The Municipality of Makó is the centre of Makó Járás. The municipality pays particular attention to the provision of state-of-the-art services to the population and businesses of the city. Accordingly, it is important for the Mayor’s Office to join the ASP system as soon as possible. For the construction of the IT system in accordance with the legal requirements, the purchase and installation of the related equipment, the municipality uses an external supplier. The necessary card readers will be purchased with IT tools. Operational development and regulatory frameworks are developed with the involvement of their own employees. This will include a review of the necessary procedures and regulations, in particular the document management, IT security and money management rules. With regard to electronic administration, the municipal decrees and internal regulations with the involvement of the administrators will be reviewed, also in their own implementation. The cleaning, parameterisation and migration of the data managed by the municipality during the accession process is an important task. The processing of data is carried out by the municipality’s employees during the project. Prior to the start of the process, colleagues working in the ASP system will be trained in order to be able to perform the tasks required by the ASP Regulation to the highest possible standard. The municipality declares in the application the travel costs related to the education. After processing the data, the local government continues to sharpen, test and fine-tune the system in its own performance. Internal project management is ensured by the municipality for the successful implementation of the application. Makó Város Önkormányzata a Makói Járás központja. A település különösen nagy figyelmet fordít arra, hogy a város lakossága és vállalkozásai, a lehető legmodernebb szolgáltatásokat kapják. Ennek megfelelően fontos, hogy a város Polgármesteri Hivatala minél előbb csatlakozzon az ASP rendszerhez. A jogszabályi előírásoknak megfelelő informatikai rendszer kiépítéséhez, a kapcsolódó eszközök beszerzéséhez és telepítéséthez, az önkormányzat külső szállítót vesz igénybe. Beszerzésre kerülnek a szükséges kártyaolvasók informatikai eszközök. Saját dolgozók bevonásával történik a működésfejlesztés és a szabályozási keretek kialakítása. Ennek keretében átvizsgálásra kerülnek a szükséges eljárásrendek és szabályzatok, különösen az iratkezelési-, az IT biztonsági- és a pénzkezelési szabályzat. Az elektronikus ügyintézéssel kapcsolatban áttekintésre kerülnek az önkormányzati rendeletek, belső szabályozások az ügyintézők bevonásával, szintén saját teljesítésben. Kiemelten fontos feladat a csatlakozás során az önkormányzat által kezelt adatok tisztítása, paraméterezése, migrációja. Az adatok feldolgozását az önkormányzat dolgozói végzik a projekt során. A folyamat megkezdése előtt, az ASP rendszerben dolgozó kollegák oktatáson vesznek részt, hogy minél magasabb színvonalon tudják elvégezni az ASP rendelet által előírt feladatokat. Az oktatáshoz kapcsolódóan útiköltséget számol el az önkormányzat a pályázatban. Az adatok feldolgozását követően a rendszer élesítését, tesztelését, valamint finomhangolását továbbra is saját teljesítésében végzi az önkormányzat. A pályázat sikeres megvalósításához az önkormányzat részéről biztosított a belső projektmenedzsment. A projekt keretében közbeszerzési eljárás lefolytatására nincs szükség. (Hungarian)
