Within the framework of the project, we intend to carry out the energy renovation of the Bóly School Centre (hrsz:595), in which the Bóly Primary School and Primary Art School and the Montenuovo Nándor Vocational School and Vocational School are located. The number of primary school pupils is 424, the art school has 168 pupils and 191 attend the vocational secondary school. The building complex consists of 6 building units. 20 classroom buildings of Primary School. 3-storey, made in 1983. 2. Vocational Secondary School Street building part, rooftop installation, made in 1996. 3. It’s an old building, ground floor, made in 1906. 4. Ún. courtyard building, ground floor, made in 1938 and 1950. 5. Gym, made in 1973. 6. Maintenance and technical service building, made in 1983. Within the framework of the project, we plan the energy renovation of the 1-4 building parts, as the renovation of the gym (building 5) was completely renovated in 2016 with the help of a BM tender (thermal insulation, replacement of doors and windows, flooring). The maintenance building was also renovated in 2008, so this building is not part of the planned project. The renovation of individual building units is different due to different building structures. Building 1: complete external thermal insulation is achieved in the building unit, since 35 years old structural materials are installed. All exterior doors and windows are designed for replacement, where the entrance door is steel with single-layer wire glass and all windows are Teschauer. They are replaced by wooden doors and windows with 3 layers of glazing in compliance with regulations. The outer wall is B30 masonry material, Univas with reinforced concrete pillar structure with 15 cm polystyrene insulating sheet. The south-eastern facade of the building is already thermally insulated with Dryvit system, so of course we did not plan insulation there. During the renovation of the roof structure, the roof-lighting concrete plinth receives 16 cm Polystyrene plate, the flat roof, which is insulated with boiler slag, 20 cm of stone wool is insulated, the slanted roof contains 12 cm Pur foaming between the rafters, while the glass of the overlight copolitan is replaced by plastic heat-insulated windows with a remote-control smoke emitting window that can be opened every 6 meters. The copolitan windows of the side-wall corridor are replaced by 3 layers of plastic doors and windows. The skylights were replaced 4 years ago by Roto’s insulated windows, so we do not plan to renovate them. Building 2: In building 2, the thermal insulation works are only insulated with a 22 cm polystyrene slab above the arcade, while the roof slab receives 20 cm thermal insulation. The inclined rooftop provides 15 cm purhab insulation. Of the facades, only the facade of NW is thermally insulated with 15 cm polystyrene. No other structures will be refurbished. Building 3: The south-east facade was renovated in 2016, plastic doors and 12 cm mineral wool facade thermal insulation. In the case of this project, the doors and windows of the north-west façade are replaced. The walls are made of 15 cm Rockwool mineral wool insulation, while the floor is designed to insulate 22 cm Rockwool. Building 4: the yard building has the worst energy performance, a 15 cm Rockwool insulation is placed on the 50 cm loam wall, the two winged windows are also replaced by a wooden window with 3 layers of heat-insulated glass. 22 cm Rockwool insulation is placed on the floor, 6 cm Floormate insulation is placed on the plinth.     A projekt keretén belül a Bólyi Iskolaközpont (hrsz:595) energetikai felújítását kívánjuk megvalósítani, melyben a Bólyi Általános Iskola és Alapfokú Művészeti Iskola valamint a Montenuovo Nándor Szakközépiskola és Szakiskola működik. Az általános iskola tanulóinak száma 424, a művészeti iskolában 168 fő, míg a szakközépiskolába 191 tanuló jár. Az épületegyüttes 6 épületegységből áll. 1. Általános Iskola 20 tantermes épülete. 3 szintes, készült 1983-ban. 2. Szakközépiskola utcai épületrész, tetőtér beépítéses, készült 1996-ban. 3. Ún. öreg épület, földszintes, készült 1906-ban. 4. Ún. udvari épület, földszintes, készült 1938-ban és 1950-ben. 5. Tornaterem, készült 1973-ban. 6. Karbantartó és technikai kiszolgáló épület, készült 1983-ban. A projekt keretén belül az 1-4 épületrészek energetikai felújítását tervezzük, mivel a tornaterem (5. épület) felújítása 2016-ban BM pályázat segítségével teljesen felújításra (hőszigetelés, nyílászáró csere, padozat felújítás) került. A karbantartó épület szintén felújításra került 2008-ban, így ez az épület sem része a tervezett projektnek. Az egyes épületegységek felújítása a különböző épületszerkezetek miatt más és más. 1. épület: az épületegységben teljes külső hőszigetelés valósul meg, hiszen 35 éves szerkezeti anyagok vannak beépítve. Cserére tervezzük az összes külső nyílászárót, ahol a bejárati ajtó acélszerkezetű, egyrétegű drótüveggel, az összes ablakok pedig Teschauer szerkezetűek. Helyükre faszerkezetű, előírásoknak megfelelő, 3 rétegű üvegezésű nyílászárók kerülnek. A külső fal B30 falazóanyag, Univáz vasbeton pillér szerkezettel, melyre 15 cm polisztirol szigetelőlemez kerül. Az épület dél-keleti homlokzata már hőszigetelt Dryvit rendszerrel, így oda természetesen szigetelést nem terveztünk. A tetőszerkezet felújításánál a felülvilágító beton lábazata 16 cm Polisztirol lemezt kap, a lapostetőre, mely jelenleg kazánsalak szigetelésű, 20 cm kőzetgyapot szigetelés kerül, a ferde tetőn a szarufák közé 12 cm Pur habosítás kerül, míg a felülvilágító kopolit üvege helyett műanyag hőszigetelt nyílászáró kerül 6 méterenként nyitható távirányítós füst kibocsátós ablakkal. Az oldalfali folyosó kopolit ablakai helyett szintén 3 rétegű műanyag nyílászáró kerül elhelyezésre. A tetőablakok 4 évvel ezelőtt Roto hőszigetelt nyílászárókra lettek kicserélve, így ezek felújítását nem tervezzük. 2. épület: A 2. épületben a hőszigetelési munkák csak az árkád feletti födém 22 cm-es Polisztirol lemezzel kerül szigetelésre, míg a tetőfödém 20 cm hőszigetelést kap. A ferde tetőfödémbe pedig 15 cm purhab szigetelés kerül. A homlokzatok közül csak az ÉNY-i homlokzat kerül hőszigetelésre 15 cm polysztirollal. Egyéb szerkezetek nem kerülnek felújításra. 3. épület: Délkeleti homlokzat 2016-ban felújításra került, műanyag nyílászárók és 12 cm ásványgyapot homlokzati hőszigetelés került megvalósításra. Jelen projekt esetében az észak-nyugati homlokzat nyílászárói kerülnek kicserélésre, ajtók, ablakok. A falai 15 cm-es Rockwool ásványgyapot szigetelése készül, míg a födém 22 cm-es Rockwool szigetelését tervezzük. 4. épület: az udvari épület legrosszabb energetikai tulajdonságú épület, 50 cm-es vályog falra 15 cm-es Rockwool szigetelés kerül, a két szárnyú gerébtokos ablakok helyére szintén 3 rétegű hőszigetelt üveggel ellátott faszerkezetű nyílászáró kerül. A födémre 22 cm-es Rockwool szigetelés kerül, a lábazatra 6 cm Floormate szigetelés kerül. (Hungarian)
