Objectives of the project: The settlement of KörösNagyharsány develops a suitable rainwater drainage system and thus the solution of drainage from vulnerable areas. Improvement of environmental safety, improvement of environmental status, reduction of water damage, prevention of damage, orderly and unharmed discharge of water, creation of a safe and healthy living environment Planned interventions: In the internal area of KörösNagyharsány, the development and reconstruction of the drainage network for the protection of the inland area, taking into account the objectives of rainwater management, can be rebuilding and constructing the following drainage ditches within the framework of the tender: Construction of an open ditch closed inland drainage canal construction of road crossings restoration of earthbed open ditch construction of Váradi street: 780 m Railway Street: 280 m Bocskai street: 260 Establishment of a closed drainage channel railway street: 120 Rehabilitation of road crossings 4 reasons for planned technical solutions (special technical solutions): restoration of the road network lane directly affected by the development deteriorated in its quality parameters as a result of the development: For the implementation of the planned project elements, it is necessary to dismantle the affected road crossings and then restore it, assuming 4.0 m pavement, designed with 8.0 m penetrating walls. The cost of surface demolition and restoration does not exceed the professional cost limit of 15 % required by the Call. Road crossing pavement demolition + restoration: 4 pcs 1 in Váradi street 2 in Railway Street 1 pcs in Petőfit Street covering ditches and construction of covered drainage trenches: During the planning of the project, the point of the Call that closed rainwater drainage system can only be built in justified cases has been taken into account. So, where road conditions and local conditions made it possible, an open rainwater drainage system was planned. However, in some areas the utilities of the street, thus keeping in mind the safe drainage of water and the scarcity of the street, justified the design of the closed rainwater drainage system. Closed sewerage systems are in any case necessary to ensure safe drainage of the waters and are not designed for parking purposes or for the purpose of increasing public spaces. In addition to the compulsory awareness-raising programme undertaken in the framework of the project, the Project Owner undertakes to implement the action supporting the maintenance of a cultured, clean environment in the area affected by the development, which is financed by the local government from its own budget. The actions undertaken are as follows: The organisation of public action (informing the population about the importance of keeping the trench clean and how to keep the trenches clean) The collection of eyes with the involvement of schoolchildren in the affected areas The planned intervention system is implemented in an integrated way, in line with the local documents and developments, the county, district and national developments.     A projekt Körösnagyharsány területén valósul meg. Érintett területek lehatárolása Bocskai utca Váradi utca Vasút utca Petőfi utca A csapadékvíz elvezetésének hiánya/hiányosságai az ingatlanok közvetlen károsításán kívül természet- és környezetvédelmi szempontból is károsak. A csapadék a jelentős mennyiségű hordalékot az alacsonyan fekvő, laposabb területekre szállítja, ahol ezeket lerakva további gondokat okoz a települési infrastruktúrában, szennyeződést szállít a vízbázis védőterületre. A nagy mennyiségű gyors lefolyású csapadék a magasabban fekvő területeken eróziós károkat okoz, ami a talaj felső termékeny rétegének a pusztulásához vezet. A települések csapadékvize (különösen egy hosszabb száraz időszakot követően), vagy egy hóolvadásból származó lefolyás nagy mennyiségben juttathat súlyosan szennyező anyagokat az utak, járdák burkolatáról