Az azbesztmentesítés nem releváns. A kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság biztosítására vonatkozó feltételeket betartjuk. Képzési anyag kerül kidolgozásra a feltételeknek megfelelően. 3. Közigazgatási funkciót ellátó intézmény (468/8 Hrsz.) épületének homlokzati hőszigetelését (15 cm) , tetőfödémszigetelését (25 cm), elektromos hálózat korszerűsítését (vezetékhálózat, lámpatestek cseréi, fényforrások cseréi), fűtésrendszer korszerűsítését (kazán csere, radiátorok cseréi), valamint homlokzati nyílászárók cseréit tervezzük.Az épület akadálymentesen megközelíthetővé válik (rámpa, mozgássérült mosdó, parkoló). Az azbesztmentesítés nem releváns. A kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság biztosítására vonatkozó feltételeket betartjuk. Képzési anyag kerül kidolgozásra a feltételeknek megfelelően. 4. Képzési anyag kerül kidolgozásra a feltételeknek megfelelően. a) projekt célja Az önkormányzati intézmény(ek) hatékonyabb energiahasználatának, racionálisabb energiagazdálkodásának elősegítése, ezen belül: - 100%-ban önkormányzati tulajdonú épület(ek) energiahatékonyságot célzó felújítása és fejlesztése, a fosszilis energiahordozókból származó üvegházhatású gázok (ÜHG) kibocsátásának csökkentése - a megújuló energiaforrások fokozottabb használata b) a projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalma a választott önállóan támogatható és önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek körének a bemutatásával együtt Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek a) Önkormányzati tulajdonú épületek energiahatékonyság-központú fejlesztése, külső határoló szerkezeteik korszerűsítése által - Épületek hőtechnikai jellemzőinek javítása, az épületek energetikai jellemzőinek meghatározásáról szóló, a felhívás megjelenésekor hatályos 7/2006 (V. 24.) TNM rendelet (továbbiakban: TNM rendelet) 6. § (5) és (6) bekezdéseinek b) pontjaiban megfogalmazott „hazai vagy uniós pályázati forrás” felhasználása esetében alkalmazandó követelményeknek megfelelően a külső határoló szerkezetek (beleértve a pince- és zárófödémeket vagy a fűtött tetőteret határoló szerkezeteket) utólagos szigetelésével, külső nyílászárók cseréjével vagy korszerűsítésével, vagy az épületek nyári, passzív hővédelmének javításával. h) Fosszilis energiahordozó alapú hőtermelő berendezések korszerűsítése, cseréje, és/vagy a kapcsolódó fűtési és HMV rendszerek korszerűsítése - hőtermelő berendezések korszerűsítése, cseréje (meglévő fosszilis alapú hőtermelő cseréje korszerűbb fosszilis alapú hőtermelőre vagy biomassza kazánrendszer telepítése); - fosszilis alapú távhőellátásban részesülő épületeknél a kedvezményezett tulajdonában lévő szekunder oldali gépészeti elemek korszerűsítései - fűtési és HMV rendszer korszerűsítése, cseréje; - hőleadó berendezések korszerűsítése, cseréje, szükség esetén a kapcsolódó kéménytechnikai fejlesztések elvégzésével; - épületgépészeti intelligens szabályzási rendszerek kiépítése, fejlesztése (épületek energetikai szabályzását, vezérlését biztosító rendszerek fejlesztése, hiányuk esetén ezek kiépítése, az ehhez szükséges mérési pontok kialakítása, központi épületenergia-menedzsment rendszerek kialakítása, a mérési eredmények gyűjtését, feldolgozását, megjelenítését biztosító fejlesztések megvalósítása A C;D;E pontok a projekttervben kerülnek részletezésre..
