Our application for assistance primarily concerns the development objectives/indicative allocation of resources allocated to the district of Sarkadi. In case of exhaustion of the allocated envelope, we intend to implement the development from the indicative allocation allocated to each county. The town of Sarad aims to increase the stay of visitors through small-scale thematic eco- and active tourism developments, which can also be expected to have a positive economic impact. Planned DEVELOPMENTS according to the technical and professional specifications of the Call, based on a designer’s survey: Development of walking and horse-riding hiking trails (active tourism) (5 pcs), with information signs and resting places. For families with young children, a sporty walking path is also planned (family friendly element). Development of Eden lakes (active, eco- and angling tourism): Along the lawn, 3 pcs harbor dock construction, on the lakes is also planned for one — a floating pier. A road to the footbridge to be built on the island and a parking lot for 20 vehicles will be installed. In order to organise ecotourism demonstrations and other related tourist events (preschool, school NGOs or family) it is appropriate to set up a space suitable for 150 people, together with the construction of a double and barrier-free toilet. Construction of a boathouse suitable for the reception of canoes and boats in connection with water tourism. Between the two islands, a 3 level tall, brick masonry lookout is being built. In order to reach the ports, 10 double-position gravel cars must be built on Harghita Promenade. In the grassland near MOL gas station Eden I. Lake I, an 8*8 m filagória is built to serve the everyday life of angling tourism and fishing-fishing associations. The aim is to purchase 10 boats (ladik) for two or three persons, for water tours on the lakes and the lawn-Bárkás canal. On Táncsics Square, linked to the hiking route, there is a short “Terde gymnastic course” with regard to families with young children, together with a natural child worker. For the reception of cyclists, a small bicycle rest and breakfast place is built in conjunction with the bike path next to Anti Road. Environmental development (water tourism): Along the development of the Sarkadi Ökörmény Infrastructure, listed as the starting point of the water tour routes in Hungary, it is necessary to purchase a mobile sanitary container (double toilet-washer-shower container) and to develop a water reception facility. The complex development represents a real tourist attraction, the primary objective is to expand the target group (for details see the business plan). Development takes into account equal opportunities and is not exclusionary vis-à-vis any social group. The development of a consortium is not necessary in the interests of the project from a professional, financial or property point of view, but professional cooperation (e.g. local TDM — see detailed Business Plan) are planned to guarantee the successful implementation and long-term sustainability of the developments. The investment, linked to all the tourist attractions of the city, contributes to ensuring a pleasant pastime — local eco- and active tourism activities offer a sufficient amount of leisure programmes. In the developed sites, the expected duration of the visitor’s stay is at least 4 hours, but full-day programmes are also planned. The professional content was compiled with the involvement of the TURISTICAL Expert, who will also be available during the implementation of the project. There have also been consultations with the local TDM organisation. SUSTAINABILITY: long-term financing is ensured (see: CBA analysis), energy efficiency investment in GHG emissions increases/decreases as little as possible. The resulting development does not change landscape features. EXPECTED RESULTS: The project contributes to internal territorial equilibrium (see matching with TFP, SJFS, Land of Gardeners’ LAG HFS) and economic growth. The project supports the development of several functioning tourist attractions through direct cooperation (attractions within 1 000 m). Regional employment pacts for cooperation are planned, as well as an increase in the number of visitors, the length of stay and the willingness to spend by tourists. The attractive weather does not include an independent supply element, the goal is to implement outdoor programs. However, the attraction can be visited in all four seasons, open-air attractions allow 200 days of opening hours. In order to strengthen the unified tourist image of the settlement, the development of a marketing strategy and a competitive and innovative tourism theme was planned during the implementation. Details of compliance with the specifications of the invitation to tender and the assessment criteria are set out in the business plan. (English)

Támogatási kérelmünk elsődlegesen a Sarkadi járás számára elkülönített fejlesztési célok/forrásfelhasználási indikatív keretösszegre irányul. Az elkülönített keretösszeg kimerülése esetén a fejlesztést, a minden megyén belül jogosult számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszeg terhére kívánjuk megvalósítani. Sarkad városa kisléptékű tematikus öko- és aktív turisztikai fejlesztések révén kívánja a látogatók tartózkodási idejének növelését elérni, melynek gazdaságélénkítő hatása is prognosztizálható. TERVEZETT FEJLESZTÉSEK a Felhívás műszaki-szakmai előírásainak megfelelően, tervezői felmérés alapján: Gyalogos és lovas túraútvonalak (aktív turizmus) kialakítása (5 db), tájékoztató táblákkal, pihenőhelyekkel. Kisgyermekes családok számára sportos sétaútvonal kialakítása is tervezett (családbarát elem). A kikötők megközelítése céljából a Hargita sétányon 10 db kétállásos kavicsos gépkocsi leálló építése szükséges. Ökörörményi fejlesztés (vízi turizmus): A vízitúra útvonalak Magyarországi induló állomásaként jegyzett Sarkadi Ökörörmény infrastruktúrájának fejlesztése mentén egy mobil szaniter konténer (kétnemű wc-mosdó-zuhanyzó konténer) beszerzése, illetve vízvételi lehetőség kialakítása szükséges. A komplex fejlesztés valós turisztikai vonzerőt képvisel, elsődleges cél a célcsoport-bővítés (részletesen lásd üzleti terv). A beruházás a város valamennyi turisztikai attrakciójához kapcsolódva, hozzájárul az EGÉSZ NAPOS IDŐTÖLTÉS biztosításához – a helyi öko-, aktív turisztikai tevékenységek kellő mennyiségű szabadidős programokat ajánl. A fejlesztett helyszíneken a látogatók várható tartózkodási idejének hossza legalább 4 óra, de teljes napos programok is tervezettek. A szakmai tartalom TURISZTIKAI SZAKÉRTŐ bevonásával került összeállításra, aki a projekt megvalósítása során is rendelkezésre áll majd. Illetve egyeztetések történtek a helyi TDM szervezettel. VÁRHATÓ EREDMÉNYEK: A projekt hozzájárul a belső területi kiegyenlítődéshez (ld. illeszkedés a Békés megyei TFP-hez, SJFS-hez, Kertészek Földje HACS HFS-éhez), és a gazdasági növekedéshez. A projekt több működő turisztikai attrakció fejlesztését segíti közvetlen együttműködéssel (1000 m-en belül elérhető attrakciók). Ettől függetlenül a vonzerők mind a négy évszakban látogathatók, szabadtéri vonzerők révén a 200 napos nyitva tartás biztosított. (Hungarian)
