The overall goal of the development is to create the care conditions for young children of the age of nursery in Rózsaszentmárton, to create a healthy, safe and aesthetic environment, which promotes the physical and mental development of children in a playful way according to the age of the children. The long-term, indirect goal of the development is to stop the continuous ageing of the settlement by contributing to the development of children’s desire to have children by strengthening child welfare services. In order to achieve the above goal, the Municipality is developing a new mini crèche for 8 (7+ 1) main children by refurbishing, renovating and modernising a building with a different function. With the implementation of the project, we create the infrastructural conditions for the daytime accommodation of young children of early childhood age, thereby contributing to supporting the employment of young children and helping families. The objectives set out above are in line with the main objective of the call for proposals — which is to facilitate the return of parents with young children to the labour market by improving access to crèche care — as we create the infrastructural conditions for day-time accommodation for young children of early age, thereby helping to support the employment of young children. The main technical objective of the development (investment) is to develop a new mini-cradle by refurbishing and upgrading the existing building with a different function. In the main building there is a group room with the related service rooms — a children’s dressing room, a sanitary block — and a kitchenette and warehouses in the north wing of the building. In addition, the building will have a barrier-free toilet for parents and their children, as well as a separate dressing room and toilet for workers. A dressing room will serve both the teachers and the kitchen workers. The children’s o'lto'zo? and the group room 'bo'l directly will be accessible to the ja'tszo’ud. To the group room, the ‘do’an keru’l design‘ta’sra is the small terrace, which also serves as a resting place for the school-free ramp. The ta‘lalo’kitchen has a separate economic entrance. During the mosle'kta'rolo' u‎ri'te'se you can leave the building without touching the ta'lalo'kitchen. The foundation under the built-in porch — after on-site excavation — megero?si'te'sre keru−l. The inner courtyard enclosed by the “L”-shaped building will be the ja'tszo’udvar for the boвlcso?de'sek, the economic functions will be separated partly by fence and partly by the 'location'se' of their entrance from the crèche. A small area of the former farm building will be separated from an external accessible toilet in connection with the playground. In addition to the internal refurbishment, the building will be upgraded to energy. 16 cm thick EPS thermal insulation is placed on the facade of the building with plastered facade surface. 25 cm thick mineral fibrous thermal insulation is applied to the attic floor, and all facade doors are replaced with new modern, thermally insulating windows. The heating of the building is provided with a new modern condensation combi gas boiler. In the rooms, the heat dischargers will be modern steel plate radiators with thermostatic valves. The slate cover of the building will also be dismantled, and after the roof structure is reinforced, a new tile cover will be provided. The roof structure is reinforced because the cross-section of the existing rafters is not sufficient to keep the new cover. The main building is a saddle roofed building with a gable wall, metal cover only on the roof section above the subsequently built-in terrace. A new solar system will be installed on the south-facing roof to facilitate the electric consumption of the building. The facade renovation and refurbishment also covers farm buildings. Although the thermal insulation of these parts of the building is not carried out due to the function, its facade plaster will be refurbished, as well as the improvement of the gaps in the cover is part of the planned investment. The entrances to the outbuildings are moved in order not to open directly from the nursery playground. New car parks required for the planned new features will be located within a plot. The barrier-free car park will be built on the property under 206 Ht., the other car parks will be built on the property under Decree No 207 with the attached plans to set up a new car drive. All parking spaces are designed as unclosed parking spaces. 2 bicycle storage facilities are placed in the plot next to the entrance of the institution. We also involved the methodological expert delegated by the Association of Hungarian Cradles, who provided information on compliance with crèche standards and legislation after the preliminary visit of the site, and continuously consulted with the designer. A fejlesztés átfogó célja, Rózsaszentmártonban a bölcsődés korú kisgyermekek gondozási feltételeinek megteremtése, az egészséges, biztonságos és esztétikus környezet kialakítása, amely a gyermekek életkorának megfelelő módon, játékos formában elősegíti a gyermekek testi és szellemi fejlődését. A fejlesztés hosszútávú, közvetett célja a település folyamatos elöregedésének megállítása azzal, hogy a gyermekjóléti szolgáltatások erősítésével is hozzájárulunk a gyermekvállalási kedv növeléséhez. A projekt végrehajtásával megteremtjük a bölcsődés korú kisgyermekek nappali elhelyezésének infrastrukturális feltételeit, amivel hozzájárulunk a kisgyermeket nevelők munkavállalásának támogatásához, a családok segítéséhez. A fent megfogalmazott célok illeszkednek a pályázati felhívás fő céljához – amely a bölcsődei ellátási formákhoz való hozzáférés javításával a kisgyermekes szülők munkaerőpiacra történő visszatérésének elősegítése - ugyanis megteremtjük a bölcsődés korú kisgyermekek nappali elhelyezésének infrastrukturális feltételeit, ezzel hozzájárulunk a kisgyermeket nevelők munkavállalásának támogatásához. A gyermek o¨lto¨zo?ből e´s a csoportszoba´bo´l is ko¨zvetlenu¨l elérhető lesz a ja´tszo´udvar. A csoportszoba´hoz kapcsolo´do´an keru¨l kialaki´ta´sra az a to¨bbszintes kis terasz, amely az akada´lymentes rámpa pihenőjeként is szolgál. A ta´lalo´konyha külön gazdasági bejáratot kap. A helyiségekben a hőleadók korszerű acéllemezes radiátorok lesznek termosztatikus szelepekkel. A homlokzati felújítás, átalakítás a gazdasági épületekre is kiterjed. Bár ezen épületrészek hőszigetelésére – a funkcióból adódóan - nem kerül sor, homlokzati vakolata felújításra kerül, valamint a fedés hiányosságainak javítása is a tervezett beruházás részét képezi. A melléképületek bejáratai áthelyezésre kerülnek annak érdekében, hogy ne közvetlenül a bölcsődei játszóudvarról nyíljanak. A tervezett új funkciókhoz szükséges új parkolók elhelyezése telken belül történik. A tervezésbe bevontuk a Magyar Bölcsődék Egyesülete által delegált módszertani szakértőt is, aki a helyszín előzetes bejárását követően információt nyújtott a bölcsődei szabványoknak, jogszabályoknak való megfelelésről, folyamatosan egyeztetett a tervezővel.
