The Municipality of Pécs aims to implement an integrated development that aims to formulate answers and solutions to the following challenges: 1. The functional development of the city centre is basically an extension of public spaces that lead to new spatial and spatial use in public spaces in the city centre. 2. Development of the part of the downtown west of Széchenyi Square, along the line of Hospital Square and Jókai Square. 3. Development of downtown green surfaces in accordance with the concept of “green city” to increase the green surface ratio of the city centre and improve the liveability of the city centre. 4. The unutilised floor level of the Tünde house, as well as the development of the Hild courtyard. 5. The development of a new community space on the line Jókai Square — Hospital Square with the development of the Memi Passa Bath and the tram environment in Pécs. 6. Improve the usability of Jókai space by limiting vehicle traffic and install electric car charging equipment. The exact technical content of the developments will be determined during the preparation of the licensing and construction plans. Detailed content: The development of the elf house and the Hild courtyard: The building of the Tünde house is a monument, the last refurbishment took place in 2003. Access to the upper floor is provided by a dark upper staircase, it is not opened from the street, there is currently no barrier-free access, which is limited for reasons. There are also 250 m² floors of the gallery, which can be used during the tender. There is a need for energy development in the building, one of the main elements of which is the replacement of the glass roof light, as well as roof insulation and complete heating modernisation. The accessibility of the building can provide a direct connection to the Széchenyi and Jókai squares. The once imposing interior of the Hild Court is currently underutilised, but with its development and coverage a new community space may emerge. After the inner courtyard is covered, a unique space of 235 m² will be created in the city. With the design of a ventilated double-layer roof, it is possible to provide the right climate in the courtyard in winter and summer. Development of the street of Franciscans: In the street of Franciscans, from Jókai Square to Váradi Antal Street, there would be a replacement of the existing unfavourable pavement. By retaining the current image, the length and transverse cubes will be retained so that the currently poor asphalt between them would be replaced by a pavement of square stone. There is currently no vegetation in the street. Under the project, a multi-storey plant stock would be planted in “green islands” to form green islands, improving the climate of the street. Development of Memi Pasha’s bath: The bath of Memi Pasha is located at the beginning of the street of Ferences, its condition has deteriorated considerably, it is not suitable for use in its current form. After the restoration of the conservation walls of the bath, it would be possible to cover the area at the same height as the current space level, during which a new public space could be created. With the creation of a glass slab on the 160 m² area, the area can be used in addition to the monument. Organising the tram environment of Pécs: The tram from Pécs was placed in the area between the Memi Pasha bath and the Franciscan church. The vehicle has been temporarily located, but the tram can remain in its current location for at least the next 10 years, so it is absolutely necessary to arrange it. Installation of electric vehicle chargers: On the north side of Antal Váradi street, which is currently a dead end, an electric charging system for charging two vehicles would be installed. Development of Jókai Square: In Jókai Square, a recessable traffic damping device would be installed, so the current vehicles for loading and transporting goods could be banned from the space. In Jókai street, it is necessary to plan the square covering according to Jókai Square until the intersection of Miklós Zrínyi Street. (English) | |||||||||||||||

2. A belváros Széchenyi tértől nyugatra eső részének fejlesztése, a Kórház tér és a Jókai tér vonalán. 3. Belvárosi zöldfelületek fejlesztése a „zöld város” koncepciójának megfelelően a belváros zöldfelületi arányának növelése, a belváros élhetőségének javítása. 4. A Tünde ház kihasználatlan emeleti szintjének, továbbá a Hild udvar fejlesztése. 5. Új közösségi tér kialakítása a Jókai tér – Kórház tér vonalon a Memi pasa fürdő és a pécsi villamos környezetének fejlesztésével. 6. A belső udvar lefedését követően 235m2 nagyságú a városban egyedülálló tér jön létre. Memi pasa fürdőjének fejlesztése: A Memi pasa fürdője a Ferencesek utcája elején található, állapota erősen leromlott, jelenlegi formájában hasznosításra nem alkalmas. A Jókai utcában a térburkolatot a Jókai térnek megfelelően szükséges megtervezni egészen a Zrínyi Miklós utcai kereszteződésig. (Hungarian)
