The overall goal of our project is the social integration of people living in the lagging urban area at community and individual level. Improving the quality of life of socially disadvantaged people living in the area, helping to provide social integration, community development, education, school catch-up, individual development and social work programmes. The specific objective of the project is to strengthen social inclusion, to develop social services, to improve health prevention, to develop the competences of the target group, to reintegrate the workforce into the market, to improve access to services for people with physical and mental disabilities. During the program Klapka Gy. Road — Hegedűs Road — Kölcsey F. street — II. We will carry out the following activities in the action area delimited by Rákóczi F roads: — Cooperation with a view to creating the conditions for social integration at Community and individual level: In this activity we implement community development, public conversations and local actions. The aim of these programme elements is to continuously prepare and inform local residents, to strengthen the community of people living in segregation, to create a sense of “we” and to highlight the strength of social cooperation. — Continuous social work: In this activity, a full-time social worker and an assistant will participate in the following tasks during the application period: group activities, consultancy, individual development, service of programs, development. To preserve the mental health of professionals, we organise a regular superviation with the help of an external trainer. — Efforts to promote employment: In this element of activity, we start from the funds to catch up with the target group involved in the programme. As a first step, the development of basic competence will be continuous, followed by an 8th grade catch-up for those who wish to do so. In addition, we support social inclusion in the form of various trainings (communication and conflict management trainings). We also try to introduce participants to the mysteries of digital literacy, and we also organise training for shortages (OKJ) in the region. Within the framework of community gardening, families living in the action area will learn the basics of gardening and experience the conservation power of the community on land owned by local governments. In gardening, they acquire knowledge that they can use in their everyday life in later times. — Striving for development and education development in early childhood, childhood and outside formal education: In this activity, we have trained local experts for Sensor Integration Therapy, who will be able to filter out early childhood problems (movement, sensory, behavioural, etc.) and treat them with therapeutic methods. In addition, specialists (psychologist, conductor, physiotherapist, physiotherapist, educator) will help children and young people to develop their physical and mental development in order to help them successfully achieve school progression. — Striving for health promotion: This activity is carried out by the consortium partner by the Albert Schweitzer Hospital Foundation with regular pediatric counselling and annual health screening (covering the following harvests: risk factor screening, cardiovascular screening, skin and mouth cancer screening, prostate cancer screening, glaucoma screening, coeliac sensitisation and gynecological screening) and prevention lectures. — Improving access to services: We help those interested in this activity by providing advice. In addition, we also launch a free Wi-Fi service, which helps people in the action area to connect more easily, integrate into the world of job search, and access public utilities more easily. — Programmes to help prevent crime and improve public security: During the implementation of this project element, local professionals (policemen, vigilantes) inform the people living in the action area through interactive presentations, besides these a movement is also set up, where the aim is to prevent and limit crime in the residential community, and we develop its effectiveness by providing devices to the elderly living in the action area, who can signal to the competent bodies in the event of an emergency. The project is fully aligned with the Integrated Territorial Programme and the City’s Local Equal Opportunities Programme. The project will