Boxdonut KFT was established to become a partner of The Box Donut & More franchise company in Hungary on 16 November 2017 in downtown Szombathely.     A Boxdonut KFT azzal a céllal jött létre, hogy a The Box Donut & More franchise vállalat partnereként kezdje meg magyarországi működését 2017. november 16-án Szombathely belvárosában. Az uralkodó gasztronómiai trendeket figyelembe véve hisszük, valljuk és tapasztaljuk, hogy van igény a prémium alapanyagokból előállított minőségi termékekre, így megalkotásukkor a könnyen azonosítható forma mellett a ’tartalomra’ helyezzük a hangsúlyt. Kockafánkjaink egytől-egyig kézműves termékek. Frissen főzött krémjeinkkel, lekvárjainkkal, belga csokoládéval és válogatott feltétekkel próbáljuk megédesíteni a mindennapokat. Szeretünk különbözni, újat alkotni, ízekkel kísérletezni. Ugyanakkor tiszteljük a hagyományokat, így született meg például a Rákóczi túrós fánkunk, ami Magyarország egyik kedvencévé vált. Trendi, fiatalos környezetben várjuk mindazokat, akik édes kínálatunk mellett szívesen beugranak hozzánk egy finom kávéra, egy bagel szendvicsre, salátára. A jövőben szeretnénk fejleszteni szolgáltatásaink, bővíteni kínálatunk további, kizárólag prémium minőségű termékekkel. Fejlődésünk alapfeltétele a megfelelő munkaerő kiválasztása és kiképzése, az általunk készített termékek előállításának megfelelő, minőségi előállítása. A Boxdonut Kft valamennyi és leendő munkavállalója folyamatos franchise képzéseken vesz részt a gasztronómiai trendek időben megfelelő követése és előállítása céljából. Célunk nem kevesebb, mint hogy ezt a remek képzési rendszerünket megőrizve gyarapítsuk létszámunkat. Sokkoló fagyasztó: Sokkoló hűtéssel a főzött krémeket, alapanyagokat +75 oC-ról +3 oC-ra történő gyors visszahűtését végezzük. Ezzel az eljárással felgyorsítható az adott munkafolyamat és a krémek, szószok minősége megmarad. Krémkeverő, dagasztó gép: A habverő gépet, mixert krémkeverő gépet planetáris mixernek is hívják. Strapabíró, minőségi készülékek profi felhasználásra. Krémkeverés mellett alkalmas hab készítéséhez illetve dagasztáshoz. Biztonsági kapcsolóval és ráccsal felszereltek a maximális biztonság érdekében. Így nem fordulhat elő, hogy a kezdő cukrász kezét a gép becsípi a krémek készítése közben a munkafolyamat alatt. Töltőgép, tartályok kifolyó csövek: Az ipari krémtöltő és adagoló gép kiválóan alkalmas a termelékenység és a pontosság növelésére. Az előre beállított mennyiséget tölti a kívánt termékbe (fánkba), így a krémek pontosan adagolhatók. Segítségével a munka jóval gyorsabb és pontosabb, a kézzel nem tölthető krémek is könnyedén adagolhatók. Csokoládémelegítő: A készülék segítségével fel tudjuk olvasztani a csokoládét és azt az előre beállított hőmérsékleten tudjuk tartani. Szinte minden fánkot csokoládéba mártunk, így készítésükkor ezen eszközök használata elengedhetetlen, a csokoládét csak 40-60 C-on tudjuk használni. iOS és Android mobil App: Termékeink ezzel a letölthető applikációval házhoz is rendelhetők lesznek és üzletünkben is tudnak terméket előre foglalni személyes átvétellel.
