In connection with the project ‘Development of the Nyírjes Tourism Center’, our goal is to develop the complex cultural and ecotourism of Nyírjes. A People’s Crafts Court will be implemented in these themes, with which our aim is to present traditional folk art and cultural values and literary works related to our city in an attractive and interactive way. In this context, we wish to build an open-air water stage in order to present the attractions for the community. In order to develop tourism, the reconstruction of tourist paths in the area, the creation of resting places, the lookout and canopy promenade to be implemented as a tourist attraction element, as well as a related thematic literary interactive space and fairy tale park to meet the cultural and tourist needs of children and adult ages will be created. The aim is to develop a boathouse for the development of tourism, a catering unit serving the entire project, a souvenir shop, a reception room, and the associated parking and social premises. The project is linked to the wildlife park operated by Ipoly Erdő Zrt, which has been operating in Nyírjes for many years, and to events that have become a tradition in Nyírjes, as well as to the cultural sights of the city and the region. The target group of the project is twofold; first and foremost tourists of all ages; on the other hand, visitors who live in the area, want to relax and recharge. Based on the cultural development we intend to implement interactive presentation methods, information and presentation boards. The project will contribute to an increase in per capita spending and to an increase in the number and planned nature of the attractions and the number of nights by linking regional cultural and other ecotourism attractions. The expansion of cultural events ensures a relevant increase in the number of visitors. We undertake to provide the right tourism professional from our own HR source, and we also provide our TDM membership for project closure. We would like to cooperate with many SME catering and service providers in the region, as well as with several cultural and recreational organisations. Seasonality is completely excluded and opening hours are foreseen throughout the year for the operation of the project. The selective implementation of waste management will be developed in the project locations. In order to ensure an increase in the number of visitors, we undertake to organise at least 6 suitable events per year. Ecotourism development elements are independent of age and family friendly. Thanks to the development, cultural and ecotourism attractions can be realised in a beautiful ecological environment in order to promote active relaxation. In addition, at the lake in the place of development, we wish to ensure the provision of infrastructural service to anglers throughout the year, the establishment of resting places and benches. We provide mandatory technical content for business marketing, accessibility, energy efficiency and other required technical content during project implementation. The development is in line with the objectives of the TOP, and the project includes several independently eligible activities. The opening hours are over 300. The project will create at least 4.25 new jobs and will be one of the economic indicators of many local businesses. The basic tourist infrastructure is available in the area, with several accommodations and tourist attractions awaiting visitors. The project location is easily accessible by bus, bicycle, on foot and by car, regardless of weather conditions. The project will create a tourist centre combining the lack of culture and tourism in the region. The project is based on sound planning; both in terms of supply, tourism and cultural functions, professional management and project management, both technical and content. The implementation of the development was planned at own-owned locations, evaluating the risk elements. The expected stay time is at least 2.5-3 hours per visitor. Financially, self-sufficiency is the goal, but of course the additional expenses are undertaken by the project promoter. A Nyírjes Turisztikai Központ Fejlesztése című projekt kapcsán célunk a Nyírjes komplex kulturális és ökoturisztikai fejlesztése. E témakörökben megvalósításra kerül egy Népi Kézműves Udvar, mellyel a hagyományokra épülő népművészeti és kulturális értékek, továbbá városunkhoz köthető irodalmi