In the context of the project, it will be possible to produce high-quality products. We've manufactured parts so far, but the margin of error was much higher. One of our main customers is K & K 95 Kft. to supply directly to its suppliers, one of the largest German car manufacturing companies, so in order to obtain the status of supplier, it is necessary to produce the individual parts even better, and to produce heat-treated products, it is necessary to purchase the new lathe. The new Miyano OCEAN GN-3200 W twin spindle front lathe can produce higher technological quality products with higher added value. The existing machines are currently unsuitable for hardened materials and heat-treated products, but with the new hard lathe we can also produce these products. In addition, the customers demanded much stricter dimensional accuracy and quality requirements, which we can also meet with the new lathe. As opposed to the wallet-operated two-spink lathe we use, it is an additional advantage that we can make production much safer and accident-free. In the case of current machines, workers were in contact with the cooling water, since after machining the cooled part must be removed. The new machine will be equipped with a robot arm, so workers will no longer be in contact with cooling water, safer and better working conditions. The OCEAN 3200 W twin spindle front lathe is suitable for the simultaneous machining of two parts with automatic raw material in and out of finished product. It puts the parts on a conveyor belt so that the user can easily sort them. The construction of the machine also allows precision machining of 0.001 mm. The Z and X axes are not superimposed on each other — independent of each other. The Z axis has a rigid sliding wire design, so it does not generate any vibration during its movement. The special design of the main spindle — which can be seen in the picture — allows for the machining of hardened materials as well. Anti-vibration provides longer tool life and significantly reduces tool cost. The symmetrical casting machine bed is significantly less sensitive to temperature changes and warming of the machine. This solution helps to ensure continuous and balanced production while minimising tool correction. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A projekt kapcsán lehetővé válik, hogy nagy méretpontosságú termékeket gyártsunk. Eddig is gyártottunk alkatrészeket, de a hibahatár sokkal nagyobb volt. Az egyik meghatározó vásárlónk a K & K 95 Kft. eddig beszállítói mellé, az egyik legnagyobb német autógyártó cégnek kíván közvetlen beszállítani, így a beszállítói státuszának elnyeréséhez szükséges, hogy az egyes alkatrészeket még jobb minősében gyártsuk, illetve hőkezelt termékek gyártásához szükség lett az új eszterga beszerzésére. Az új MIYANO OCEAN GN-3200W ikerorsós fronteszterga magasabb technológiai színvonalú termékeket tud gyártani, melyek magasabb hozzáadott értéke képviselnek. A meglévő gépek jelenleg alkalmatlanok edzett anyagok, hőkezelt termékek megmunkálására, viszont az új kemény esztergával ezen termékeket is elő tudjuk állítani. Továbbá sokkal szigorúbb méretpontossági, minőségi elvárásokat támasztottak a megrendelők, mely elvárásokat szintén teljesíteni tudjuk az új esztergával. Az általunk használt tárcsavezérelt kétorsós esztergagéppel szemben további előny, hogy sokkal biztonságosabbá, balesetmentessé tudjuk tenni a termelést. A jelenleg gépeknél a dolgozók érintkeztek a hűtővízzel, mivel a megmunkálás után a lehűtött alkatrészt ki kell szedni. Az új gép robotkarral lesz ellátva, így a dolgozóknak már nem fognak érintkezni a hűtővízzel, biztonságosabb és jobbak lesznek a munkakörülmények. Az OCEAN 3200W ikerorsós fronteszterga gép alkalmas két alkatrész egyidejű megmunkálására automatikus nyersanyag be és késztermék ki adagolása mellett. Az alkatrészeket futószalagra teszi, így a felhasználó könnyen tudja szortírozni azokat. A gép felépítése lehetővé teszi a 0,001 mm-es pontossági megmunkálást is. A Z és X tengelyek nincsenek egymásra szuperponálva – függetlenek egymástól. A Z tengely merev csúszó vezetékes kialakítású , így mozgása során semmilyen rezgést nem generál. A főorsó speciális kialakítása – mely a képen is látható – lehetővé teszi kemény, edzett anyagok megmunkálását is. Rezgés mentessége hosszabb szerszám élettartamot biztosít és jelentősen csökkenti a szerszámköltséget is. A szimmetrikus kialakítású öntvény gépágy lényegesen kevésbé érzékeny a hőmérsékleti változásokra és a gép melegedésére. Ez a megoldás segít a folyamatos és kiegyensúlyozott gyártáshoz szerszám korrekció minimalizálása mellett. (Hungarian)
