Meeting the technical-professional content of the project and its implementation: an activity that can be independently supported: Provision of infrastructure related to post-production operations (storage, cooling, sorting, washing, packaging) as a service b) The target group of the development is the local producers and the products they produce c) As a result of the development, the municipality plans the operation of the hall by letting d) The owner of the property affected by the development is the municipality as an applicant, e) The hall will be operated by the municipality, at the site of implementation. h) Purchase of equipment and kitchen development are not included in the development k) The business plan is attached to the tender. o) Accessibility: scarns meet accessibility requirements. p) Energy efficiency measures have been taken into account in the planning, but the hall is primarily for storage purposes. s) Providing publicity: we comply with the information and publicity obligations laid down in the legislation in force. not relevant y) The local equal opportunities programme is attached to the application. z) Environmental health check, climate risk analysis: non-relevant bb) Cost-benefit analysis will be carried out in the case of the investment as set out in Article 255/2014.     A projekt alapvető célja agár logisztikai csarnok fejlesztés, így a fejlesztési cél számára a forrást az „A” Agrárlogisztikai fejlesztések számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszeg terhére kívánjuk igényelni. A támogatási kérelem az Agrárlogisztikai fejlesztések számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszegre irányul. A Tiszasziget községi Önkormányzat térségi gazdasági környezet fejlesztése mellett kötelezte el magát a gazdaságélénkítés és a foglalkoztatás elősegítése érdekében. A Széchenyi 2020 időszak felhívásai adta lehetőségekkel élve a településen működő vállalkozások termék előállításhoz kötődő agrárlogisztikai fejlesztést és helyi termékek értékesítési lehetőségeket elősegítő infrastrukturális fejlesztést kívánunk megvalósítani. Az agrár logisztikai fejlesztéssel érintett ingatlan a Tiszasziget 0208/13 hrsz alatt található. Az ingatlanon egy Helyi termékek piacra jutását segítő agrár-logisztikai központ létrehozására kerül sor (csomagolás, tárolás, hűtőház). Az agrárlogisztika csarnok megépítésével kapcsolatban a Tiszaszigeti Gazdakör és a falugazdász a havi rendszerességgel tartott üléseken adott tájékoztatást az önkormányzati fejlesztési elképzelésekkel kapcsolatban. Az üléseken került megbeszélésre és felmérésre a gazdasági fejlesztési források megfelelő, igényeken alapuló felhasználási iránya. A megbeszélések eredményeképpen szándéknyilatkozat került kiküldésre, amely lehetséges szolgáltatások közüli választást is tartalmazott. A projekt műszaki-szakmai tartalmával és a megvalósítással kapcsolatos elvárások teljesítése: a) önállóan támogatható tevékenység: A termelést követő műveletekhez (tárolás, hűtés, válogatás, mosás, csomagolás), kezeléséhez kapcsolódó infrastruktúra kiépítése szolgáltatásként történő biztosítása b) A fejlesztés célcsoportja a helyi termelők és az általuk termelt termékek c) A fejlesztés eredményeképpen az önkormányzat a csarnok működtetését bérbeadással tervezi d) A fejlesztéssel érintett ingatlan tulajdonosa az önkormányzat, mint pályázó, e) A csarnokot az önkormányzat üzemelteti majd, a megvalósítás helyszínén. h) Eszközbeszerzést, konyhafejlesztést a fejlesztés nem tartalmaz k) Az üzleti tervet a pályázathoz csatoljuk. o) Akadálymentesítés: a scarnok az akadálymentesítésre vonatkozó előírásoknak megfelel. p) Energiahatékonysági intézkedések a tervezéskor figyelembe vételre kerültek, azonban a csarnok elsősorban raktározási célt szolgál. s) Nyilvánosság biztosítása: a hatályos jogszabályokban meghatározott tájékoztatási és nyilvánossági kötelezettségeknek eleget teszünk. t) Ingatlankiváltás: nem releváns y) A helyi esélyegyenlőségi programot a pályázathoz csatoljuk. z) Környezeti állapotfelmérés, klímakockázati elemzés : nem releváns bb) Költség-haszon elemzés készül a beruházás esetén mivel a 255/2014. (X. 10.) Korm. rendelet a helyi infrastruktúrához nyújtott beruházási támogatás esetén, IV. fejezet 45. cím előírja. Mérföldkövek: 1. Mérföldkő: Előkészítés A projekt előkészítési dokumentáció teljes körű teljesítése. a) műszaki tervdokumentációk elkészítése Az engedélyes tervdokumentációkat, engedélyeket, szükséges nyilatkozatokat, igazolásokat, kiviteli tervdokumentációkat valamint az ez alapján készült tételes tervezői költségvetést a támogatási szerződés hatályba lépésétől számított 18 hónapon belül szükséges benyújtani. A mérföldkő a dokumentumok benyújtásával teljesül. b) tulajdonviszonyok rendezése –A projekt megvalósítási helyszínére megfelel az ÁÚF 7. fejezetében foglalt elő-írásoknak c) konzorciumi megállapodás véglegesítése – nem releváns d) közbeszerzés lefolytatása: A kivitelezésre vonatkozó közbeszerzést a támogatási szerződés hatályba lépésétől számított 18 hónapon belül szükséges lezárni. 2. Mérföldkő: A projekt kivitelezése A kivitelezési munkálatok 25%-os készültségénél. Benyújtandó dokumentumok: műszaki ellenőr beszámolója, fotódokumentáció, teljesítés igazolások. 3.
