    2.2 A projekt célja: A Sarkadi ipartestület székházának felújítása, közösségi tér kialakítása A közösségi tér fejlesztésével kívánják kialakítani a város igényeihez és civil életéhez igazodó épületet, amely stílusában szervesen kapcsolódik a környező polgári lakóépületekhez, épületekhez. A helyi szervezet szeretne egy méltó helyet teremteni a helyi iparosoknak. A régi és elavult épületet energiahatékony módon, akadálymentesítve-, ezzel is kiszélesítve a lehetőséget minél szélesebb körben-, kívánják megvalósítani. A helyi szervezet szeretne a jövőben minél több rendezvényt szervezni, amely hozzájárulhat a közösségi élet megújításában. 2.5 A projekt szakmai tartalmának részletezése (max 4000 karakter) A Sarkadi Ipartestület székházának felújítása és akadálymentesítése a környező terület parkosításával. A felújítás során a technikai eszközök beszerzése (projektor, asztalok, székek és egyéb bútorok beszerzése, wi-fi hálózat kiépítése, hangosítás). A felújítás során az épület funkcionális átalakítása történik, amely a külső- és belső megjelenésében is hozzájárul a modern környezettel a helyi lakosság és a már működő civil szervezetek működésének segítésében. 2.5.1 A projekt szükségességének alátámasztása, előzmények A HACS keretein belül pályázaton kíván részt venni a Sarkadi Ipartestület, amely a szervezet székházának fejlesztése, amelyben egy közösségi teret kívánnak létrehozni. Eddig a szervezet ilyen irányú pályázaton nem indult. 2.5.2 A projekt előkészítettsége Rendelkezésre álló dokumentumok: - Kérelem a pályázathoz kapcsolódóan - Megalapozó tanulmány - építészeti tervdokumentáció o Energetikai tanúsítvány o Akadálymentességi tervrész - Építési hatóság nyilatkozata a nem építési engedélyes tevékenységről - A kivitelező indikatív árajánlata a tervhez kapcsolódóan - Aláírási címpéldány - Tulajdoni lap - 2017- es pénzügyi mérleg - Közgyűlési jegyzőkönyv a 2017- es mérleg elfogadásáról (2018) 2.5.3 A projekt által érintett célcsoport(ok) A fejlesztést a Sarkadi Ipartestület részére hatják végre a székház felújítás és közösségi tér kialakítása folytán. Ezzel párhuzamosan a helyi közösségek és a lakosság részére szervezett rendezvényekkel ez a kör kiszélesedik. 2.5.4 Megvalósítandó tevékenységek • A homlokzat megújításhoz kapcsolódó bontási munkák, (pl.: régi terasz bontása, régi és töredezett betonfelületek bontása az udvaron, szennyvízakna bontása- feltöltése, fakivágás, az épületnél a tűzfal megerősítéshez kapcsolódó bontási munkálatok, 1 db kémény bontása a tűzfalnál, cserép eltávolítása, a külső falazat előkészítése a vakoláshoz és festéshez, belsőfalak előkészítése, régi villanyszerelési anyagok kibontása, a régi konyha és kapcsolódó szobai helyiségek összenyitásához kapcsolódó ajtó- és falkibontás) • Az épület akadálymentes megközelíthetőségének kialakítása, parkolók készítése • Az épület környezetének rendezése, parkosítás, füvesítés, egyes részeken új járdalapok lehelyezése • Az épület külső homlokzati részeinek megújítása, színezése, modern és hagyománytisztelő megjelenés kialakítása • A tetőszerkezet megerősítése, javítása, ereszképzés, tetőfedés lemezeléssel • A padlástérben 20 cm hőszigetelés kialakítása • Előtető készítése az épület belső homlokzata elé, hogy esővédett legyen a főbejárat • Tűzfal megerősítése • Az épület fogadórészeinek kialakítása • Vizes blokkok kialakítása, korszerűsítése, nemenkénti bontásban • Az akadálymentes vizesblokk kialakítása • Amennyiben lehetséges a szennyvízbekötés a városi hálózatba • A közösségi funkciójú helyiség kialakítása, a belső tér esztétikus és funkciónak megfelelően, így áthidaló beépítése a közösségi tér összenyitásához, belső falak vakolás- csiszolása és festése • Villanyszerelési munkálatok, ledes lámpák beépítése, új dugaljak beépítése • Padlóburkolatok cseréje, a vizesblokkokban a csempézés • Külső- és belső nyílászárók cseréje • Eszközök beszerzése, amely segíti a szervezet munkáját.
