The Municipality of Mohács is planning to build a new crèche, on the one hand, to expand places and, on the other hand, because the existing crèche does not comply with the relevant regulations in several respects. The location is the unbuilt area of Deák Square behind the cinema, at the south end of the street of the existing crèche. At present, there is an asphalt-covered sports field and grass-covered green surface, which are used as occasional parking and dog runners. The building permit documentation was drawn up on the basis of the preliminary change schematic and site design and the opinion of the HÉSZ amendment. The overall objective of the project is to support labour mobility and facilitate the return of parents with young children to the labour market by improving the quality of services of primary child welfare services. The basic objective is to maintain an integrated institutional network that is rationally and efficiently organised, accessible to all, ensuring equal opportunities and based on the development of key competences in its professional content, in order to provide the same quality of service and to operate economically. Priority is to develop institutions that are suitable for long-term operation, to minimise territorial disparities through different types of local cooperation and to create equal access to benefits. Specific objectives in the framework of the crèche development are to help families with young children and to increase the quality of care for children under the age of 3, instead of an outdated facility that is currently outdated and lacking capacity and a new building that meets the needs of more children, in accordance with the relevant legislation, to help families with young children. The only crèche in our city has 88 places, divided into 7 groups, which primarily cater for children residing or resident in Mohács. In recent years, the number of children applying to the institution has steadily increased. Due to the steady increase in labour demand, there is an increasing demand for the placement of children under the age of 3. The number of places should be expanded and the crèche service should be transferred to a new, modern, regulatory-compliant institution. Our current crèche was built from an old-built, larger family house for more than 50 years. It does not meet the requirements and there is no room in its current environment for enlargement, modernisation or all this the building itself is unsuitable for. The 6 group rooms are located on the floor, their accessibility is not solved. It can be approached by stairs which do not comply with the rules currently in force. The old family home is felt throughout the entire area of the institution. The size of the groups is also different (made from former living rooms), so the conditions for the care of children, the facilities for furnishing crèches, are almost different from one group to another and are not suitable. Currently, there is a major problem in the formation of groups and the filling of crèche places, that the size of 5 group rooms also does not comply with the legal requirements in relation to the number of children housed there. Presentation of the planned new crèche: The building consists of two separate parts: the floor area of the children’s rooms (depending on the position of the door between them) is 45.25-45.90 m², so each is suitable for 12-14 children (with 12-14 small children’s floors). Even 112 children can be accommodated in the 8 children’s rooms. The terrace of 5 m²/person and the 10 m²/person playground are provided on the courtyard side of each educational care unit. The terraces are partly covered with fixed roofs, partly foldable sun visors, their cover can be cleaned, disinfected, non-slip and antifreeze. The grassy play gardens, separated by low hedges and gardening, have 4 m² sandboxes and humidifiers (water sprayers) and certified children’s toys. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, which is developed and furnished on the basis of a separate kitchen technology plan, which is directly connected to the traveller of the educational care units. On the floor there is a managerial office, a child-education room, a storage room, a toilet-WC shower, adult changing rooms and mechanical rooms (boiler house, air technology). Mohács Város Önkormányzata új bölcsőde építését tervezi, egyrészt férőhelybővítés céljából, másrészt azért, mert a meglévő bölcsőde több szempontból sem felel meg a vonatkozó előírásoknak. A helyszín a mozi mögötti Deák tér beépítetlen területe, a meglévő bölcsőde utcájának déli végén. Jelenleg itt egy aszfalt burkolatú