The overall objective of the development is to: Improving the infrastructural conditions of effective kindergarten education in Heréd Kindergarten and Nagykökényesi Memberschool maintained by the Heréd-Nagykökényes Kindergarten Association, creating a healthy, safe and aesthetic environment that promotes the physical and mental development of children in a playful way according to the age of the children. The refurbishment also affects the fence around the building, the existing fence receives a new surface treatment, with painting with basic masonry and glazing. The electrical network of the remodeled part of the building — power and weak current — will be upgraded, and the existing luminaires will be replaced by new modern luminaires. In the course of the project planned in the present tender, the building will be partially renovated and refurbished. The old toilet must be rebuilt in the area affected by the reconstruction, and all interior doors will be replaced by a new modern steel case. A new, state-of-the-art boiler is installed in the sanitary block using the old network. The device will have a closed combustion chamber, the air of the room will not be used as combustion air. The electrical network of the part of the building affected by the conversion — power and weak current — will be upgraded. We implement project-proportional accessibility for all of these buildings and plan to purchase equipment. In the High School of Nagykökényes the toy stock of the courtyard is poor and outdated, the fence around the kindergarten is deficient in many places. With the development, our goal is to create an accident-free environment for children attending kindergarten, to strengthen the feeling of safety, to meet the mobility needs of children and to develop mobility skills. Project feasibility The investment is planned in a cost-effective manner with a realistic and cost-efficient budget and the budget complies with the cost limits set out in the call. During the planning of the project, the potential risks of implementation were identified and, following their analysis, we developed an action plan for the factors considered to be serious risks. A fejlesztés átfogó célja: A Heréd-Nagykökényes Óvodai Társulás által fenntartott Herédi Óvodában és Nagykökényesi Tagóvodában a hatékony óvodai nevelés infrastrukturális feltételeinek javítása, egészséges, biztonságos és esztétikus környezet kialakítása, amely a gyermekek életkorának megfelelő módon, játékos formában elősegíti a gyermekek testi és szellemi fejlődését. A fejlesztés konkrét célja: A két korszerűtlen, leromlott állapotú óvodai épület belső felújítása, részben kültéri korszerűsítése. A gyermekek számára - életkoruknak megfelelő, fejlődésüket szolgáló és biztonságos - tárgyi környezet kialakítása érdekében eszközbeszerzés. A projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalma Herédi Óvoda A tervezett beruházás során az épület részleges belső felújítására és átalakítására kerül sor. Az akadálymentes mosdó kiépítése során belső válaszfalak és burkolatok kerülnek bontásra. A magasküszöb miatt a főbejárat elé új kültéri falécburkolat készül, belső oldalt fém rámpa lesz elhelyezve. Az épületen belül a meglévő folyosórendszer padlóburkolatát új egységes csúszásmentes gres burkolatra cseréljük, a meglévő kerámia réteg megtartásával. Az átalakítás során egyes kültéri nyílászárók új redőny kapnak. A felújítás érinti az épület körüli kerítést is, a meglévő kerítés új felületkezelést kap, alapmázolással, mázolással festéssel. Az átalakítással érintett épületrész elektromos hálózata - erősáram, gyengeáram - korszerűsítésre kerül, a meglévő világítótestei új korszerű lámpatestekkel lesznek kiváltva. Nagykökényesi Tagóvoda A jelen pályázatban tervezett beruházás során az épület részleges belső felújítására és átalakítására kerül sor. A régi mosdót az átépítéssel érintett területen újra kell építeni, valamint minden belső nyílászáró új korszerű acéltokos nyílászáróra lesz lecserélve. A vizesblokkban egy új, korszerű kazán kerül beszerelésre a régi hálózat felhasználásával. A készülék zárt égésterű lesz, a helyiség levegőjét nem használja fel égési levegőként. Az átalakítással érintett épületrész elektromos hálózata - erősáram, gyengeáram - korszerűsítésre kerül. Mindét épület esetében projektarányos akadálymentesítést hajtunk végre, valamint eszközbeszerzést is tervezünk. A projekt illeszkedése A pályázatban megfogalmazott célok illeszkednek a pályázati felhívás fő céljához, amely a kisgyermeket nevelők munkavállalásának támogatása, a családok segítése. Ugyanis a projekt hozzájárul a gyermekek és a szülők elégedettségéhez; a szülők szívesen adják be a gyermekeket egy funkcionálisan gazdagabb, esztétikusabb, eszközökkel, játékokkal jobban felszerelt környezetben, mindez támogatja a gyermekeket nevelő szülők munkaerőpiacra történő visszatérését. A projekt szakmai indokoltsága A Herédi Óvodában a világító testek elavultak, a mai előírásoknak nem felelnek meg, gyakran szorulnak javításra. Az udvari eszköz állományunk fejlesztésre szorul, ezért szükség van újabb játékok beszerzésére. A folyosón lévő vasajtókat nehezen tudják a gyerekek nyitni-csukni, ezért számukra balesetveszélyt jelentenek. Az óvoda vaskerítése erősen korrodált, szintén balesetveszélyes. A gyermekek által használt közlekedő folyosók és előtér (kő és linóleum) padlóburkolata meglehetősen elhasználódott már, ezért felújításra szorul. Jelenleg nincs redőny a nagy felületű ablakokon, ezért a tűző nap sugarai felmelegítik. A Nagykökényesi Tagóvodában az udvar játékállománya szegényes és elavult, az óvodát körbe vevő kerítés sok helyen hiányos. A fejlesztéssel a célunk az óvodába járó gyermekek számára balesetmentes környezet kialakítása, a biztonság érzet erősítése, ezzel együtt a gyermekek mozgásigényének kielégítése, mozgáskészségek fejlesztése. A projekt megvalósíthatósága A beruházás költséghatékony módon, reális és takarékos költségvetéssel tervezett, valamint a költségvetés megfelel a Felhívásban meghatározott költségkorlátoknak. A projekt tervezése során beazonosításra kerültek a végrehajtás lehetséges kockázatai, elemzésüket követően a súlyos kockázatnak minősülő tényezőkre intézkedési tervet dolgoztunk ki. Az ellátási minőség javulása mellett a fejlesztendő szolgáltatás hosszú távú működtetése, pénzügyi, szakmai, és szervezeti fenntarthatósága biztosított (alátámasztás a Megalapozó Dok.-ban).
