Döge is a village situated in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county and is part of the Nyírség region. It belongs to the Kisvárdai subregion within the northern Great Plain region. The number of permanent residents of the settlement was 2.347 on 31.12.2015, with 106 inhabitants this year compared to the previous year. In 2015, 14 more children were born than in 2014, but there has been an increase in birth rates since 2007. As the population of the settlement exceeds 2,000, it has an independent mayor’s office. The municipality has a modern primary school maintained by the Klebelsberg Institution Maintenance Centre, 3 group kindergartens and an independent mayor’s office. In the settlement there is a minority self-government with a staff of 4 people, in close and excellent cooperation with the local government. There are two non-governmental organisations in the settlement for the elderly, one with disabilities, and 2 NGOs for young people, with the express support of the municipality. The main problems of the settlement are typical in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county: the low number of jobs leads to high unemployment, poverty and a high number of disadvantaged children, the elderly and the public sector. With the present application, the primary objective of the Municipality is to improve and improve access to local kindergarten care and the quality of services, thus contributing to the participation of women in the labour market. The current kindergarten and kitchen building is located in Kisvárda City Registry on 776-6/2000. No IX and its amendment No 1006-3/2002. No IX (2002) 06. Building of a kindergarten and kitchen on the basis of building permits issued on the basis of its resolutions dated 27, 2003, 2003 12 by decision of 15th. The current building is located on Döge, Osváth Square 3, 22/1. Presentation of planned development: We plan to implement the development taking into account point 3.2 of the Call. In the main square of Döge, partly transforming the building of the medical clinics at Osváth Square 13 and extending it to the north, the Municipality plans to create a 300-dose kitchen. The building is currently divided into three units: on the east side there is a doctor’s office, a protective women’s service in the western part, and in the centre of gravity of the building (middle) there is a service apartment with two rooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace and water blocks. This division will continue in the future, the service and service rooms of the protective women’s service and the service home are not affected by the renovation, only in terms of the external renovation works of the building, which is planned to be implemented uniformly for the whole building. The rooms of the medical office located in the existing eastern part of the building will be demolished and refurbished. In the modified building section and with the extension to the north, we create the 300-dose kitchen and its service rooms. The kitchen will have a dressing room, toilet, washbasin and shower rooms. Black and white lockers are placed in the locker room. The kitchen will have a separate economic entrance and a separate transport container for the delivery of food. There is still a kitchen in the village, in the building of the Meserét Nursery in Döge (4495 Döge, Osváth tér 3.), in its eastern wing. The conversion of this wing is planned as follows: We will get from the room of the current kindergarten to the east wing, here we will set up a passway, from which there will be 2 warehouses, an office on the left, and a 60 m² gymnastic room opposite. The gym room opens a set. The former cooking kitchen room will be a heating kitchen with a dressing room in one corner. The locker room opens a shower and a toilet. The rooms for rent, delivery dish sink and black sink, white sink and sideboard are not touched, they are not affected by the conversion. The passage between the newly designed gym room and the kitchen is no longer possible, and you can enter the kitchen from the outer space and from the side of the pantry. The primary objective of the kindergarten building is to provide daily pre-school care from the age of 3 to the age of 6, so by remodeling the rooms that accommodate the current cooking and serving kitchen, children and teachers would have access to more space and new rooms in their function without extending the capacity of the kindergarten. As children’s catering is still taking place in kindergarten, a small part of the kitchen would continue to function as a warming kitchen. The building, which so far functions as a medical practice, is located on Döge Osváth Square 13, 856/1. This building cannot be economically renovated for the provision of basic health care, therefore our Municipality intends to provide a new building for the use of basic everyday care services by submitting a tender for the construction of a new building within the framework of the call TOP-4.1-15 — Main Healthcare... Döge község Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg megyében található, a Nyírség tájegység része. Az észak-alföldi régión belül a Kisvárdai kistérséghez tartozik. A település állandó lakosainak száma 2015.12.31-én 2.347 fő volt, ebben az évben a lakosságszám 106 fővel emelkedett az előző évhez képest. 