In line with the call for proposals, the aim of the project is to implement transport development contributing to the promotion of labour mobility as follows: On Megyeri út, the area between EXPO CENTER and Competition Street is characterised by industrial activity, several plant buildings, storage facilities and service providers, which provide a livelihood for many local residents. This section of Megyeri út manages a significant amount of traffic to work, and the internal approach of industrial areas is partly ensured by this road. The technical condition of certain sections of the existing road has deteriorated, the pavement of the road is highly traced, its drainage is not solved, and despite the lack of an existing bicycle facility, there is significant cycling traffic in the development area. According to the project proposal, the degraded sections of the existing road will be renewed, with the development of the existing road junctions the capacity (passenger capacity) of the road will be improved, while the bike paths under construction in the western part of Pécs can connect to the urban cycle road network in a suitable way from a road safety point of view. The application will be submitted as a project proposal. The exact technical content of the project will be finalised upon completion of the plans and the completion of the project development. All the sections of the proposed route plan will be examined during the planning, which will determine the final route to be developed, taking into account the budget and urban needs. In the case of monitoring indicators, the minimum value has therefore been specified, which will be specified until the end of the project development. In the framework of the project, the development of Nagy Imre Road and the connection of the Füzes vineyard and the West industrial road will be connected to the bicycle road built in the project by bicycle junction at the EXPO CENTER junction of Megyeri út. Next to EXPO CENTER, on the west side of Megyeri Road, a two-way cycling road would be built to the existing County Road junction, where cycling traffic would be transferred to the north-west branch of Megyeri Road. On the west side of Megyeri Road, a new two-way cycle path would be built up to the industrial railway crossing. At the industrial railway there would be a suitable bicycle pass from a road safety point of view, and then as a bicycle lane we would reach the junction on either side of Megyeri út. Road development has been envisaged on this section, including the development and renovation of existing borders, benches and pavements. (The whole length of Megyeri Road will be examined in relation to the condition of the pavement and its development potential within the framework of the project.) After that, the cycling line would be divided into two branches as follows: Proposal for a northern direction towards Megyeri Square — The development of the Racing Street junction would be a bicycle pass, then we would cross the existing level crossing with a bicycle trail. At Megyeri út — Mártírok’s road there would be a safe bicycle pass through the junction, and then a bicycle lane would be painted up to Athinay Road, while maintaining the existing parking lane on the east side. In the Athinay traffic light junction the cyclists would join Megyeri Square with bicycle tracks after a safe passage. In Megyeri Square, the line of the material project can be linked to the project line development of the TOP-6.4.1.-16-East — West public transport axis. In other words, on the network level, a direct connection of the south-western cycling route with the east-west axis is established, through which we can reach the part of Patacs in the west direction, and the Zsolnay Quarter and Buda Duty in the east direction. In the course of the planning, the eastern direction will be examined in the direction of the existing Kertváros bicycle path in the direction of the Tournament Street, with the following content: As a development of the Tournament Street junction, a bicycle passage would be prepared to the north-east side of the junction, from which a two-way bike path would be built until the crossing of the existing Kertváros bicycle path on the street. With the existing Racing Street bicycle facility, we reach the labyrinth railing next to the Siklósi Road overpass, the related bicycle facility in the north is being pursued by the project “Transport development of the northern southern axis of the Belváros” currently under construction. In other words, on a network level, the south-western urban cycle path is directly connected to the city centre and to the Kertváros and Tüskésrét Lake. The development of the following nodes will also be examined on the planned route: Imre Nagy Road- Megyeri