művek attraktív és interaktív bemutatása a célunk. Ehhez kapcsolódóan a közösséget célzó attrakciók bemutatásához szabadtéri vízi-színpadot kívánunk megépíteni. A helyszínen a turizmus fejlesztése céljából a területen lévő turista ösvények rekonstrukciója, pihenőhelyek létrehozása, s a turisztikai attrakciós elemként megvalósítandó kilátó és lombkorona sétány, valamint egy ehhez kapcsolódó a gyermek és a felnőtt korosztály kulturális és turisztikai igényeinek kielégítését célzó tematikus irodalmi interaktív tér, mesepark kerül kialakításra. Ehhez kapcsolódóan egy a turizmus fejlesztését célzó csónakház, a teljes projektet kiszolgáló vendéglátó-ipari egység, szuvenír bolt, vendégfogadó helyiség, s a hozzá tartozó parkolók és szociális helyiségek kialakítása a cél. A projekt kapcsolódik a Nyírjesben már évek óta működő, az Ipoly Erdő Zrt által üzemeltett vadasparkhoz és a Nyírjesben hagyománnyá vált rendezvényekhez, s a város, valamint a térség kulturális látnivalóihoz. A projekt célcsoportja kettős; elsősorban a térségbe látogató turisták életkortól függetlenül; másrészt a térségben élő, pihenni, feltöltődni vágyó látogatók. A kulturális fejlesztés alapján interaktív bemutatási módszereket, tájékoztató és bemutató táblákat kívánunk megvalósítani. A projekt hozzájárul az egy főre eső költésnövekedéshez, valamint az attrakciók száma és tervezett jellege, valamint a térségi kulturális és egyéb ökoturisztikai látnivalók összekapcsolása révén a vendégéjszakák számának növekedéséhez. A kulturális események bővítése révén a látogatószám releváns emelkedése biztosított. Vállaljuk, hogy a megfelelő turisztikai szakembert saját HR forrásból biztosítjuk, emellett a projektzárásra TDM tagságunkat biztosítjuk. Együttműködni kívánunk a térségben számos vendéglátó és szolgáltató tevékenységet folytató kkv-kkal, valamint több kulturális és szabadidős tevékenységgel foglalkozó szervezettel. A szezonalitás teljesen kizárt, a projekt működése szempontjából a nyitva tartás az év teljes szakaszában tervezetten biztosított. A hulladékgazdálkodás szelektív megvalósítása a projekt helyszíneken kialakításra kerül. A látogatószám növekedés biztosítása érdekében vállaljuk a legalább 6 alkalmas rendezvény szervezését évente. Az ökoturisztikai fejlesztési elemek életkor függetlenek és családbarátok egyben. A fejlesztés révén gyönyörű ökológiai környezetbe illeszkedő kulturális és ökoturisztikai attrakciók valósulnak meg, az aktív pihenés elősegítése érdekében. Mindemellett a fejlesztés helyén lévő tónál biztosítani kívánjuk a horgászok teljes évben történő infrastrukturális kiszolgálását, pihenőhelyek, padok létrehozását. Az üzleti marketingtevékenység, az akadálymentesítés, valamint az energiahatékonyság és az egyebekben előírt kötelező műszaki tartalmakat biztosítjuk a projektmegvalósítás során. A fejlesztés illeszkedik a TOP céljaihoz, s a projekt több önállóan támogatható tevékenységet tartalmaz. A nyitvatartási napok meghaladják a 300-at. A projekt legalább 4,25 fő új munkahelyet teremt és számos helyi vállalkozás egyik gazdasági indikátora lesz. A turisztikai alapinfrastruktúra a térségben rendelkezésre áll, több szálláshely és turisztikai attrakció is várja az idelátogatókat. A projekt helyszín könnyen, időjárástól függetlenül megközelíthető autóbusszal, kerékpárral, gyalogosan és személyautóval egyaránt. A projekttel egy a térségben hiányzó kultúrát és a turizmust ötvöző turisztikai központ jön létre. A projekt megalapozott tervezésen nyugszik; mind a kínálat, mind a turisztikai és kulturális funkciók, mind a szakmai irányítás és projektmenedzsment tekintetében, műszaki és tartalmilag egyaránt. A fejlesztés megvalósulása saját tulajdonban lévő helyszíneken, a kockázati elemeket kiértékelve került tervezésre. A beruházás több, kulturális, az EU által finanszírozott projekthez kapcsolódik, mint pl az Agora, vagy a Nyírjesi Füvészkert és Vadaspark, valamint a komplexum kapcsolódik a Palóc Úthoz. A várható benntartózkodási idő legalább 2,5-3 óra/látogató. Pénzügyileg az önfenntartás a cél, de természetesen az addicionális kiadásokat a projektgazda vállalja. Környezetvédelmi szempontból minimális környezeti beavatkozásra törekszünk, a tájképbe illeszkedő elemek létrehozásával és biztosítjuk az energiatakarékos szükséges technológiák beszerzését. A fejlesztés a társadalom egészének szól, s az esélyegyenlőség alapjait megvalósítjuk. A fejlesztés tervezett látogatószáma 10000 fő. (Hungarian)