a befogadó vízfolyásba. A felszíni és felszínalatti vízbázisok elszennyezése a települések vízellátási zavarainak veszélyét is előrevetítheti. Mivel az érintett településeken a csapadék eloszlása szélsőséges, jellemző a hirtelen, nagyobb mennyiségben érkező csapadék. A projekt céljai: Körösnagyharsány település megfelelő csapadékvíz elvezető rendszer kialakítása, és ezzel a veszélyeztetett területekről a vízelvezetés megoldása. Környezetbiztonság növelése, környezeti állapot javítása, vízkár veszélyeztetettség csökkentése, káresemények megelőzése, a vizek rendezett és kártétel nélküli elvezetése, biztonságos és egészséges lakókörnyezet megteremtése Tervezett beavatkozások: Körösnagyharsány belterületén a belterület védelmét szolgáló vízelvezető-hálózat fejlesztése, rekonstrukciója a csapadékvízgazdálkodás céljainak figyelembevételével a következő vízlevezető árkok átépítése, kiépítése valósulhat meg a pályázat keretén belül: Földmedrű nyílt árok kiépítése Zárt belvízelveztő csatorna kiépítése Útkereszteződések bontása helyreállítása Földmedrű nyílt árok kiépítése Váradi utca: 780 m Vasút utca: 280 m Bocskai utca: 260 Zárt belvízelveztő csatorna kiépítése Vasút utca: 120 Útkereszteződések bontása helyreállítása 4 db Tervezett műszaki megoldások indoklása (speciális műszaki megoldások): a fejlesztés megvalósítása következtében minőségi paramétereiben megromlott, a fejlesztés által közvetlenül érintett közúthálózati sáv helyreállítása: A tervezett projektelemek megvalósításához szükséges az érintett útkeresztezések burkolatbontása, majd annak helyreállítása, 4,0 m burkolatot feltételezve, 8,0 m áteresz támfalakkal tervezve. A burkolat bontás és helyreállítás költsége nem haladja meg a Felhívás által előírt 15%-os szakmai költség-korlátot. Útkeresztezés burkolat bontás + helyreállítás: 4 db 1 db a Váradi utcában 2 db a Vasút utcában 1 db a Petőfit utcában árkok lefedése és fedett vízelvezető árkok építése: A projekt tervezése során figyelembe lett véve a Felhívás azon pontja, miszerint zárt csapadékvíz-elvezető rendszer kizárólag indokolt esetben építhető. Tehát ahol az útviszonyok, helyi adottságok lehetővé tették, ott nyílt csapadékvíz-elvezető rendszer került betervezésre. Egyes területeken azonban az utca közművei, ezáltal a vizek biztonságos elvezetésének szem előtt tartása, valamint az utca szűkössége indokolták a zárt csapadékvíz-elvezető rendszer betervezését. A zárt csatornarendszerek minden esetben a vizek biztonságos elvezetésének biztosításához szükségesek, azok nem parkolási célból vagy a közterületek növelése céljából kerültek kialakításra. Az alábbi szakaszon vált szükségessé a zárt elvezető rendszer kialakítása: Zárt csatorna: Vasút utca 120indikátorok: 1 440 m épített vagy felújított bel- és csapadékvíz-elvezető rendszer Indikátorok: 1 440 m , épített vagy felújított bel- és csapadékvíz-elvezető rendszer A szemléletformáló program célja, hogy megismertesse a célcsoportot a környezetvédelem általános elveivel, a fenntartható fejlődés fogalmával, jellemzőivel, illetve, hogy a helyiek hogyan tudnak hozzájárulni a fenntartható fejlődéshez mindennapi tevékenységük során. A projekt keretében kötelezően vállalt szemléletformáló programon túl, a Projektgazda vállalja a fejlesztéssel érintett területen a kulturált, tiszta környezet fenntartását támogató akció megvalósítását, melyet az önkormányzat saját költségvetéséből finanszíroz. A vállalt akciók az alábbiak: Lakossági akció szervezése (lakosság tájékoztatása az árkok tisztán tartásának fontosságáról és mikéntjéről) Szemétszedés az iskoláskorúak bevonásával az érintett területeken A tervezett beavatkozás rendszerbe integráltan valósul meg, illeszkedve a települési dokumentumokhoz, fejlesztésekhez, a megyei, a járási, illetve az országos fejlesztésekhez. Az illeszkedés a PET-ben került részletesen kifejtésre. A tervezett tevékenység hosszú távú (legalább 5 éves) fenntartásának intézményi, műszaki háttere biztosított, ez a PET-ben bemutatásra került.
