1. Development of county climate strategies involving regional actors 1.1. The development of Budapest’s climate strategy will be developed as a framework strategy due to the two-level local government system as well as the extensive sectoral and territorial planning.     1. Megyei klímastratégiák térségi szereplők bevonásával történő kidolgozása 1.1. Budapesti klímastratégia kidolgozása Budapest Klímastratégiája – kétszintű önkormányzati rendszer, valamint a rendkívül széleskörű ágazati és területi tervezés miatt is - keretstratégiaként kerül kialakításra. Legfontosabb feladatai: a meglévő eredmények, dokumentumok feldolgozása, értékelése – tématerületek priorizálása fővárosi szinten, annak megállapítása, hogy lokális szinten milyen ágazati, tématerületek kapjanak nagyobb hangsúlyt a stratégiában. Hiányok, együttműködési lehetőségek feltárása, érintett szereplők beazonosítása, gyakorlatilag a stratégia helyzetelemző részeként a későbbi, bevonásra kerülő partnerek beazonosítsa. A konferenciák és workshopok eredményeit, illetve további konzultációkat, szakmai egyeztetéseket felhasználva a stratégia célrendszerének és intézkedési körének meghatározása, beazonosítva a partnerek felelősségi és cselekvési körét. A stratégia készítésének fontos eleme, az klímavédelemmel kapcsolatos horizontális célok közös megfogalmazása a partnerekkel, ami a helyi (kerületi) és ágazati stratégiákba beépül, érvényesül, így biztosítva a fővárosi célok elérésének hatékony megvalósítását. 1.2. Klímastratégiák elkészítéséhez és megismertetéséhez kapcsolódó rendezvények 1.2.1. Konferenciák 1.2.1.1. Ötletgyűjtés, tájékoztatás stratégia előkészítéséhez: Az első konferencia célja a résztvevők érzékenyítése a klímaváltozással kapcsolatos problémakörre, igényfelmérés, ötletgyűjtés a stratégia kidolgozást megelőzően. 1.2.1.2. Klímastratégia tervezetének megvitatása, véleményeztetése, cselekvési alternatívák bemutatása, az egyes résztvevők cselekvési lehetőségeinek bemutatása: A műhelymunkákba és elektronikus módon történő munkába részt vállalók elsődleges meghívásával a Klímastratégia tervezetének megvitatása, véleményeztetése, cselekvési alternatívák bemutatása, az egyes résztvevők cselekvési lehetőségeinek bemutatása. 1.2.2. Workshopok 1.2.2.1. Tudományos műhelyek és szakértők részére szervezett workshop: A szakértői workshop célja, hogy fővárosi szinten priorizáljuk azokat a tématerületeket, amikkel a leginkább érdemes és kell foglalkozni a klímastratégia keretében, illetve feltárásra kerüljenek a hiányzó kutatási, vizsgálati feladatok, az együttműködésekből adódó lehetőségek. 1.2.2.2. Vállalkozások részére szervezett workshop: célja egyrészt a tájékoztatás (priorizálás, helyzetértékelés, előzetes célrendszer, feladatkörök, klímapartnerség felállítása), az ezzel kapcsolatos visszacsatolás, ötletek begyűjtése. További cél a meghívott szereplők tevékenységeinek megismerése, feladatkörük és együttműködési lehetőségek meghatározása. 1.2.3. Szemléletformálási akciók: Az események elsődleges célja a lakosság különböző célcsoportjai körében a klímaváltozással kapcsolatos ismeretek tesztelése és bővítése. A főváros nagy látogatottságú városi rendezvényein való megjelenés önálló pavilonnal /standdal. Másrészt olyan rendezvényeken való részvétel, mely nagy látogatószámot generál, de más partnerek által szervezett. Ez utóbbi esetben a főváros önálló standdal jelenik meg, melyhez a klímavédelemmel kapcsolatos információ-szolgáltatás, kiadványok terjesztése és tesztek kitöltése is hozzákapcsolódik. 1.2.3.1. első rendezvényen történő megjelenés 1.2.3.2. második rendezvényen történő megjelenés 1.2.3.3. harmadik rendezvényen való megjelenés 1.2.3.4. negyedik rendezvényen való megjelenés 1.2.4. Szemléletformálási kiadványok: A kiadványok elsődleges célja a figyelemfelkeltés, hasznos információk, praktikus tanácsok a 16 év alattiak számára és 16 év feletti lakosok számára készült tartalommal. 2. A klímaváltozás mérséklésével, az ahhoz történő alkalmazkodással kapcsolatos tudásmegosztás 2.1. Budapesti éghajlatváltozási platform létrehozása, működtetése: A tevékenység szorosan kapcsolódik a klímastratégia kialakításához és a kísérő rendezvényekhez. A folyamatosan fejlesztett címlisták, a konferenciák és workshopok eredményeként a Platform formai megalakítása, a szervezeti és működési folyamatok kidolgozása és közös elfogadása történik, egy kampányszerű megalakításhoz kapcsolódó eseményen, ahol a résztvevők közös együttműködési szándéknyilatkozatot írnak alá. 2.2. Online tanácsadás, hálózat építés: Az on-line felületen keresztül elsősorban hálózatépítés, együttműködési kapcsolatrendszer építése és tudásmegosztás, információ szolgáltatás történik. 3.
