Within the framework of the project, Szikra Ajtó-Ablak Kft intends to employ 5 employees under 25 years of age, 4 carpenters (OKJ:34 543 02) and 1 general office assistant (OKJ: 54 346 01). Csaba Rácz and László Tóth will play the role of corporate contact persons, who have decades of work experience. Csaba Rácz has a woodworking degree and has been working as a carpenter/furniture table since 1994, so he can help trainees with more than 20 years of experience. László Tóth has been the commercial director of the company since 2013, who holds a degree in wood engineering. Its tasks include, inter alia, the sale of products, the purchase of supplies and the tasks related to the supply, as well as the planning, management and control of manufacturing activities. The designated corporate contact points have appropriate professional experience and sufficient experience in their profession and thus meet the requirements imposed on them to the maximum extent. During the employment programme, carpentry trainees can get acquainted with the production, assembly, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of wood products. In order to facilitate the work of the 4 young carpenters, it will be procured within the framework of the project: 1 scm S630 type thickening machine, which is one of the most important machines for woodworking, as it is the base and base for high quality carpentry work. Carpentry trainees will be able to provide a flawless surface to the machined material with the help of the tool and will be able to work with high dimensional accuracy. The machine is directly linked to the employment of trainees, as young people will use the tool in their daily work to plan various furniture products (furniture, doors, windows) to the exact thickness size. A társaság a legmodernebb CNC technológia segítségével készíti el a kül-, és belföldi piacokon egyaránt versenyképes termékeit. A folyamatos műszaki fejlesztésnek és munkatársaik szaktudásának köszönhetően a tervezés, a gyártás és beépítés minőségét a magas szintű szakmai felkészültség mellett a gondosan válogatott alapanyag is biztosítja. A projekt keretein belül a Szikra Ajtó-Ablak Kft - a pályázati követelményeket szem előtt tartva - 5 fő 25 év alatti munkavállalót kíván alkalmazni, 4 fő asztalost (OKJ:34 543 02) és 1 fő általános irodai asszisztenst (OKJ: 54 346 01). A vállalati kapcsolattartók szerepét Rácz Béla Csaba és Tóth László fogják betölteni, akik több évtizedes munkatapasztalattal rendelkeznek. Rácz Béla Csaba famegmunkáló végzettséggel rendelkezik és 1994 óta asztalos/bútorasztalos munkakörben dolgozik, így több mint 20 éves tapasztalatával tudja segíteni a gyakornokok munkáját. Tóth László 2013 óta a vállalkozás kereskedelmi igazgatója, aki faipari mérnök végzettséggel rendelkezik. Feladatai közé tartozik többek között a termékek értékesítése, árubeszerzés, valamint az árubeszerzéssel kapcsolatos teendők, ezen kívül tervezi, irányítja és ellenőrzi a gyártási tevékenységeket. A kijelölt vállalati kapcsolattartók megfelelő szakmai tapasztalattal és kellő mértékű gyakorlattal rendelkeznek szakmájukban, így a velük szemben támasztott követelményeknek maximálisan eleget tesznek. A foglalkoztatási program során a bevonásra kerülő asztalos gyakornokok megismerkedhetnek a faipari termékek készítésével, szerelésével, karbantartásával, javításával és felújításával. Megtanulhatják a különböző rendeltetésű és szerkezetű bútorok, nyílászárók és belsőépítészeti munkák elkészítését. Lehetőségük lesz tudásuk bővítésére az épületasztalosipari szerkezetek elhelyezésében, épületasztalosipari szerelvények rögzítésében, valamint vasalatok felszerelésében. Gyakorlati idejük alatt - a műhelyben megtalálható eszközök használatával - szerzett tudás által képesek lesznek betartani a munkavédelmi előírásokat, a különféle ellenőrzési és beállítási feladatok elvégzését. A 4 fő fiatal asztalos munkájának elősegítése érdekében a projekt keretén belül beszerzésre kerül: 1 db scm S630 típusú vastagoló gyalugép, mely a faipari munkák egyik legfontosabb gépe, ugyanis ez az eszköz az alapja és bázisa az asztalosi munka kiváló minőségben történő ellátására. Az asztalos gyakornokok az eszköz segítségével a megmunkált alapanyagnak hibátlan felületet tudnak biztosítani és képesek lesznek nagy méretpontossággal dolgozni. A gép közvetlenül kapcsolódik a gyakornokok foglalkoztatásához, hiszen a fiatalok a mindennapi munkájuk során használni fogják az eszközt különböző bútoripari termékek (bútorok, ajtók, ablakok) pontos vastagsági méretre történő gyalulásánál. A gyakornokok megtanulják a gép gyalukéseinek beállítását, a kiválasztják az előtolás sebességét (4 sebességfokozat közül) úgy, hogy a gép ne legyen megerőltetve, és a forgácsolási sebesség ne csökkenjen az előírt alá. A munka kezdetén ill. minden beállítás után a gyakornokoknak próbagyalulást kell végezniük. A próbagyalulás során ellenőrizni fogják az asztallap két szélső részén gyalult anyag vastagságát, az előtolás egyenletességét, a felület simaságát, az anyag ugrás mentes végeit és a gép rezgésmentes működését. A gyalugép adagoló oldalán és az elszedő oldalon is az asztalos gyakornokoknak a munkadarab mellett kell állniuk és a hosszabb munkadarabok esetén asztalhosszabbítást kell alkalmazniuk.
