² attic floor and 17.2 m² arcade slab will be thermally insulated. Replacement of doors and windows: All doors and windows, which will be replaced by modern plastic insulated windows adjacent to an outer or unheated space. The new doors and windows are two layers of noble gas filled, thermal insulating glazed, Lowe coated modern constructions with a combined heat transfer factor of 1 W/m2K. Surfaces and doors and windows bordering on heated areas, so the surfaces adjacent to the directly adjacent hall building remain unchanged. A total surface of 175.2 m² will be replaced by modern thermally insulated doors and windows. Heating modernisation: Under the project, the existing gas boilers with a constant temperature of 105 kW will be replaced and a new 40 kW condensing boiler will be installed with the appropriate electronic regulation. The condensation gas boiler will be able to meet the heating and hmv heat demand with significantly lower performance than existing gas boilers at constant temperatures, given the energy efficiency measures and the significantly higher efficiency and controlability of the new boiler. As a result of energy efficiency measures, the energy quality class is improved to BB. Renewable energy: The project also includes a small solar power plant with a connection power of 12 kW. HMKE’s performance has been chosen to cover almost all the use of electricity connected to the building. As a result of the use of renewable (photovoltaic) energy, the energy quality class is further improved to AA+ class. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the current GG energy classification of the building becomes BB energy classification. With the implementation of the energy development, significant cost savings can be achieved for the Ltd., the current annual energy cost of HUF 2.608.892 will be reduced to HUF 574.008. (English)

A támogatási kérelem keretében a vállalkozás a 2040 Budaörs, Kinizsi utca 44. hrsz: 4048/3 címen található, 776 m2 alapterületű ingatlan energetikai korszerűsítését szeretné megvalósítani. Az épület 2005-ben került megépítésre a kor akkori elvárásainak megfelelően. A projekt keretében a támogatást igénylő egy kombinált energetikai beruházást kíván megvalósítani, amely kombinálja az épületenergetikai hatékonyság növelését megújuló energiák hasznosításával. Az épületenergetikai hatékonyság növelése 3 elemből áll, ezek a határolószerkezetek egy részének utólagos külső hőszigetelése, a nyílászárók cseréje illetve a fűtési rendszer korszerűsítése. Hőszigetelés: Az épületenergetikai hatékonyság növelés keretében a külső határoló felületek, így a külső falak, árkádfödém és lapostető utólagos külső hőszigetelést kapnak. Azok a határolófelületek is utólagos hőszigetelést kapnak, amelyek fűtetlen terekkel határosak, így a padlásfödém is. A lapostető a meglévő 10 cm vastagságú hőszigetelése további 12 cm közetgyapot hőszigetelést kap, az árkádfödém meglévő 5 cm vastag EPS szigetelése pedig 16 cm EPS szigetelést kap. A külső b38-as fal 15 cm vastag EPS szigetelést kap. (Hungarian)
