On the section between Rákóczi street and Offices street, a new road is being built with the width of the plan. The demolition of existing buildings is also required here. Between the official and Venice road, the reinforcement of the existing pavement must be planned between priority edges in the existing pavement width, but at least 6.00 m width. You must build the following facilities: • new street section • renovation of existing street sections • refurbishment of existing pavements • construction of new pavements • and all facilities required for the intended use and use of the planned road section (road + structures) • 2 structures providing separate level crossings — construction of 1 reinforced concrete bridge with a support distance of 26.00 + 26.00 + 11.00 m above railway line 40-1 pcs 13, 00 + 20,00 + 28.00 m reinforced concrete bridge over railway line 30 • street lighting related to road and bridge construction tasks • rainwater drainage system related to road and bridge construction tasks • performance of utility replacement tasks • and all facilities required for the intended use of the planned road section (road + structures) (English)

    A projekt eredetileg a KÖZOP-2.5.0-09-11-2013-0001 számú „Budapest-Kelenföld-Székesfehérvár vasútvonal rekonstrukciója 1/3. ütem, Székesfehérvár állomás átépítése” c. projektben valósult volna meg, de 2015 májusában az EU Bizottság állásfoglalása alapján a nevezett projekt műszaki tartalmából kikerült és önálló IKOP projektként kerül megvalósításra. Érd Szent István úti közúti műtárgyak és csatlakozó utak építésének megvalósítása az alábbiak szerint: Tervezési feladatok: - Rendelkezésre álló tervek tervkorszerűségi felülvizsgálata - 30. számú vasútvonal feletti műtárgy áttervezése, az érdi összekötő vágány helye biztosított legyen - Útépítési tervek áttervezése lakóúti paraméterekkel. Kivitelezési feladatok: - 1 db 26,00 + 26,00 + 11,00 m támaszközű vasbeton híd építése a 40. sz. két vágányú, országos törzshálózat részét képező, villamosított vasútvonal és a 30. sz. vasútvonal összekötő vágánya felett - 1 db 13,00 + 20,00 + 28,00 m támaszközű vasbeton híd építése a 30. sz. két vágányú, országos törzshálózat részét képező, villamosított vasútvonal felett - Érd Szent István utca kiépítése, illetve felújítása Érd Kossuth Lajos utca és Velencei út között Részletesen: Kossuth Lajos utca – Rákóczi utca között jelenlegi szélességben, de min. 6,00 m-ben a meglévő út megerősítése történik, kiemelt – vagy műszaki szükségességből (kocsibejárók, vízelvezetés) „K” vagy süllyesztett –szegély építésével. Rákóczi utca és Hivatalnok utca közötti szakaszon új út épül a tervben szereplő szélességgel. Itt a meglévő épületek bontása is szükséges. Hivatalnok és Velencei út között a meglévő burkolat megerősítését kell tervezni kiemelt szegélyek között a meglévő burkolatszélességben, de min. 6,00 m szélességben. Meg kell építenie az alábbi létesítményeket: • új utcaszakasz • meglévő utca szakaszok felújítása • meglévő járdák felújítása • új járdák építése • és valamennyi olyan létesítményt, ami a tervezett útszakasz (út + műtárgyak) rendeltetésszerű használatához, használatbavételi engedélyeztetéséhez szükséges • 2 különszintű átvezetést biztosító műtárgy - 1 db 26,00 + 26,00 + 11,00 m támaszközű vasbeton híd építése a 40. sz. vasútvonal felett - 1 db 13,00 + 20,00 + 28,00 m támaszközű vasbeton híd építése a 30. sz. vasútvonal felett • • közvilágítás az út- és hídépítési feladatokban leírtakhoz kapcsolódóan • csapadékvíz-elvezető rendszer az út- és hídépítési feladatokban leírtakhoz kapcsolódóan • közműkiváltási feladatok elvégzése • és valamennyi olyan létesítményt, ami a tervezett útszakasz (út + műtárgyak) rendeltetésszerű használatához szükséges (Hungarian)