sportpálya és gyeppel borított zöldfelület található, amelyeket alkalmi parkolóként, illetve kutyafuttatóként használnak. Az építési engedélyezési tervdokumentáció az előzetes változási vázrajz és telekalakítási helyszínrajz, illetve a HÉSZ módosítás véleményezési anyaga alapján készült. A tervezett bölcsődéhez új kiszolgáló út és parkolók szükségesek, amelyek a Deák tér megmaradó közterületén külön terv alapján kerülnek kialakításra. A projekt átfogó célja a munkavállalói mobilitás támogatása, a kisgyermekes szülők munkaerőpiacra történő visszatérésének elősegítése gyermekjóléti alapellátások szolgáltatásainak minőségi fejlesztése által. Alapvető cél a racionálisan és hatékonyan szervezett, mindenki számára hozzáférhető, esélyegyenlőséget biztosító, szakmai tartalmában a kulcskompetenciák fejlesztésére alapozott, integrált intézményi hálózat fenntartása, az azonos minőségű szolgáltatás nyújtása és a gazdaságos működtetés érdekében. Kiemelt cél a hosszú távú működésre alkalmas intézmények kialakítása, a különböző jellegű helyi együttműködések révén a területi különbségek minimálisra csökkentése, valamint az ellátásokhoz történő egyenlő esélyű hozzáférés megteremtése. Specifikus célok a bölcsőde fejlesztés keretében a jelenlegi korszerűtlen, kapacitáshiánnyal küzdő, elavult állapotban lévő létesítmény helyett egy új, az igényeknek megfelelő több gyermek ellátását biztosított korszerű épület kialakítása, a vonatkozó jogszabályoknak megfelelően a szükséges korszerű eszközök, berendezési tárgyak beszerzésével hozzájárulni a kisgyermekes családok megsegítéséhez, a 3 éves kor alatti gyermekek ellátási színvonalának emeléséhez. Városunk egyetlen bölcsődéje 88 férőhellyel rendelkezik, 7 csoportra elosztva, mely a mohácsi lakhellyel vagy tartózkodási hellyel rendelkező gyermekeket látja el elsősorban. Az elmúlt években folyamatosan növekedett az intézménybe jelentkező gyermekek száma. A munkaerő kereslet folyamatos növekedésének köszönhetően egyre nagyobb igény mutatkozik a 3 éven aluli gyermekek elhelyezésére. A férőhelyek számát bővíteni, a bölcsődei szolgáltatást új, korszerű, a szabályozásoknak megfelelő intézménybe kell áthelyezni. A jelenlegi bölcsődénk több mint 50 éve egy régi építésű, nagyobb polgári családi házból került kialakításra. Nem felel meg az előírásoknak és jelenlegi környezetében nincs hely a bővítésre, korszerűsítésre, illetve minderre az épület maga alkalmatlan. A 6 db csoportszoba emeleten helyezkedik el, akadálymentesítésük nem megoldott. Lépcsőkön közelíthető meg, amely nem felel meg a jelenleg hatályos szabályozásnak. A régi családi házi jelleg érződik az intézmény teljes területén. A csoportok mérete is egymástól eltérő (korábbi lakószobákból kialakított), így a gyerekek ellátásának feltételei, a bölcsődei terek berendezésének lehetőségei, szinte csoportonként eltérőek és nem megfelelőek. Igen nagy problémát jelent jelenleg a csoportok kialakításánál és a bölcsődei helyek feltöltésénél, hogy 5 csoportszoba mérete az ott elhelyezett gyermekek létszámához viszonyítva szintén nem felel meg a jogszabályi előírásoknak. A tervezett új bölcsőde ismertetése: Az épület két, egymástól elválasztott részből áll: egy földszintes, 4 nevelési gondozási egységet és egy időszakos gyermekfelügyelet–játszóház helyiségcsoportot tartalmazó épületrészből, illetve egy részben kétszintes, a konyhát és kiszolgáló helyiségeket tartalmazó gazdasági-igazgatási-szociális épületrészből.A gyermekszobák alapterülete (a közöttük lévő ajtó helyzetétől függően) 45,25-45,90 m2, így mindegyik alkalmas 12-14 kisgyermek elhelyezésére (biztosított a 3 m2/fő hasznos alapterület). A 8 gyermekszobában így akár 112 kisgyermek is elhelyezhető. Minden egyes nevelési gondozási egység udvari oldalán biztosított az 5 m2/fő alapterületű terasz, és a 10 m2/fő alapterületű játszókert. A teraszok részben fix tetővel, részben kihajtható napellenzőkkel fedettek, burkolatuk tisztítható, fertőtleníthető, csúszásmentes és fagyálló kivitelben készül. Az alacsony sövényekkel elválasztott és kertészeti terv szerint növényekkel telepített, füvesített játszókertekben 4 m2 alapterületű homokozók és párásítók (vízpermetezők), valamint minősített gyermekjátékok kapnak helyet. A földszinten külön konyhatechnológiai terv alapján kialakított és berendezett főzőkonyha létesül, amely közvetlenül kapcsolódik a nevelési gondozási egységek közlekedőjéhez. Az emeleten vezetői iroda, gyermeknevelői szoba, tároló-irattár, mosdó-WC-zuhanyzóval kialakított felnőtt öltöző és gépészeti helyiségek (kazánház,légtechnika) kap helyet. Az épület körül 19 db kerékpártároló illetve 30 db szgk. - ebből 1 db akadálymentes - parkoló létesül. (Hungarian)