Road, Megyeri Road- Racing Street, Megyeri Road-Martírok Road, Megyeri Road- Athinay Road. A pályázati felhívással összhangban a projekt célja a munkaerő mobilitás elősegítéséhez hozzájáruló közlekedésfejlesztés megvalósítására irányul az alábbiak szerint: A Megyeri úton az EXPO CENTER és a Verseny utca közötti területen jellemzően ipari tevékenység zajlik, több üzemépület, raktárhelyiség, valamint szolgáltató található, melyek sok helyi lakos megélhetését biztosítják. A Megyeri út ezen szakasza munkába járás jelentős forgalmát bonyolítja le, az ipari területek belső megközelítését részben ez az út biztosítja. A meglévő út egyes szakaszainak műszaki állapota leromlott az út burkolata nagymértékben nyomvályús, vízelvezetése ezáltal nem megoldott, továbbá meglévő kerékpáros létesítmény hiánya ellenére jelentős kerékpárforgalom bonyolódik a fejlesztési területen. A projektjavaslat szerint a meglévő út leromlott állapotú szakaszai megújulnak, a meglévő közúti csomópontok fejlesztésével az út kapacitása (forgalomáteresztő képessége) javul, miközben Pécs Kertváros nyugati részén megvalósítás alatt álló kerékpárutak közlekedésbiztonsági szempontból megfelelő módon tudnak kapcsolódni a városi kerékpárút hálózatba. A pályázat projektjavaslatként kerül benyújtásra. A projekt pontos műszaki tartalma a tervek elkészültével, a projektfejlesztés lezárultával véglegesedik. A javasolt útvonalterv szakaszai mind vizsgálatra kerülnek a tervezés során, mely a költségkeret és városi igények figyelembevételével meghatározza a végső fejlesztendő nyomvonalat. A monitoring mutatók esetében tehát a minimális érték került megadásra, melyet a projektfejlesztés végéig pontosítunk. A projekt keretében csatlakozva a Nagy Imre út fejlesztése, illetve a Füzes dűlő és Nyugati ipari út összekötése projektben épülő kerékpárúthoz kerékpáros csomóponti átvezetés készül a Megyeri út EXPO CENTER csomópontjában. Ezt követően az EXPO CENTER mellett a Megyeri út nyugati oldalán kétirányú kerékpárút épülne a meglévő Megyei úti csomópontig, ahol a Megyeri út felé északi-nyugati ágára kerülne átvezetésre a kerékpáros forgalom. A Megyeri út – tervezetten – nyugati oldalán az iparvasút átkelőig új kétirányú kerékpárút épülne. Az iparvasútnál közlekedésbiztonsági szempontból megfelelő kerékpáros átvezetés készülne, majd kerékpársávként a Megyeri út két oldalán jutnánk el a Verseny utcai csomópontig. Ezen a szakaszon a közúti fejlesztés lett előirányozva, melynek részeként a meglévő szegélyek, padkák és útburkolat fejlesztésére, felújítására kerülne sor. (A Megyeri út teljes hosszában vizsgálatra kerül a burkolat állapota és annak fejlesztési lehetősége kapcsán a projekt keretein belül.) Ezt követően a kerékpáros vonalvezetés két ágra válna szét az alábbiak szerint: Északi irány javaslata a Megyeri tér felé - A Verseny utcai csomópont fejlesztéseként kerékpáros átvezetés készülne, majd kerékpáros nyommal kereszteznénk a meglévő vasúti átjárót. A Megyeri út - Mártírok útja csomópontban biztonságos kerékpáros átvezetés készülne, majd egészen az Athinay útig kerékpársáv kerülne felfestésre a meglévő keleti oldali parkolósáv megtartása mellett. Az Athinay úti jelzőlámpás csomópontban a kerékpárosok biztonságos átvezetést követően kerékpáros nyomokkal csatlakoznánk Megyeri térhez. A Megyeri téren a kapcsolódhat a tárgyi projekt vonalvezetése a TOP-6.4.1.-16-Kelet - Nyugat közösségi közlekedési tengely fejlesztése projekt nyomvonalához. Azaz hálózati szinten a délnyugati városrészi kerékpárút közvetlen összeköttetése létrejön a kelet-nyugati tengellyel, melyen keresztül elérhetjük Patacs városrészt nyugati irányban, illetve a Zsolnay Negyedet és a Budai vámot keleti irányban. A tervezés során vizsgálatra kerül a keleti irány a Verseny utcában a meglévő Kertvárosi kerékpárút irányába, a következő tartalommal: A Verseny utcai csomópont fejlesztéseként kerékpáros átvezetés készülne a csomópont észak-keleti oldalára, ahonnan épített kétirányú kerékpárút létesülne a meglévő Kertvárosi kerékpárút Verseny utcai keresztezéséig. A meglévő Verseny utcai kerékpáros létesítménnyel a Siklósi úti felüljáró melletti labirintkorlátot érjük el, melyhez kapcsolódó kerékpáros létesítményt északi irányba a jelenleg kivitelezés alatt álló „Belváros északi déli tengelye közlekedésfejlesztése” tárgyú projekt folytat. Azaz hálózati szinten a délnyugati városrészi kerékpárút közvetlen összeköttetése létrejön a belvárossal, illetve Kertváros és a Tüskésréti tóval. A tervezett nyomvonalon a következő csomópontok fejlesztésének vizsgálatára is sor kerül: Nagy Imre út- Megyeri út, Megyeri út- Verseny utca, Megyeri út-Mártírok útja, Megyeri Út- Athinay út. Az útvonal vonatkozásában a végleges fejlesztési elemek a tervek és a pontos tervezői költségvetési birtokában kerül kijelölésre. (Hungarian)
