The aim of the project is to: Reducing the energy use of the buildings of Nyíregyháza Diocese with public tasks, improving the energy efficiency of buildings, using renewable energy sources in a higher proportion, thus contributing to the development of the green economy. Venues of implementation: As part of the project, the energy development of buildings with a public service mission will be carried out in 8 locations in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County. Two of them are located in Kisvárda, three in Nyíregyháza, and one in Balkan, Újfehértó and Nyírgyownaj. Target groups of the project: The direct target group is the young children, pupils, beneficiaries of social assistance and staff of institutions with a public service mission (cradle, kindergarten, primary school, higher education institution, social institutions) affected by the project. The indirect target group is the relatives of the direct target group. In order to submit the grant application, the buildings to be developed in the project were selected as a result of the pre-finished cadastral application. In order to submit the aid application, the energy certificates for existing buildings have been updated in accordance with the amended legal requirements. Energy audits on the planned state were only available for buildings with construction plans, so for some buildings, an energy audit of the planned state was carried out during the preparatory phase. On the basis of the audits carried out, it became possible to allocate the amount of aid to the development costs of the buildings to be developed in the grant application and to provide energy efficiency indicators. In addition to the technical content, the project budget was established by estimating the costs of preparation incurred and the costs of the activities necessary for the implementation of the project. The grant application and the compilation of the application documents were prepared by the Applicant’s Office. Project implementation activities are self-eligible activities: Energy development of buildings according to the requirements of the call. Ineligible self-eligible activities Services related to professional implementation 1. Technical Inspection Service 2. Mandatory publicity 3. Other services a. preparation of certificates following the completion of construction works Project management The project management tasks are carried out on the basis of the project owner’s tender, construction and economic offices (professional-construction coordination between the contractor, technical inspector and other contributors, procurement of project implementation activities from external service providers, preparation of accounts and accounts, preparation of change announcements or contract amendments if necessary). Activities supporting professional implementation The project promoter involves external resources for those activities of the project which he cannot carry out himself: public procurement of energy development projects and construction works (where necessary). Project scheduling Start of project 01.12.2016-31.12.2017 We carry out procurements and public procurements for the works to update the available construction plans. (English)

    A projekt célja: A Nyíregyházi Egyházmegye közfeladatokat ellátó épületeinek energiafelhasználás-csökkentése, az épületek energiahatékonyságának javítása, a megújuló energiaforrások nagyobb arányú felhasználása, hozzájárulva ezzel a zöldgazdaság fejlesztéséhez. A megvalósulás helyszínei: A projekt keretében Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg megyében 8 helyszínen valósul meg közfeladatot ellátó épületek energetikai fejlesztése. Ebből kettő Kisvárda, három Nyíregyháza, illetve egy-egy Balkány, Újfehértó és Nyírgyulaj helyszíneken valósul meg. A projekt célcsoportjai: A közvetlen célcsoport a projekt által érintett közfeladatot ellátó intézmények (bölcsőde, óvoda, általános iskola, felsőoktatási intézmény, szociális intézmények) kisgyermekei, tanulói, a szociális ellátásban közvetlenül részesülő ellátottjai és az intézmények dolgozói. A közvetett célcsoport a közvetlen célcsoport-közösség hozzátartozói. A projekt szakmai megvalósítása Az előkészítéshez kapcsolódó feladatok A támogatási kérelem benyújtásához megtörtént a projektben fejleszteni kívánt épületek kiválasztása az előzetesen elkészült kataszteri pályázat eredményeképpen. A támogatási kérelem benyújtásához a meglévő épületekre elkészült energetikai tanúsítványok a módosult törvényi előírásoknak megfelelően aktualizálásra kerültek. A tervezett állapotra vonatkozó energetikai auditok csak a kiviteli tervekkel is rendelkező épületek kapcsán álltak rendelkezésre, így néhány épület kapcsán a tervezett állapotra vonatkozó energetikai audit elkészítése valósult meg az előkészítő szakaszban. Az elkészült auditok alapján a támogatási kérelemben fejlesztendő épületek fejlesztési költségei mellé rendelhetővé vált a támogatási összeg, és az energiahatékonysági indikátorok megadása is lehetővé vált. A projektköltségvetés összeállítása a műszaki tartalmon felül a felmerült előkészítési költségek és a megvalósításhoz szükséges tevékenységek költségeink becslésével került meghatározásra. A támogatási kérelmet, és a kérelem dokumentumainak összeállítását a támogatást igénylő szervezet Pályázati Irodája készítette elő. A projektmegvalósítás tevékenységei Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: Az épületek energetikai fejlesztése a felhívás előírásai szerint. Önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek Szakmai megvalósításhoz kapcsolódó szolgáltatások 1. Műszaki ellenőri szolgáltatás 2. Kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság biztosítása 3. Szakmai megvalósítást segítő tevékenységek A projektgazda a projekt azon tevékenységeit, melyeket saját maga nem tud elvégezni, külső erőforrást von be: az energetikai fejlesztési beruházások, építési munkálatok közbeszereztetése (ahol szükséges).
