    A Siker-Ker Kft.-t 1998-ben alapították, családi vállalkozásként. Fő tevékenységi köre mindenkoron a vendéglátás volt. A szombathelyi székhelyű vállalkozás fő profilja az önkiszolgáló éttermek működtetése volt. Korábban Sopronban, telephelyükön működtettek önkiszolgáló éttermet, majd 2009-től azt megszüntetve, Szombathelyen, a Zanati utca 70. szám alatt kezdték meg, és végzik a mai napig az éttermi szolgáltatást. A vállalkozás bevétele folyamatosan növekedett: a 2015. évi bevételekhez képest 2016-ra jelentős növekedés volt tapasztalható, az utolsó lezárt évben ehhez képest csupán párszázezer forintos csökkenés jelentkezett, azonban az idei évben várható az újbóli emelkedés. A vállalkozás piaci helyzete stabilnak mondható: a város szélén működő étteremben az iparterületen dolgozó alkalmazottak közül nagy számban érkeznek vendégek, valamint a közeli bevásárlóközpont közelsége is biztosítja a vendégszám megfelelőségét. A szervezetfejlesztési és HR célok között szerepel a tanulók gyakorlati képzése során olyan szakembereket kinevelni, akikre a képzés lezárulta után is számíthatnak, hosszú távon a csapat tagjai lehetnek, biztosítva ezzel a stabil hátteret a működtetéshez. A projekt keretében 3 fő férfi gyakornok felvételére kerül sor, szakmai képzettségük szakács. A 3 gyakornok közül 1 pultosként fog dolgozni. A szakácsok a főszakács mellett az ételkészítési részfolyamatokat végzi majd el, átlátva a főzési folyamat egészét, megismerve a használatos technológia működését, alkalmazási területeit. A pultos gyakornok feladata lesz az ételek szervírozása, kassza kezelése (pénztár). A hozzájuk rendelt vállalati kapcsolattartó a vállalkozásnál dolgozó szakács lesz, akinek megfelelő szakmai tapasztalata van ahhoz, hogy segítse a gyakornokok munkáját. Végzettsége szakács, 2015. óta dolgozik a vállalkozásnál. A projekt keretében sor kerül az alábbi tevékenységek megvalósítására: - 3 fő gyakornok foglalkoztatása, bér és járulék elszámolása - 3x9 hónap alatt havi 190.000 Ft elszámolni kívánt bér valamint azt terhelő havi 30.150 Ft járulék. - vállalati kapcsolattartó számára bérköltség elszámolása - 9 hónap alatt havi 80.000 Ft munkabér elszámolása tervezett. - általános rezsi költség elszámolása - könyvelés: 9 hónapra havi 9.000 Ft elszámolása releváns, ami előzetes kalkulációk szerint bérszámfejtés és annak könyvelésével kapcsolatos ügyintézés elszámolására - kötelező nyilvánosság biztosításának költségei - C típusú tábla, sajtóközlemény, honlapon megjelenés biztosítása, fotódokumentáció - bekerülési költsége 25.000 Ft. - eszközbeszerzés költsége - az elszámolható költség nettó 2.250.000 Ft. A gyakornokok munkavégzését segítendő, az alábbi eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre: 1 darab pizzakemence, 1 darab olajsütő, 1 darab tűzhely, 1 darab indukciós tűzhely, 1 db kombi gőzpároló, 1 db jéggép, 1 db ipari dagasztó és 1 db mosogatógép. Az eszközök nagyrészt a szakácsok munkájához köthető, az alapanyagok feldolgozása és az ételek elkészítése - a gyakornokok munkája a kapacitás bővítését hozza magával, ebből kiindulva az alapanyag szükséglet is megnövekedik, aminek ellátásához szükség van a megfelelő eszközökre. A pizzakemence, az olajsütő, a tűzhelyek, a gőzpároló a frissensült ételek készítéséhez szükséges. A mosogatógépbe a vendégek által használt edényzet kerül, kapacitása miatt gyors, hatékony munkaeszköz. A jéggép a pultos munkáját segíti. A technológia ismerete mindenképpen szükséges, egyrészt a gyakornokok munkavégzési felületét biztosítandó, másrészt szinte mindenhol (más cégeknél) rendelkezésre állnak ilyen berendezések. Elmondható, hogy a megfelelő szakmai tudás meglétéhez fontos az eszközök készség szintű használata, funkciók ismerete, rutinszerű használatának képessége. A beruházás során ingatlanfejlesztés nem releváns, szoftver beszerzésére nem kerül sor. Megváltozott munkaképességű alkalmazott foglalkoztatása nem tervezett. A projekt megvalósítása a gyakornokok munkatapasztalat szerzésének, iskolarendszerű oktatás során megtanult elméleti tudásuknak elmélyítéséhez járulnak hozzá. A felvételüket követően önállóan, a kapcsolattartó segítségével és a kollégák iránymutatásával dolgozhatnak. A gyakornokok foglalkoztatásuk során a vendéglátási munkák gyakorlatát, praktikákat sajátítják el, modern géppark használatával olyan ismeretekre tesznek szert, amivel bárhol, akár nagyobb éttermekben, vendéglátó helyeken illetve multinacionális környezetben is megállják a helyüket. Mindez hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy a munkaerőpiacon, hasonló végzettségű társaikkal szemben versenyelőnyhöz jussanak. Továbbá a vállalkozásnál eltöltött idő, mint referencia is megjelenik a gyakornokok önéletrajzában, ami a megfelelő munkahelyek, pozíciók betöltéséhez mindenkor szükséges.
