The aim of the project is to develop and strengthen the community identity of the people living in the consortium’s territory, as the inhabitants of the villages belonging to the wine region Tata and its surroundings, by using the various tools of community development, community-based planning exercises and community development programmes, complemented by crime prevention, public safety and road safety programmes. The above objective is to be achieved through the following activities: 3.1.1. Self-eligible activities A) Initiation and implementation of Community development processes: 1. In the first 13 months of the project, a community-based survey and planning will be carried out with the participation of an external expert partner, resulting in the development of local action plans in the five settlements and in the Agostyán district of Tata, which will define the topics for the further activities of the project. 2. Historical exploration of community activity and making it accessible to the public 3. In the project, on the basis of the local action plan, community actions, activities, events, programmes and processes are carried out for 36 months. 4. During the first 13 months of the project, the local authorities’ strategic documents in line with the local action plan will be reviewed and renewed in participatory fora. 5. During the project, a community information point about the community development process will be set up in Tata. 6. In order to ensure the professional quality of the community development process, community development training is provided to the municipal professionals involved in the professional implementation of the project. As well as a study visit abroad, 5-6 people, professionals and managers from the settlements can get insights into the life of a well-functioning wine region. 3.1.2.1. Mandatory non-eligible activities to be carried out on its own: 1. In the framework of infocommunication accessibility, the subpage sharing information about the project on the website of the City of Tata will be accessible to those who are unable to see them. 2. For the entire duration of the project, a “C” sign is published in the municipalities in the consortium and on the website of the city of Tata by creating a subpage. 3.1.2.2.Optional, ineligible, ineligible activities: 1. The following programmes, based on the partnership cooperation (Community planning) method, will be carried out with the involvement of external, expert partners in all six municipalities during the first 13 months of the project: an information campaign; community design workshops; compiling summary documentation (plan, strategy, programme, concept) by processing the results of expert planning and partnership coordination (Community planning); make the documentation publicly available. 2. We aim to achieve crime prevention and improve public safety through two programme elements: a) Implementation of the theatrical work on crime prevention, planned together with young people, in the performance of the young people, followed by discussions. B) Making a video for seniors about the behavior of sneaking thieves/housekeepers. With the above programme elements, our goal is: — developing methods and programmes to solve problems that negatively affect the sense of security of the local community; — awareness raising; — increasing the self-defence capacity of the inhabitants of the settlement and involving them in the design and implementation of measures to enhance the public security of the settlement; — measures to increase the public’s sense of security; — cooperation, improving the flow of information, networking; — programmes aimed at avoiding victimisation and reducing the harmful effects of crime and alleviating the social and moral grievances of persons suffering crime 3. We would like to put more emphasis on road safety, as several new bicycle roads are being developed, so the following two programme elements will be implemented within the framework of the project: C) Implementation of an awareness-raising campaign aimed at the safety of vulnerable road users (pedestrians, cyclists). — Implementation of an awareness-raising campaign aimed at the safety of vulnerable road users (pedestrians, cyclists). — conducting campaigns and publishing publications explaining changes in traffic patterns and/or new rules of road traffic; — Bring to work, the implementation of the individual cycling awareness campaigns of the Bicycle Academy, ‘Safety on a Lifetime’ — Implementation of the campaign(s) inviting drivers to travel together. Compliance with the conditions set out in point 3.4 of the call and the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in the point of the substantive assessment criteria set out in the call will be presented in the professional plan. A projekt célja, hogy a konzorcium területén élők közösségi identitása - mint Tata és környéke borvidékhez tartozó települések lakosainak - kialakuljon és erősödjön, segítségül hívva ehhez a közösségfejlesztés különböző eszközeit, a közösségi részvételre épülő tervezési gyakorlatokat, közösségfejlesztő programokat, kiegészülve bűnmegelőzési, közbiztonsági és közlekedésbiztonsági programokkal. A fenti cél az alábbi tevékenységekkel kívánjuk elérni: 3.1.1. