A Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Megyei Központi Kórház és Egyetemi Oktatókórház pályázatot nyújt be fotovoltaikus rendszer kiépítésére Tagintézményei számára, a megújuló energiaforrás felhasználás növelése, valamint az üvegházhatású gázok kibocsátásának csökkentése érdekében. A projekt legfőbb célja a decentralizált, épülethez kapcsolódó környezetbarát megújuló energiaforrást hasznosító fotovoltaikus rendszerek elterjedésének elősegítése, így a meglévő fosszilis alapú villamosenergia felhasználás megújuló energiaforrásra való teljes vagy részleges kiváltásának támogatása. A projekt keretein belül a Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Megyei Központi Kórház és Egyetemi Oktatókórház és annak további három tagkórházát tervezi napelemes rendszerrel ellátni, melyek elhelyezésére a tetőszerkezeteken, illetve földre helyezve kerülne sor. A tervezett helyszínek az alábbiak: 1. A Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Megyei Központi Kórház és Egyetemi Oktatókórház (3526 Miskolc, Szentpéteri kapu 72-76.) hrsz: 3086/10 2. A Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Megyei Központi Kórház és Egyetemi Oktatókórház Szent Ferenc Tagkórháza (3529 Miskolc, Csabai kapu 42.) hrsz. 8229/2 3. A Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Megyei Központi Kórház és Egyetemi Oktatókórház Semmelweis Tagkórháza (3529 Miskolc, Csabai kapu 9-11.) hrsz. 8076/4 4. A Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Megyei Központi Kórház és Egyetemi Oktatókórház Mezőkövesdi Mozgásszervi Rehabilitációs Központ Tagkórház (3400 Mezőkövesd, Fülemüle út 1.) hrsz: 7174/22 A tervezett napelemes rendszerek elhelyezése tetőszerkezeteken történne, melyek többnyire lapostetővel rendelkeznek, illetve földre helyezve. A napelemek telepítésénél figyelembe kell venni a helyi sajátosságokat (magas épület, fa, stb.) melyek befolyásolhatják a napelemek működését. Lehetőség szerint a leg optimálisabb déli tájolással szükséges a napelemeket telepíteni, hogy a lehető legkedvezőbb termelt energiamennyiséggel rendelkezzenek. Megvalósítandó tevékenységeink a Felhívás 3.1.1 Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek pontja alapján: I. 50 kVA csatlakozási teljesítmény alatti (HMKE méretű), hálózatra csatlakozó napelemes rendszer(ek) kialakítása saját villamosenergia-igény részbeni vagy teljes közvetlen kielégítése céljából Támogatható beruházási elemek: Napelemek, tartó eszközök, állványok, helyi re II. 50-500 kVA csatlakozási teljesítményű, hálózatra csatlakozó napelemes rendszer kialakítása saját villamosenergia-igény részbeni vagy teljes közvetlen kielégítése céljából Támogatható beruházási elemek: Napelemek, tartó eszközök, állványok, helyi rendszerhez illetve a hálózathoz való csatlakozáshoz szükséges elemek (pl. inverter) és ezek kiépítésének költségei, külön mérő-és szabályozó berendezések beszerzése és felszerelése, a havi villamosenergia-fogyasztási adatokat rögzítő mérőeszköz beszerzése és felszerelése. A Felhívás 3.1.2. Önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek pontja alapján megvalósítandó tevékenységek: I. Projekt-előkészítés II. A Kedvezményezett projekt szinten az összes elszámolható költség (kumulált) 50 %-ról kifizetési igénylést nyújt be. 2. mérföldkő: A projekt fizikai befejezésének napjáig,- a projektben vállalt valamennyi tevékenység megvalósult. A Kedvezmény az összes elszámolható költség (kumulált) 100%-ról kifizetési igénylést nyújt be. A támogatást igénylő a projekt pénzügyi befejezésétől számított 5 évig, a támogatás visszafizetésének terhe mellett vállalja, hogy a projekt megfelel a 1303/2013/EU Rendeletnek. (Hungarian)