be implemented in a consortium, a consortium agreement concluded with a partner with the relevant experience and professional knowledge is available. The city has an earlier integrated urban development strategy, the activities of which are synchronised with the basic objectives of our submitted application, but the legal condition is required. Projektünk átfogó célja a leszakadó városi területen élők közösségi és egyéni szintű társadalmi integrációja. A területen élő társadalmilag hátrányos helyzetű emberek életminőségei javítása, társadalmi integrációt, közösségfejlesztést, oktatást, iskolai felzárkózást, egyéni fejlesztést, szociális munkát biztosító programok elérhetővé válásának segítése. A projekt specifikus célja a Társadalmi összetartozás megerősítése, szociális szolgáltatások fejlesztése, egészségügyi prevenció fejlesztése, a célcsoport kompetenciáinak fejlesztése, munkaerő - piacra való visszaintegrálása, a testi és szellemi fogyatékkal élők szolgáltatásokhoz való hozzáférésének fejlesztése. A program során Kisköre város 1. szegregátumában a Klapka Gy. Ezeknek a programelemeknek a célja a helyi lakosok folyamatos felkészítése és tájékoztatása mellett a szegregátumban élők közösségi erősítése, a "mi" tudat kialakítása, társadalmi összefogásban rejlő erőre való rávilágítás. A szakemberek mentális egészségének megőrzésére rendszeres szuperviziót szervezünk külső tréner közreműködésével. Ezek mellett különféle tréningek formájában segítjük a társadalmi beilleszkedést (kommunikációs, konfliktuskezelési tréningek). A digitális írástudás rejtelmeibe is igyekszünk bevezetni a résztvevőket, és a térségben hiányszakmára képzést (OKJ-s) is szervezünk. Közösségi kertészkedés keretén belül önkormányzati tulajdonban lévő földterületeken fogják az akcióterületen élő családok a kertészkedés alapjait elsajátítani és a közösség megtartó erejét megtapasztalni. A kertészkedés során olyan ismereteket sajátítanak el, amit a későbbi időkben fel tudnak használni a mindennapi életben. - Törekvés a kora-gyermekkori, gyermekkori,és formális oktatáson kívüli fejlesztésre és oktatás fejlesztésre: E tevékenységi elemben helyi szakembereket képeztetünk ki Szenzoros Integrációs Terápiára, akik képesek lesznek a kora gyermekkori problémákat (mozgás, érzékszervi, magatartásbeli stb.) kiszűrni és terápiás módszerekkel kezelni, emellett szakemberek (pszichológus, konduktor, gyógytornász, fejlesztő pedagógus) segítenek a gyermekeknek, fiataloknak a testi és szellemi fejlődésben így segítve őket az iskolai előmenetel sikeres teljesítésében. - Törekvés az egészség fejlesztésre: E tevékenységi elemet a konzorciumi partner az Albert Schweitzer Kórház Alapítvány végzi rendszeres gyermekorvosi tanácsadással, évenkénti egészségügyi szűréssel (ami kiterjed a következő szürésekre: rizikófaktor szűrés, szív és érrendszeri szűrés, bőr és szájdaganatok szűrése, prosztata rák szűrése, glaukoma szűrése, lisztérzékenység vizsgálata és nőgyógyászati szűrés) és prevenciós előadásokkal. - Szolgáltatásokhoz való hozzáférés javitása: E tevékenységben tanácsadással segítjük az érdeklődőket, ezek mellett egy ingyenes wifi szolgáltatást is elindítunk aminek segítségével az akcióterületen élők könnyebben teremtenek kapcsolatokat, az álláskeresés világába jobban be tudnak integrálódni, a közüzemi szolgáltatásokat könnyebben el tudják érni. - Bűnmegelőzést, közbiztonság javítását elősegítő programok: E projektelem megvalósítása során a helyi szakemberek (rendőrök, polgárőrök) szemléletformáló interaktív előadások keretében tájékoztatják az akcióterületen élőket, ezek mellett létrejön egy mozgalom is a Szomszédok Egymásért Mozgalom, ahol a cél a lakóközösségben előforduló bűncselekmények megelőzése, illetve korlátozása, ennek hatékonyságát úgy fejlesztjük, hogy egy jelzőrendszert kiépítve készülékeket adunk az akcióterületen élő időseknek, akik jelezni tudnak vészhelyzet esetén az illetékes szerveknek. A projekt teljes mértékben illeszkedi az integrált területi programhoz, valamint a város Helyi Esélyegyenlőségi Programjához is. A projekt megvalósítására konzorciumban kerül sor, a megfelelő tapasztalattal és szakmai tudással rendelkező partnerrel megkötött konzorciumi megállapodás rendelkezésre áll. Korábbi Integrált Városfejlesztési Stratégiával rendelkezik a város, melynek alapvető célkitúzéseivel a benyújtott pályázatunk tevékenységei szinkronban vannak, azonban szükséges a jogszabályi feltétel (Hungarian)
