The local government of Mohács Municipality of Mohács intends to submit its project proposal in a consortium with foetus-CAR Nonprofit Kft., which aims to develop the infrastructure of basic social services already in existence in the city in a complex way. 7 basic social services will be renewed through development (support service; family and Child Welfare Centre; street social work; catering; Community care; day care, home assistance) in three different institutions of the city. The development of a new building; it includes the refurbishment, modernisation and equipment purchase of an existing institution building. Two of the institutions concerned (Mohács Small Region Family and Child Welfare Service and Centre; Joint Social Institution) is the owner of the Mohács Multipurpose Minor Region Association, but the owner of the buildings is the Municipality of Mohács. The third institution is operated by foetus-CAR Nonprofit Kft. (foetus Social Centre). The main objective of the project proposal is to improve the accessibility and quality of the basic social benefits concerned. The following areas of activity are involved in the implementation of the project: Self-eligible activities under point 3.1.1 of the call: A/b) expansion, refurbishment, refurbishment (including building engineering) — Project element 1 (A/d) new construction — Project element 2 B/a) acquisition of equipment, furniture and equipment (including ICT-related equipment) — Project elements 1, 2, 3 B/b) acquisition of tangible assets related to external spaces — Project elements 1, 2, 3 (B/c) purchase of vehicles — Project elements 2, 3, ineligible actions under point 3.1.2 of the call: C) use of renewable energy sources — Project elements 1, 2, self-eligible, mandatory activities under point 3.1.3 of the call: a) Accessibility — Project elements 1, 2, c) Energy efficiency measures — Project elements 1, 2 d) Provision of publicity — pursuant to Chapter 10 of the General Conditions document — Project element 1, 2, 3: Mohács Small Region Family Services and Child Welfare Service and Centre is currently located in a 110 m² building area, with 17 of its 4 offices. In the street wing of Mohács, Eötvös u. 6. municipality-owned property, the service of protective women in Mohács (building part A) and the family support service (“B” part) are located in the courtyard wing. Too little space is available in the building, so the conditions of the functions do not meet today’s requirements, which gives rise to a number of problems: documentation tasks are difficult as five people work in one office. Interview rooms are not so interviews can be held in the offices. This entails the suspension of the work there, since the uninterrupted, lawful and effective identification of the client’s problems can only be achieved. Overcrowding is commonplace, waiting room and building rooms do not have sufficient capacity and accessibility is not complete. On the basis of the above, it can be concluded that the needs of the premises required for the activities were not met, with inadequate location connections. Because of the functions, the increase in the number to be performed and the outdated design, they operate under unworthy conditions. The size of the building is not sufficient to fulfil the two functions, so in order to ensure the right conditions, the women’s service moves to a property that is also owned by the municipality and is undergoing renovation, so that the child welfare and family support service can be adapted in accordance with the regulations in the building so far shared. The aim of the project is to adapt the service’s space needs, to provide service background rooms, to create accessible traffic, to improve the technical condition of the building, to modernise the electrical network and building technical system and to extend the floor area of the Family Supporter with an existing building part, which is also owned by the municipality, and to restructure the established unit and to provide the necessary equipment for the smooth provision of services. As a result of the implementation of the project, the accessibility and quality conditions of the institution are greatly improved. By creating new infrastructure, the quality of service will be improved by scale. It also creates equal opportunities for people with limited care. Work will be more efficient, offices will no longer be overcrowded, so calm conditions for workers and beneficiaries will be ensured. The project element of the Development Concept for Family Support and Centre will also be linked to ESF development. The Municipality of Mohács has also submitted a project proposal for the call for proposals TOP-5.2.1-15, entitled “Complex programs at local level to strengthen social cooperation in Mohács Újváros” with the identification number TOP-5.2.1-15-BA1-2016-00001, in which, among other things, the work of the family and child welfare service is based on the moha (English)

A projektgazda Mohács Város Önkormányzata a FOETUS-CAR Nonprofit Kft.–vel konzorciumban kívánja beadni projektjavaslatát, mely a városban már meglévő szociális alapszolgáltatások infrastruktúráját kívánja komplex módon fejleszteni. A harmadik intézményt a FOETUS-CAR Nonprofit Kft. működteti (Foetus Szociális Központ). A Mohács, Eötvös u. 6. önkormányzati tulajdonú ingatlan utcai szárnyában a mohácsi védőnői szolgálat („A” épületrész), udvari szárnyában a családsegítő szolgálat („B” épületrész) működik. Emellett esélyegyenlőséget teremt a korlátozott személyek ellátásában.
