In addition to the role of professional facilitator, evaluator, post-career, he/she liaises with the designated vocational training centre and performs administrative tasks such as reporting, preparing progress logs and performing a performance evaluation role. A Tiba és Fia Kft. 2013. november 5-én bejegyzett vállalkozás, melynek kizárólagos tulajdonosa a Tiba Mihály. A vállalkozás vezetését idősebb Tiba Mihály látja el, aki 1991-ben végzett a szakiskolával, majd két év múlva mestervizsgát tett. Tüzeléstechnikai műszerész, műszaki biztonsági felülvizsgáló szakképesítést szerzett. Tanulóképzéssel mindvégig foglalkoztak, mivel fontosnak tartották a szakmai ismeretek közvetlen átadását, ezzel is biztosítva a saját munkerő szükséglet kinevelését. A vállalkozás főtevékenysége TEAOR 08’ 43.22 – Víz-, gáz-,fűtés-, légkondicionáló-szerelés. Dolgozói létszámuk 2016-ben 2 fő, 2017-ben pedig 4 fő volt; mindannyian víz-, gáz- és fűtésszerelő szakemberek. A vállalkozás dinamikus fejlődésen megy keresztül, míg 2016-ban 16,1 millió, addig 2017-ben már 46,5 millió árbevétellel rendelkeztek. Munkatársaik közül akad, aki több mint 20 éves szakmai múlttal rendelkezik. A vállalkozásunk fő szervezetfejlesztési célja, hogy a jelenlegi szakképzett munkaerőt hosszú távon megtartsa, valamint gyakorlati hely biztosításával, mind a saját, mind a szakma szakképzett munkaerőigényének megteremtését segítse. A projekt keretében egy fő szobafestő szakképesítéssel rendelkező munkavállaló foglalkoztatását vállaljá (OKJ.: 21 582 01). A program keretében lehetősége nyílik arra, hogy a meglévő alapszakmáján túl, egy új szakmába is beletanuljon (csővezeték szerelő), ezáltal a munkaerőpiacon jobb kondíciókkal fog bírni. A Kft-nél a vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó szerepét Parai Róbert gázfogyasztóberendezés- és csőhálózat-szerelő fogja ellátni. Tanulmányait 2012. júniusában fejezte be a BÉKSZI Trefort Ágoston Műszaki Tagiskolájában. A szakképesítés OKJ-ben meghatározott azonosító száma: 315820900103102. A szakmai segítő, értékelő, utógondozó szerepe mellett kapcsolatot tart a kijelölt szakképzési centrummal, valamint ellátja az adminisztratív feladatokat, mint például beszámoló, előrehaladási napló elkészítése, és teljesítményértékelői szerepkör ellátása.
