The composite resin products developed and manufactured by KOMPOZITOR Ltd. are high added value products, each of which is the manufacturer’s own development. The raw material of the technologies used is thermosetting resin, which is equipped with different fibre reinforcements, i.e. glass fabric or other similar substrates for the application of special resin, which is subsequently cured with various technologies. In the case of products, both the mix of the resin to be used and the manufacturing process are specific and differ from one product to another. All products of KOMPOZITOR Ltd. are protected by legal protection. The development indicated in the tender is the investments needed to increase the capacity of the company in the production of the products of the company’s heat and fire resistant sandwich panels. In this context, the company plans to build and fit into the production line the raw material feeder system capable of serving the ever increasing production volume, and the machinery for packaging the final product will be purchased. The new raw material dosing system is suitable for the proper, safe storage of various resin raw materials and serving the production lines according to the increasing production volume. Different heat and fire-resistant composite resin sandwich panel products are made with different layers and mixtures. The design of the products depends on the expected mechanical stress, the required heat or fire resistance level, and possibly aesthetic requirements. Therefore, production always begins with the design of the mixture used and the sizing of the auxiliary materials, since such orders are characterised by a relatively small serial number and different customer needs. This is followed by the development of manufacturing technology, which, of course, is based on existing expertise and experience. All this requires a serious material testing toolkit, which is currently also a bottleneck for the scaling up of the production of such products at the Vecsés plant of KOMPOZITOR Kft. The acquisition of new material testing and other equipment necessary for the development of production technology and quality control makes KOMPOZITOR Ltd suitable for this kind of different market needs, i.e. both the preparatory phase of the production of the given sandwich structure and the development of production technology can keep pace with the increase in production volume. The removal of bottlenecks in terms of production preparation and final product production at KOMPOZITOR Kft. contributes to the company’s ability to create a production capacity that quickly and well tracks the different market demands for the products of the company’s heat and fire-resistant sandwich panels, thus producing products with a higher level of processing can be realised. In addition to the development of the technical equipment pool, the company also develops the information technology necessary for the work in the framework of the tender. A Kompozitor Kft. által fejlesztett és gyártásba vett kompozit műgyanta termékek nagy hozzáadott értékű termékek, melyek mindegyike a gyártó saját fejlesztése. Az alkalmazott technológiák alapanyaga a hőre keményedő műgyanta, melyet különböző szálerősítéssel látnak el, azaz üvegszövet vagy más hasonló hordozóanyagra kerül a speciális műgyanta felhordásra, melyet különböző technológiákkal utólag kikeményítenek. A termékeknél mind az alkalmazandó műgyanta mixtúrája, mind a gyártási eljárás speciális, és termékenként eltérő. A Kompozitor Kft. minden terméke jogi oltalommal védett. A pályázatban megjelölt fejlesztés a társaság hő-, és tűzálló szendvicspanel termékei gyártásának felfuttatásához szükséges kapacitásnövelő beruházások. Ennek keretében a társaság a folyamatosan növekvő gyártási volument kiszolgálni képes alapanyag adagoló rendszer kiépítését és gyártósorba illesztését tervezi, illetve a végtermék csomagolásához szükséges gép kerül beszerzésre. Az új alapanyag adagoló rendszer alkalmas a különböző műgyanta alapanyagok megfelelő, biztonságos tárolására, és a gyártósorok kiszolgálására, a növekvő gyártási volumennek megfelelően. A különböző hő-, és tűzálló kompozit műgyanta szendvicspanel termékek eltérő rétegrenddel és mixtúrával készülnek. A termékek kialakítása függ a várható mechanikai igénybevételektől, a kívánt hő-, vagy tűzállósági fokozattól, esetlegesen esztétikai elvárásoktól. Ezért a gyártás minden esetben a felhasznált mixtúra tervezésével és a segédanyagok méretezésével kezdődik mivel az ilyen jellegű megrendelésekre jellemző a viszonylag kis sorozatszám, és eltérő megrendelői igény. Ezt követi a gyártástechnológia kidolgozása, mely természetesen a meglévő szaktudásra és tapasztalatra alapozódik. Mindez komoly anyagvizsgálati eszközparkot igényel mely jelenleg szintén szűk keresztmetszet jelent az ilyen jellegű termékek gyártásának felfuttatásához a Kompozitor Kft. vecsési üzemében. Az új anyagvizsgáló és egyéb, a gyártástechnológia kidolgozásához és minőségellenőrzéshez szükséges berendezések beszerzése alkalmassá teszik a Kompozitor Kft-t, hogy az ilyen jellegű eltérő piaci igényeket is gördülékenyen kiszolgálja, azaz mind az adott szendvicsszerkezet gyártásának előkészítő fázisa, mind a gyártástechnológia kidolgozása lépést tudjon tartani a termelési volumen növekedésével. A szűk keresztmetszetek kiiktatása a gyártás-előkészítés és a végtermék gyártás tekintetében a Kompozitor Kft-nél hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy a társaság hő-, és tűzálló szendvicspanel termékei tekintetében az eltérő piaci igényeket gyorsan és jól lekövető gyártókapacitást hozzon létre, ezáltal magasabb feldogozottsági szintű termékek gyártása válhat valóra. A technikai eszközpark fejlesztése mellett a munkavégzéshez szükséges információs technológia fejlesztését is elvégzi a társaság a pályázat keretében.
