The aim of our company is to meet the growing needs of the existing customer base and to acquire new customers. The possibilities for the development of Mettex Kft. through the aid can be summarised as follows: remain a dominant player in the market; retain qualified, experienced staff; the pursuit of effective economic activity; expansion of the customer base; increasing exports of high value-added products. The production equipment to be purchased would mean a qualitative improvement at Mettex Kft., because we currently only have a single spindle CNC machine, which produces in the vast majority of two shifts. The acquisition of new production machines, which means two spindle CNC machines, would reduce the cycle time required for the current product production by at least 40 %. In other words, cca. Our internal capacity would increase by 40 %. The other new production tool that we would like to implement in the project also results in a professionally and technologically higher level of product production, because we want to acquire a 4-axis milling machine. Professionally, this means that during the production of the product, it is not necessary to set an extra operation, but with the presence of the 4 axes, the workpiece can be made from a concept. By purchasing the two machines indicated in the project, we can reduce the production of products by other suppliers, which has an impact on the result, but the main aspect is the private production, the full compliance with the quality and the deadline, which the suppliers were not always able to deliver to us. With the implementation of our development described above, we could significantly increase our production capacity, thus meeting new customer needs and providing long-term employment opportunities for our current and future employees. Cégünk célja a meglévő vevői kör egyre növekvő igényeinek magas szintű kielégítése, új vevők megszerzése. A Mettex Kft. támogatás általi fejlődési lehetőségei az alábbiakban foglalhatók össze: továbbra is a piac meghatározó szereplője maradni; megtartani a képzett, gyakorlattal rendelkező alkalmazotti állományt; az eredményes gazdasági tevékenység folytatása; vevői kör bővítése; eddig is magas nagy hozzáadott értéket képviselő termékek exportjának növelése. A beszerezni kívánt termelő eszközök minőségi fejlődést jelentenének a Mettex Kft-nél, mert jelenleg kizárólag egyorsós CNC automatával rendelkezünk, melyek túlnyomó többségben két műszakban termelnek. Az új termelő gépek beszerzése, mely kétorsós CNC gépet jelent, a jelenlegi termék előállításhoz szükséges ciklusidőt minimum 40%-kal csökkentené. Másképpen fogalmazva cca. 40 %-kal növekedne a belső kapacitásunk. A másik új termelő eszköz, amit szeretnénk a projektben megvalósítani, szintén szakmailag és technológiailag magasabb szintű termék előállítást eredményez, mert egy 4 tengelyes marógépet szeretnénk beszerezni. Szakmailag ez azt jelenti, hogy a termék előállítás során nem kell többlet műveletet beállítani, hanem a 4 tengely meglétével, egy felfogásból elkészíthető a munkadarab. A projektben megjelölt két gép beszerzésével csökkenteni tudjuk az egyéb beszállítók által végzett termék előállítást, amely kihatással van az eredményre, de a fő szempont a zártkörű saját előállítás, a minőség és határidő maradéktalan betartása, amelyet a beszállítók nem minden esetben tudtak részünkre teljesíteni. A fentiekben bemutatott fejlesztésünk megvalósulásával jelentősen tudna növekedni termelési kapacitásunk, így újabb vevői igényeknek tudnánk eleget tenni, és hosszú távú munkalehetőséget biztosítani jelenlegi és jövőbeni újabb alkalmazottaink számára.
