The project’s development fits into the thematic objectives of the Integrated Urban Development Strategy of the City of Kunszentmárton as follows: 1. The creation of a new market area will bring about the development of the urban economy in order to improve the employment situation of the population. 2. As regards the tools forming part of the project, we examined several websites and contacted a distributor. On this basis, the project budget was compiled. The project promoter undertakes to carry out the mandatory communication activities required by the relevant Széchenyi 2020 Beneficiaries’ Information Obligations Guide and Identification Manual and the related call for beneficiaries: Creating a subpage related to the project, preparing a communication plan, sending a press release about the launch of the project and collecting press appearances, placing “B” or “C” type information boards on the site of the investment, preparing photo documentation suitable for communication purposes, sending a press release on the closing of the project and collecting press appearances, placing a “D” reminder on the site of the investment, uploading the TÉRKÉPTÉR. In addition, it shoulder to express a sense of opportunity in public events, communication and behaviour related to development: it does not mediate segregation and reduces existing prejudices for groups. Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county committed to the indicators “open spaces created or restored in the urban areas” with a value of 2,000 sqm. As part of the development, the project owner undertakes about 7,841 sqm (2 dog runners: 432 nm, 1 runway: 1 015 sqm, refurbishment of parking lots: 304 nm, refurbishment and design of the road surface ensuring the accessibility and interoperability of the green surface: 416,59 sqm, 5 playgrounds 446,60 sqm, 4 outdoor fitness parks: 204,00 sqm, 1 piece of extreme park design: 5 023 sqm, Renovation of Jards: 807,00 nm) Self-eligible activities: Creation of a green city (green surface reconstruction, 2 dog runners, 1 runway, 5 playgrounds, 4 outdoor fitness parks, 1 extreme park, community spaces (9 islands of tranquility), direct utilisation of rainwater in the green area to be developed): total approx. 242 045 912 Ft Design of a market area (urban, local market, market hall) for local products: HUF 3 417 936 self-eligible activities: Covering transport and operating areas, noise protection, dust protection, reducing pollen loads by field design and/or planting: 3 695 700 HUF Renovation and design of Járdas, footbridges, large objects suitable for walking and cycling only: 19 452 412 Ft Acquisition of equipment necessary for the proper use of the area (installation of quality street furniture suitable for the environment, etc.): 12 342 744 Ft Reconstruction or construction of urban rainfall and inland water protection facilities in the action area as an integral part of urban green infrastructure development: 6 762 750 Ft Renovation of existing parking spaces: 9 658 744 Ft Renovation and design of the road surface ensuring the accessibility and interoperability of the green surface: HUF 12 587 923 activities which are not self-eligible and must be carried out: Publicity on the basis of Chapter 10 of the General Conditions document: 500 380 HUF “soft” elements complementing infrastructure and investment developments: HUF 2.540.000 The further details of the request for rectification are presented in a separate annex due to the number of characters limit.     A projekt keretében megvalósuló fejlesztés illeszkedik Kunszentmárton Város Integrált Településfejlesztési Stratégiájában foglalt tematikus célokhoz a következők szerint: 1. Az új piacterület létrehozásával megvalósul a városi gazdaság fejlesztése a lakosság foglalkoztatási helyzetének javítása érdekében. 2. A zöldfelületek növelése, a csatornarendszer, valamint a burkolatok felújítása által fejlesztésre kerül városi infrastruktúra és lakókörnyezet. 3. A megújuló zöldfelületek, pihenőparkok kialakításával a városban elérhető szolgáltatások minőségének és elérhetőségének fejlesztése is megvalósul. 4. A projekt során rehabilitált zöldfelületek és terek alapvetően szolgálják a lakosság életvitelének javítását, hiszen a pihenésre, a rekreációra, a mozgásra és a sportra biztosítanak megfelelő teret. A közösségi identitás erősítése a kapcsolódó ’soft’ programokon keresztül is történik. A projekt nem okozza az alacsonystátuszú lakosság arányának növekedését, hiszen a fejlesztések során létrehozott elemek olyan modern társadalomhoz méltó, több generációt összefogó közösségek kialakulását eredményezik, melyek egy fejlett városhoz méltóak. A projekt költségvetése reálisan került felmérésre. A támogatási kérelem benyújtását megelőzően elkezdődött a projekt tervezése is, melynek keretében tervezői költségbecslések is készültek. A projekt részét képező eszközöket illetően több internetes honlapot is megvizsgáltunk, valamint egy forgalmazó céggel is felvettük a kapcsolatot. Ezek alapján került összeállításra a projekt költségvetése. A projektgazda a hatályos Széchenyi 2020 Kedvezményezettek Tájékoztatási Kötelezettségei útmutató és arculati kézikönyv című dokumentumokban és a kapcsolódó felhívásban a kedvezményezettek számára előírt kötelező kommunikációs tevékenységek teljesítését vállalja: Projekthez kapcsolódó aloldal létrehozása, kommunikációs terv készítése, sajtóközlemény küldése a projektindításáról és a sajtómegjelenések összegyűjtése, a beruházás helyszínén „B” vagy „C” típusú tájékoztató táblák elhelyezése, kommunikációs célra is alkalmas fotódokumentációt készítése, sajtóközleményt kiküldése a projekt zárásáról és a sajtómegjelenéseket összegyűjtése, a beruházás helyszínén „D” típusú emlékeztető tábla elhelyezése, a TÉRKÉPTÉR feltöltése. Vállaja továbbá, hogy a fejlesztéshez kapcsolódó nyilvános eseményeken, kommunikációjában és viselkedésében esélytudatosságot fejez ki: nem közvetít szegregációt és csökkenti a csoportokra vonatkozó meglévő előítéleteket. Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok megye a „Városi területeken létrehozott vagy helyreállított nyitott terek” indikátorokhoz kapcsolódóan tett vállalást, melynek értéke 2.000 nm.