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek A) Közösségfejlesztési folyamatok kezdeményezése és megvalósítása: 1. A projekt első 13 hónapjában kerül sor külső szakértő partner bevonásával a közösségek részvételével megvalósuló felmérésre és tervezésre, melynek eredménye képen az öt településen, és Tata Agostyán városrészében kialakulnak a helyi cselekvési tervek, melyek meghatározzák a projekt további tevékenységeinek tematikáját. 2. A közösségi tevékenységének történeti feltárása és a lakosság számára elérhetővé tétele 3. A projektben 36 hónapon keresztül, a helyi cselekvési terv alapján a települések és a településrész lakosságát aktivizáló közösségi akciókra, tevékenységekre, eseményekre, programokra, folyamatok megvalósítására kerül sor. 4. A projekt első 13 hónapja során kerül sor a települések helyi cselekvési tervhez illeszkedő stratégiai dokumentumainak részvételi fórumok keretei között való áttekintésére és megújítására. 5. A projekt ideje alatt közösségfejlesztési folyamatról tájékoztató közösségi információs pont is kialakításra kerül Tatán. 6. A közösségfejlesztési folyamat szakmai minőségének biztosítása érdekében közösségfejlesztő képzésben részesülnek a projekt szakmai lebonyolításában részt vevő települési szakemberek. Valamint egy külföldi tanulmányútra is sor kerül, ahol a településekről érkező 5-6 aktív személy, szakember és a település vezetői jól „működő” borvidék életébe kaphat betekintést. 3.1.2.1. Kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: 1. Infokommunikációs akadálymentesítés keretében Tata Város honlapján, a projekttel kapcsolatos információkat megosztó aloldal hozzáférhetővé válik látásukban akadályozottak számára. 2. A projekt teljes hossza alatt nyilvánosság biztosítása keretében „C” tábla kihelyezése történik a konzorciumban lévő településeken, valamint Tata város honlapján, egy aloldal létrehozásával. 3.1.2.2.Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: 1. Partnerségi együttműködés (közösségi tervezés) módszerén alapuló alábbi programokra kerül sor a külső, szakértő partner bevonásával a projekt első 13 hónapja során mind a hat településen: a) információs kampány; b) közösségi tervező műhelyek; c) összefoglaló dokumentáció (terv, stratégia, program, koncepció) összeállítása a szakértői tervezés és a partnerségi egyeztetés (közösségi tervezés) eredményeinek feldolgozásával; a dokumentáció nyilvános elérhetővé tétele. 2. Bűnmegelőzést és közbiztonság javítását kettő programelemmel kívánjuk elérni: a) Bűnmegelőzési témájú színpadi mű megvalósítása fiatalokkal közösen tervezve, a fiatalok előadásában, majd megbeszélések követik a fellépéseket. b) Idősek számára kisfilm készítése a besurranó tolvajokkal/házalókkal szembeni viselkedésről A fenti programelemekkel célunk: - a helyi közösség biztonságérzetét negatívan befolyásoló problémák megoldására alkalmas módszerek kialakítása, programok megvalósítása; - tudatosságnövelés; - a településen élők önvédelmi képességeinek növelése, bevonásuk a település közbiztonságát növelő intézkedések kialakításába és megvalósításába; - a lakosság biztonságérzetének növelését célzó intézkedések; - együttműködés, információáramlás javítása, hálózatépítés; - az áldozattá válás elkerülését, valamint a bűnözés okozta káros hatások csökkentését és a bűncselekményeket elszenvedő személyek társadalmi, erkölcsi sérelmeinek enyhítését célzó programok 3. Közlekedésbiztonságra fokozott hangsúlyt szeretnénk tenni, hiszen jelenleg is folyamatban van több új bicikliút kialakítása is, így az alábbi kettő programelem valósul meg a projekt keretében: c) A védtelen közlekedők (gyalogosok, kerékpárosok) közlekedésbiztonságát célzó szemléletformáló kampány megvalósítása. d) Közlekedésbiztonsági oktató rövidfilm A fenti programelemekkel célunk: - A védtelen közlekedők (gyalogosok, kerékpárosok) közlekedésbiztonságát célzó szemléletformáló kampány megvalósítása. - megváltozott forgalmi rendet és/vagy új KRESZ szabályokat ismertető kampányok lebonyolítása és kiadványok kiadása; - Bringázz a munkába, BringaSuli/BringaAkadémia, „Biztonságosan közlekedni egy életúton” egyedi kerékpáros szemléletformáló kampányainak a megvalósítása - Gépjárművezetők számára a kulturált együtt közlekedésre felhívó kampány(ok) megvalósítása A felhívás 3.4 pontjában előírt feltételek teljesülése és a felhívásban szereplő tartalmi értékelési szempontok pontjában előírt feltételek teljesülése a szakmai tervben kerül bemutatásra.
