(1.) Szeged-Csanád Diocese has set the goal of modernising the pre-school institution dedicated to the upbringing of young children, which helps families with young children to re-integrate into the labour market, in such a way that the institution providing care in kindergarten ensures, through modernisation, a comfortable, safe, high-quality daytime employment for children living in its catchment area. A further development goal is to create an environment in which the healthy mental and physical development of children is achieved safely, in calm conditions and in a comfortable milieu. The renovations enable parents to get their children to write to a sophisticated and modern institution, thus enabling them to focus much better on their workplace, knowing that their child is safe and receiving the highest possible level of education and education. (2.) The operating costs of the building represent a significant proportion of its maintenance costs on an annual basis. Most of this is due to heat loss due to outdated infrastructure. On the basis of the above, it is proposed to reduce the energy demand for heating. This can be achieved by subsequent thermal insulation of the building and doors and windows. Among the infrastructure development activities of the project, the thermal insulation of the facade and windows of the building will be realised. The high ceiling height of the group rooms also raises the need for heating, and to reduce this, suspended ceilings are installed. The heating tasks are currently performed by two wall gas boilers located in the changing room of the kindergarten. Within the framework of the project, for safety reasons, the installation of a boiler room is carried out with the installation of a boiler room. Due to increased comfort and better accessibility, the children’s washroom is refurbished (it is not optimally located, it is located near the extreme group room) and the heating kitchen and the sink section will be extended. The outdated floor covering is replaced both in the group rooms and in the room serving as a tornatere, in the latter case PVC sports floors are made. Re-painting the interiors is also part of the project. As ineligible activities on its own, the accessibility of the building and publicity will be ensured. Within the framework of accessibility, the main entrance or a toilet is modified by the design of a ramp. ICT accessibility is also planned. (3.) The project is in line with point 3.2 of the call. (4.) The planned investment will support the labour market opportunities of parents with young children, thereby contributing to increasing employment and achieving higher standards of pre-school services. The development meets and contributes to the objectives set out in the call. The activities planned to be declared in the project correspond to the eligible activities and do not include the ineligible activities listed in point 3.1.4 of the Call. The feasibility and feasibility of the development concept can be assessed on the basis of the available information. The planned milestones are realistic and in line with the timetable set out in the call. The project includes infrastructural development and heating well foaming. As a result of the development, the services become accessible, equalised or improved territorial differences, especially for children belonging to disadvantaged and minority groups. The investment is planned in a cost-effective manner, with a realistic and cost-effective budget. (5.) The planned development project contributes to the achievement of the strategic objectives set out in the county regional development programme. (6.) The project involves an environmental engineer/expert for rehabilitation in the field of accessibility, who participates in the planning and technical preparation and implementation works and makes a statement on the implementation at the end of the project. (7.) Development needs relate to the infrastructure and development of the kindergarten, i.e. energy modernisation of the kindergarten building, design of thermal insulation, high quality provision of educational and educational conditions. From a thermal point of view, the building is considered obsolete and its energy efficiency is not good. Within the framework of the project, the building and the exterior doors will be thermally insulated afterward, and the height of the group rooms will be reduced by means of a suspended ceiling. These measures will lead to a reduction in heat loss. Adapted to children’s comfort needs, the children’s washroom is properly designed, the heating kitchen and the sink section are extended. (1.) A fentiek alapján javasolt a fűtési energiaigény csökkentése. A csoportszobák magas belmagassága szintén emeli a fűtésigényt, ennek csökkentése érdekében álmennyezet felszerelése történik. A belső terek újrafestése szintén a projekt része. (3.) A projekt illeszkedik a felhívás 3.2-es pontjához. (4.) A tervezett beruházás támogatja a kisgyermeket nevelő szülők munkaerőpiaci esélyeit, ezáltal hozzájárul a foglalkoztatás növeléséhez, illetve az óvodai szolgáltatások magasabb színvonalon való eléréséhez. A fejlesztés a felhívásban szereplő célokat teljesíti, azokhoz hozzájárul. A fejlesztési elképzelés kivitelezhetősége, megvalósíthatósága a rendelkezésre álló információk alapján megítélhető. A fejlesztés eredményeként a szolgáltatások hozzáférhetővé válnak, kiegyenlítődnek vagy javulnak a területi különbségek, különösen a hátrányos helyzetű, illetve kisebbségi népcsoporthoz tartozó gyermekek számára. A beruházás költséghatékony módon, reális és takarékos költségvetéssel tervezett. (5.) A tervezett fejlesztési projekt hozzájárul a megyei területfejlesztési programban nevesített stratégiai célok teljesüléséhez. (6.) A projekt az akadálymentesítés munkanembe un. rehabilitációs környezettervező szakmérnököt/szakértőt von be, aki részt vesz a tervezés és műszaki előkészítés, megvalósítás munkálatokba valamint a megvalósulásról a projekt végén nyilatkozatot tesz. (7.) Ezen intézkedések a hőveszteség mérséklődését eredményezik. A gyermekek komfort igényeihez igazodva megtörténik a gyermekmosdó megfelelő kialakítása, a melegítőkonyha és a mosogató rész kibővítése.
