Company Introduction Claudibus Plus Ltd. Pannon Tourist Kft. Founded on 15.10.2015, 100 % owned by Claudibus Group Kft. 2017.12. The Office Secretary (trainee) task — computer data input quickly and efficiently (using the technique of ten-finger blinding); — preparation, editing and reproduction of documents, letters, contracts, quotations for external partners; — performing table and database management tasks, preparing statements — performing document management tasks (traditionally and in an electronic document management system); — keeping and managing records and documents relating to the management of staff — management and use of office, information and communication tools; — contact with staff, clients, partners, external organisations in Hungarian and foreign languages — participate in project tasks; in addition, we would like to train the trainee to solve and perform the following tasks. • creating and sending a quote (by e-mail and, if necessary, on paper basis, the tender • quotes printed together with the company documentation, stitched (spirited), mailed) • preparation, printing, if necessary, confirmation of orders by e-mail, in a smaller proportion in paper format, to post it • printing of orders (approximately 20 quotations per day, orders coming), filing in folders • assigning orders to the relevant buses (This is a weekly planning document in A/4 format, prepared and printed by us, which is placed in a folder. (On the basis of this, the trainee sees the free bus capacity.) • print numbered journey logs, give it to the drivers, record serial numbers, register • preparation of the daily schedule of drivers (guidance), print it by name and give it to the driver, if modified, the drivers will be notified • print and file documents e.g. buses and drivers’ documents • printing of transport contracts, registering • scanning the driver’s journey logs, preparing for invoicing • registration of journey logs, tachograph discs (in separate folders per driver) • other office administration (e.g. printing, filing of attendance sheets, recruitment of organ activities, preparation of documents necessary for renting vehicles, printing, correspondence... • contact with designated partners. In terms of education, educators, master pedagogues, Hungarian language and literature teachers, and also have the “certificate of professional competence in road passenger transport”. The fact that, as a company manager, he or she understands the whole operation of the company, and as a educator is best placed to pass on his/her knowledge, train the trainee, makes him fit to perform mentoring duties. Assets to be purchased: We have almost all the means to hire the trainee. Within the framework of the project, I would only like to purchase the following office furniture — worth of HUF 140,000 — in order to provide the trainee with a self-sufficient work area. The tools that the trainee will use exclusively are: Desk, roller container (for writings) swivel chair, shelved, door cabinet for archiving the writings. The acquisition of these is essential to enable the trainee to carry out his/her duties. During the project, the trainee will become familiar with the duties of an office secretary. Cégbemutatkozás Claudibus Plus Kft A Pannon Tourist Kft. 2015 10.15-én alakult, tulajdonosa 100 %-ban a Claudibus Group Kft. 2017.12. 31-ig fő tevékenységként utazásszervezéssel foglalkozott, utazási irodaként szervezte a belföldi és külföldi egyéni és társas utakat. 2018.05.29-én a cég vezetése a változtatás mellett döntött. Az utazásszervezés helyett a buszos személyszállításra helyezte a hangsúlyt. Neve Claudibus Plus Kft. lett, fő tevékenységepedig a máshova nem sorolt egyéb szárazföldi személyszállítás. Különféle méretű buszokkal végez fuvarozási feladatokat. A cég perterei között megtalálhatóak önkormányzatok, iskolák, utazási irodák, egyesületek, baráti társaságok, stb. Belföldi és nemzetközi, szerződéses és különjárati szállítást egyaránt végez. Végzettségét tekintve szakvizsgázott pedagógus, mesterpedagógus, magyar nyelv- és irodalom szakos tanár, továbbá rendelkezik a "Közúti személyszállítás szakmai alkalmasságot igazoló végzettség"-gel is. A cégnél az ügyvezetői feladatokat 2018 májusa óta látja el. Az a tény, hogy cégvezetőként átlátja a cég egész működésként, pedagógusként pedig a legalkalmasabb arra, hogy a tudását továbbadja, a gyakornokot kiképezze, alkalmassá teszi őt a mentori feladatok ellátására. Megvásárolandó eszközök: A gyakornok foglalkoztatásához szinte minden eszközzel rendelkezünk. A projekt keretén belül mindössze - 140 ezer forint értékben - az alábbi irodabútorokat szeretnék beszerezni azért, hogy a gyakornoknak önmálló munkaterülete legyen. Az eszközök amelyeket a gyakornok kizárólagosan használni fog a következők: Íróasztal, görgős konténer (az íratok tarolásához) forgószék, polcos, ajtós szekrény az íratok archiválásához. Ezek beszerzése elengedhetetlen ahhoz, hogy a gyakornok el tudja látni a feladatait. A gyakornokot a projekt során megismerkedik egy irodai titkár feladataival. Ennek során különös tekintettel: ügyviteli munkafolyamatokat szervezni és irányítani, kapcsolatot tartani munkatársakkal, ügyfelekkel, partnerekkel, jelentéseket, statisztikákat készíteni.
