The site of implementation, Gerendás, with 1289 inhabitants. The village is located in the district of Békéscsabai. As part of the project, the building of the Cultural House will be renewed. The investment concerns real estate located in the town centre. As part of the renovation, the current gas boiler will be replaced by a new, modern condensing boiler, which will create a more sustainable heating system with more efficient fuel use. In addition, a solar panel system consisting of 40 panels with a capacity of 10 710 kWh/year will be installed on the roof of the building to cover the electricity demand. The planned development project will contribute to the following sub-targets of the strategic goal “Conservation of natural and built values, preservation of intangible and cultural heritage, creative sustainable development” in the county regional development programme: — improving the efficiency of energy use; — reduction of energy consumption — CO2 emission reduction The project fits into measures ‘Development of basic services’ and ‘Development infrastructure’, the overall objective of ‘improvement of quality of life in small settlements’ is part of the HFS of the Association for Rural Development of Körösök Völgye. The HFS SWOT analysis responds to the weakness of the “low-implementation of the principles of environmental sustainability”. The project owner undertakes to organise awareness-raising and awareness-raising actions (collection of abandoned litter, public area care) The documents requested in the framework of the missing documents could not be submitted through the electronic system, they were sent electronically (e-mail) to the Intermediate Body on 19.09.2018. A megvalósítás helyszíne, az 1289 lakosú Gerendás. A település a Békéscsabai járásban helyezkedik el. A projekt keretében a Művelődési ház épülete kerül megújításra. A beruházás a településközpontban elhelyezkedő ingatlant érint. A felújítás keretében sor kerül a jelenlegi gázkazánnak egy új, korszerű kondenzációs kazánra történő cseréjére, mellyel hatékonyabb tüzelőanyag felhasználással fenntarthatóbb fűtési rendszer kerül kialakításra. Ezen felül a villamosenergia igény fedezésére egy 40 panelből álló, 10710 kWh/év teljesítményű napelemes rendszer is felszerelésre kerül az épület tetejére. Emellett sor kerül a meglévő világítási rendszernek egy új, energiatakarékos világítótestekből álló rendszerre történő cseréjére. Megtörténik továbbá a projektben elvárt projektarányos akadálymentesítés is, melynek keretében egy mozgássérült mellékhelyiség, valamint egy feljáró kerül kialakításra. A tervezett fejlesztési projekt hozzájárul a megyei területfejlesztési programban "Természeti és épített értékek, a szellemi és kulturális örökség megóvása, alkotó innovatív fenntartható továbbfejlesztése” stratégiai cél alábbi részcéljainak teljesüléséhez: - energiafelhasználás hatékonyságának javítása; - energiafogyasztás csökkentése - széndioxid kibocsátás csökkenése A projekt a Körösök Völgye Vidékfejlesztési Egyesület HFS-ának A „kistelepüléseken elérhető életminőség növelése” átfogó cél „Településfejlesztés” specifikus cél „Alapszolgáltatások fejlesztése” és „Települési infrastruktúra fejlesztése” intézkedéshez illeszkedik. A HFS SWOT analízis „környezeti fenntarthatóság elveinek alacsony érvényesülése” gyengeségre reagál a projekt. A projektgazda vállalja környezettudatosságot építő, szemléletformáló akciók szervezését (elhagyott szemét gyűjtése, közterület gondozás) A hiánypótlás keretében kért dokumentumok benyújtására az elektronikus rendszeren keresztül nem volt lehetőség, azokat elektronikus úton (e-mail) 2018.09.19-én került megküldésre a Közreműködő Szervezethez.
