Description of the design area: The Hajnóczy Market is located in Uránváros, the town of Pécs, whose immediate surroundings form the action area. From the Esztergár Lajos street to Gosztonyi street, the area is located in the immediate vicinity of the main road No. 6. Detailed professional content of the development: The Municipality of Pécs wishes to develop the area in a complex way in such a way that parks, car parks, driving and resting zones are established in the area. During the development, it is necessary to renovate the green surfaces and expand their area, to solve the parking needs of the residents and the economic — service facilities of the surrounding area, and the modernisation of the primary ones. As part of the development, a bicycle path will be built along the nearly 1 km axis, which can connect to the university cycle path at Tüzér Street. The renovation of the Hajnóczy Market buildings is carried out in full in the framework of the local economic development scheme TOP-6.1.3-15, so the full development of the area can be realised from the present tender. The two projects are closely linked, so there is scope for complex development of the axis of about 1 km long. Within the framework of the project, we intend to implement the following main activities: — Along Hajnóczy út — Bihari János Street, on the southern side of road 6, the renewal of the whole green-green lane for about 1 km, especially with regard to the reduction and reduction of the load caused by road 6 traffic. — On the southern side of the Hajnóczy-Bihari streets along the “axle” the whole green strip is renewed and the associated pedestrian, traffic and parking surfaces are renewed. — The construction of a cycle path along the entire length of the ‘axle’, which is connected to the metropolitan cycle path at the eastern end of the university. — Complex green area functional development of the uppermosts on the south side of Hajnóczy street, as well as the refurbishment of its playgrounds. — Development of green surfaces and transport surfaces along Bihari János Street. A tervezési terület ismertetése: Pécs Megyei Jogú Város uránváros városrészében helyezkedik el a Hajnóczy Piac, amelynek közvetlen környezete képezi az akcióterületet. Az Esztergár Lajos utcától a Gosztonyi utcáig tartó mintegy 1 km hosszú terület a 6-os számú főközlekedési út közvetlen szomszédságában helyezkedik el. Terület leírása: Az akcióterület OTÉK szerinti terület-felhasználási besorolás szerint kereskedelmi és szolgáltató, nagyvárosias lakó és központi vegyes zónába esik. A terület önkormányzati tulajdon. Az akcióterület határát északi oldalról a 6-os számú főút, nyugati irányból az Esztergár Lajos utca, keleti irányból a Gosztonyi utcai kereskedelmi egységek déli irányból pedig a Hajnóczi úti és Bihari János utcai lakóházak határolják. Az érintett terület vegyes jellegű, zöldfelületek, parkolók és utak alkotják. A területen évtizedek óta nem történt semmilyen fejlesztés, így az utakat és járdaburkolatokat, a parkoló felületeket és a zöldterületeket is korszerűsíteni-fejleszteni szükséges. Fejlesztés részletes szakmai tartalma: Pécs Megyei Jogú Város Önkormányzata a területet komplexen kívánja fejleszteni olyan formában, hogy a területen a jelenlegi elvárásoknak megfelelő parkok, parkolók, közlekedő és pihenő zónák kerüljenek kialakításra. A fejlesztés során szükséges a zöldfelületek állagának megújítását és területének bővítését, a lakók és a környék gazdasági – kiszolgáló létesítményeinek parkolási igényeit, a tömbbelsők modernizációját megoldani. A fejlesztés részeként egy kerékpárút kerül kialakításra a közel 1 km-es tengely mentén, amely a Tüzér utcánál az egyetemi kerékpárúthoz tud csatlakozni. A Hajnóczy Piac épületeinek felújítása teljes egészében megtörténik a TOP-6.1.3-15-ös helyi gazdaságfejlesztési konstrukció keretében, így jelen pályázatból a terület teljeskörű fejlesztése tud megvalósulni. A két projekt egymással szorosan összefügg így lehetőség van a mintegy 1km hosszú tengely komplex fejlesztésére. A projekt keretén belül az alábbi fő tevékenységeket kívánjuk megvalósítani: - A Hajnóczy út – Bihari János utca mentén a 6-os út déli oldalán mintegy 1 km hosszan a teljes zöldfelület-zöldsáv megújítása, különös tekintettel a 6-os út forgalma okozta terhelés csökkentésére, mérséklésére. - A „tengely” mentén, a Hajnóczy-Bihari utcák déli oldalán a teljes zöldsáv megújítása, illetve a kapcsolódó gyalogos, közlekedési és parkolási felületek megújítása. - A „tengely” teljes hosszában kerékpárút kiépítése, amely keleti végén kapcsolódik az egyetemvárosi kerékpárúthoz. - A Hajnóczy utca déli oldalán található tömbbelsők komplex zöldterületi-funkcionális fejlesztése, továbbá játszótereinek felújítása. - A Bihari János utca mentén található zöldfelületek és közlekedési felületek fejlesztése. A fejlesztések pontos műszaki tartalma az engedélyezési és kiviteli tervek készítése során kerül meghatározásra. (Hungarian)
