As for all local communities, it is a priority for the community of Mezőtúr City to support and strengthen the social and family relations of the elderly. The weakening of relations with society is a common phenomenon among the elderly. The weakening of the relationship with family members and relatives, which strengthens the feeling of being alone and of loneliness, is also an uncommon process. This feeling of social exclusion is further reinforced by physical and mental problems in old age. Joint programmes involving family members provide opportunities for active and quality pastime for older people, maintaining, caring for and strengthening their social and family relationships. The aim is to provide a positive feedback from their immediate surroundings on their important role in the family and society by participating in the events. Mezőtúr Institute Supply and Real Estate Management Company was founded by the Municipality of Mezőtúr City in May 2009 with the reorganisation of the former City Care Company. The primary objective of its creation is to carry out public tasks, primarily ensuring the continuous operation of budgetary institutions, which are made by law or other legislation the task of the founding self-government. In doing so, it helps to deal with the social problems arising in Mezőtúr, to employ the unemployed, in particular by creating employment opportunities for public employment, and by employing unemployed professionals. Due to its wide range of activities, the company has experience in many areas. In the performance of social duties (e.g.: public caterer) has a lot of knowledge about the problems encountered in the field community. One of these major problems is the weakening of social and family relationships in old age, as described in the present application. With the experience and expertise of Mezőtúr Institute Supply and Property Manager Kiemelten Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft., as well as the support provided by the tender construction, it is an opportunity to reduce the social problem described above and to stop these negative trends in the long term, thus contributing to the development and construction of the agricultural community. The preparation of the project in Mezőtúr City has been and is being implemented in the 2014-2020 programming period. In addition to infrastructure improvements, a number of projects in the social field are ongoing. For example, projects to support the provision of day care for the elderly, in which new elderly homes are built. In connection with these development efforts, Mezőtúr Institute Supply and Property Management Kiemelten Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft. intends to contribute to the improvement of the social situation of the elderly by means of the programmes it intends to implement. Target group(s) covered by the project The target group to be reached by the project is the local elderly. A projekt szükségességének alátámasztása, előzmények Mint minden helyi közösség számára, úgy Mezőtúr Város közössége számara is kiemelt fontosságú feladat az időskorúak társadalmi és családi kapcsolatainak ápolása, erősítése. Az időskorúak körében gyakori jelenség a társadalomhoz fűzött kapcsolatok gyengülése. Nem ritkán tapasztalt folyamat a családtagokkal, rokonokkal meglévő kapcsolat gyengülése is, mely erősíti az egyedül lét, a magány érzését. Ezt a fajta társadalmi kirekesztettség érzést tovább erősítik az időskorban megjelenő fizikális és mentális problémák is. A fent megállapított problémát felismerve, a Mezőtúri Intézményellátó és Ingatlankezelő Kiemelten Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft. céljául tűzte ki, hogy a helyi közösségben, programok szervezésével elősegítse ezen negatív hatású társadalmi folyamatok lassítását, megállítását. A családtagok bevonásával megvalósítandó közös programok lehetőséget teremtenek, az időskorúak aktív és minőségi időtöltésére, társadalmi és családi kapcsolataik fenntartására, ápolására és erősítésére. Cél, hogy a rendezvényeken történő részvétellel az időskorúak közvetlen környezetüktől kapjanak pozitív visszacsatolást a családban és a társadalomban betöltött fontos szerepükről. A Mezőtúri Intézményellátó és Ingatlankezelő Kiemelten Közhasznú Nonprofit Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaságot Mezőtúr Város Önkormányzata alapította 2009 májusában, az egykori Városgondnokság átszervezésével. Létrehozásának elsődleges célja, hogy olyan - elsősorban a költségvetési intézmények folyamatos működését biztosító - közfeladatokat végezzen, amelyet törvény vagy más jogszabály az alapító önkormányzat feladatává tesz. Ennek során segítséget nyújt a Mezőtúron felmerülő szociális problémák kezelésében, a munkanélküliek foglalkoztatásában, elsősorban közfoglalkoztatási munkalehetőségek megteremtésével, valamint munkanélküli szakemberek foglalkoztatásával. A társaság szerteágazó tevékenységi köréből adódóan, számos területen rendelkezik tapasztalattal. A szociális feladatok ellátása során (pl.: közétkeztetés) rengeteg ismerettel rendelkezik a mezőtúri közösségben felmerülő problémák tekintetében. Egyik ilyen jelentős probléma – a jelen pályázatban megfogalmazott – az időskorban megjelenő társadalmi és családi kapcsolatok gyengülése. A Mezőtúri Intézményellátó és Ingatlankezelő Kiemelten Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft. tapasztalatával és szaktudásával, továbbá a pályázati konstrukció által biztosított támogatással lehetőséget lát a fentiekben bemutatott társadalmi probléma mérséklésre, hosszú távon pedig ezen negatív tendenciák megállítására, ezzel is hozzájárulva a mezőtúri közösség fejlődéséhez, építéséhez. A projekt előkészítettsége Mezőtúr Városában a 2014-2020 programozási időszakban számos fejlesztés valósult meg és valósul meg a napjainkban is. Az infrastrukturális fejlesztések mellett számos, szociális területet érintő projekt is folyamatban van. Ilyenek például az idősek napközi ellátását segítő projektek, melyek keretében új idős otthonok épülnek. Ezen fejlesztési törekvésekhez kapcsolódóan, a Mezőtúri Intézményellátó és Ingatlankezelő Kiemelten Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft. az általa megvalósítani tervezett programokkal kíván hozzájárulni az időskorúak szociális helyzetének javításához. A projekt által érintett célcsoport(ok) A projekt által elérni kívánt célcsoport a helyi időskorúak. A Mezőtúri Intézményellátó és Ingatlankezelő Kiemelten Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft. számukra kíván olyan közös programokat szervezni, mely során családtagjaik bevonásával tudnak minőségi szabadidőt eltölteni és aktívan kikapcsolódni. Megvalósítandó tevékenységek A Mezőtúri Intézményellátó és Ingatlankezelő Kiemelten Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft. az alábbiakban részletezett programsorozat szervezését valósítja meg. A projekt keretében a rendezvények magvalósításához szükséges eszközök beszerzése és kapcsolódó szolgáltatások igénybevétele valósul meg. 1. Strandnyitó rendezvény keretében szervezett, testmozgást és sportolást népszerűsítő programok lebonyolítása (Mezőtúri Strandfürdő és Fedett Uszoda) Tervezett időpont: 2020. június hónap A rendezvény keretében aquafitness és szabadtéri fitness bemutató megtartására kerül sor. Mindkét programtípus lényege, hogy a testmozgást az idősek számára is népszerűsítse ezzel is elősegítve a testi és szellemi frissesség megőrzését. A programokba bekapcsolódhatnak a fiatalabb generációk is, így közös időtöltésre is lehetőség nyílik. Az időskorúak, családtagjaikkal, valamint kortársaikkal történő közös időtöltése javítja szociális kapcsolataikat, segíti társadalmi kapcsolataik fenntartásában, ezáltal biztosítva az aktív időskort és az egészséges életmódot. A sportprogramok megvalósításához a projekt keretében trénereket, animátorokat kívánunk igénybe venni, továbbá a programokhoz szükséges sporteszköz (puzzle gumilap borítás) is beszerzésre kerülnek.