2015-ben 14-gyel több gyermek született, mint 2014-ben, de a születésszám emelkedésének tendenciája már 2007 óta megfigyelhető. Mivel a település lélekszáma meghaladja a 2.000 főt, önálló polgármesteri hivatallal rendelkezik. Az önkormányzat modern, a Klebelsberg Intézményfenntartó Központ által fenntartott általános iskolával, 3 csoportos óvodával és önálló polgármesteri hivatallal rendelkezik. A településen nemzetiségi önkormányzat működik 4 fős testületi létszámmal, a települési önkormányzattal szoros és kiváló együttműködésben. A településen két civil szervezet működik idősek, egy megváltozott munkaképességűek, és 2 civil szervezet fiatalok részére, az önkormányzat kifejezett támogatásával. A település legfőbb problémái tipikusnak mondhatóak Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg megyében: a kevés munkahely miatt nagy a munkanélküliség, a szegénység, jellemző a hátrányos helyzetű gyermekek, idősek és közfoglalkoztatottak nagy száma. Jelen pályázattal az Önkormányzat elsődleges célja, hogy a helyi óvodai ellátáshoz való hozzáférést és a szolgáltatások minőségét javítsa, fejlessze, ezzel is hozzájárulva a nők munkaerő-piaci részvételéhez. A jelenlegi óvoda és konyha épületét Kisvárda Város Jegyzőjének a 776-6/2000. IX. sz., valamint az azt módosító 1006-3/2002. IX. sz., (2002. 06. 27-én kelt) határozataival kiadott építési engedélyek alapján megépült óvoda és konyha épületére a használatba vételi engedély 2003. 12 15-én kelt határozatában adta meg. A jelenlegi épület a Döge, Osváth tér 3., 22/1 helyrajzi számon található. Tervezett fejlesztés bemutatása: A fejlesztést a Felhívás 3.2. pontjában foglaltak figyelembe vételével tervezzük megvalósítani. Döge főterén, az Osváth tér 13. szám alatti orvosi rendelők épületét részben átalakítva és északi irányba bővítve 300 adagos konyha kialakítását tervezi az Önkormányzat. Az épület jelenleg három egységre tagozódik: keleti oldalon jelenleg orvosi rendelő, nyugati részén védőnői szolgálat működik, az épület súlypontjában (közepén) pedig szolgálati lakás található két szobával, nappalival, étkezővel, konyhával, terasszal és vizes blokkokkal. Ez a tagozódás a későbbiekben is megmarad, a védőnői szolgálat és kiszolgáló helyiségeit, valamint a szolgálati lakást nem érinti az átalakítás, csupán az épület külső felújítási munkálatainak szempontjából, amit egységesen, az egész épületre vonatkozón tervezünk megvalósítani. A meglévő keleti épületrészben található orvosi rendelő helyiségeit elbontjuk, átalakítjuk. Az átalakított épületrészben és az északi irányba történő bővítéssel alakítjuk ki a 300 adagos konyhát és kiszolgáló helyiségeit. A konyha öltözővel, WC, mosdó és zuhanyzó helyiségekkel fog rendelkezni. Az öltözőben fekete-fehér rendszerű öltözőszekrények kerülnek elhelyezésre. A konyha külön gazdasági bejárattal és külön az ételkiszállításhoz szükséges szállítóedény mosóval, bejárattal fog rendelkezni. A községben jelenleg is működik konyha, méghozzá a Dögei Meserét Óvoda (4495 Döge, Osváth tér 3.) épületében, annak keleti szárnyában. Ennek a szárnynak az átalakítását az alábbiak szerint tervezzük: A jelenlegi Óvónők szobájából fogunk átjutni a keleti szárnyba, itt egy közlekedőt alakítunk ki, ahonnan nyílik majd 2 raktár, balra egy iroda, szemben pedig egy 60m2-es tornaszoba. A tornaszobából nyílik egy szertár. A korábbi főzőkonyha helyiség melegítőkonyha lesz, melynek az egyik sarkában kerül kialakításra egy öltöző. Az öltözőből nyílik egy zuhanyzó és egy wc. A kiadó, szállítóedény mosogató és fekete mosogató, fehér mosogató és tálaló helyiségekhez nem nyúlunk, azokat az átalakítás nem érinti. Az újonnan kialakított tornaszoba és a konyha közti átjárás megszűnik, a konyhába a külső térből és a tálaló felől lehet bejutni. Az óvoda épületének elsődleges célja, hogy a 3 éves kortól 6 éves korig, napi szintű óvodai ellátását biztosítson, ezért a jelenlegi főző – és tálaló konyhának helyt adó helyiségek átalakításával több térhez és funkciójukban új helyiségekhez juthatnának a gyerekek és a pedagógusok egyaránt óvodai férőhely bővítése nélkül. Mivel az óvodában gyermekétkeztetés továbbra is zajlik, ezért melegítő konyhaként tovább funkcionálna egy kisebb rész a mostani főzőkonyhából. A mostanáig orvosi rendelőként funkcionáló épület a Döge Osváth tér 13., 856/1 helyrajzi számon található. Ezen épület egészségügyi alapellátás nyújtására gazdaságosan nem újítható fel, ezért a TOP-4.1.1-15 kódszámú - Egészségügyi alapellátás infrastrukturális fejlesztése című felhívás keretein belül, új épület építésére benyújtott pályázattal kíván Önkormányzatunk egy új épületet biztosítani a mindennapi alapellátások igénybe vételéhez.
