AEROFERR Air Engineering and Metal Industry Ltd. 1991. It was formed on 12:08. During the economic crisis, our revenues fell, and we had difficulty surpassing that period. Our experts are good, practically no fluctuation, according to their qualifications locksmiths, welders, cutters, lathes. We have more and more orders, we want to hire more professionals, but it’s hard to find a good specialist in the area. Grant support helps entrepreneurship to open up to young people and help them start up. Their situation is difficult because they lack the knowledge and experience, and young people who leave vocational training have a very low chance of getting a job. As an intern, young people can gain real work experience with us, thus improving their employability and longer-term prospects on the labour market. We currently have 13 employees, we plan to recruit 2 trainees. We always have an apprenticeship, we teach 3-4 young people a year. The interns we planned to hire were also our students. Trainees’ internship skills, work experience, thereby improving their labour market prospects and employability will improve by filling the following posts. One of the trainees: Welder by degree — OKJ 34 521 06. It will be responsible for preparing and machining the parts of the equipment to be manufactured on the basis of the issued documentation. Assembling, stapling, and then ready to weld. Assembly and assembly of components after surface treatment. Testing and packaging of finished equipment. Close cooperation with cutting professionals and other trainees throughout production. The other trainee: Education in high school graduate welding -OKJ 34 521 06. Its task is to prepare the production. Provide the necessary documentation for the production. External on-site work survey, documentation, production preparation. Ordering and securing the materials required for the production. Control of the finished product. The equipment necessary for the work of both trainees will be procured. For the welding-lock job: Welding machine (the Weldi-MIG 322 SW equipment is a medium-performance water-cooled welding machine), angle grinders, drilling machines, thrusters, air wrenches, rotating table, pallet lifting, grinding machine. For the post of pre-production trainee: Computer, monitor, tablet, printer, system software and design software, sliding meter. In addition, the necessary work clothes and protective equipment are also purchased. Presentation of the staff member performing the task of contact as a corporate trainee within the framework of the project: Zoltán Nagy, Managing Director, has been the contact person, who is also one of the owners of the company from the beginning (from 1991 onwards). He performs his managerial duties for 8 hours, but he also performs the duties of accountant. He knows all the segments of the profession, his management skills are outstanding. Qualifications: car mechanic, mechanical engineer, material handling engineer, certified balance-sheet accountant. Its main tasks are: full management of the company, management of the workforce’s production, customer-supplier contact. Quantifiable and other results of the project: The employment of 2 trainees will be carried out, in addition to the creation of a direct job, in addition to the use of vocational qualifications acquired in school-based training, young people gain early work experience, thereby increasing their employability, increasing their self-esteem and becoming useful members of society. Elsősorban axiális és radiális ventilátorokat, tetőventilátorokat, porleválasztókat, hangcsillapítókat, csővezetékeket, valamint ventilátor alkatrészeket (pl. járókerekek)gyártunk és beszerelünk. Fő tevékenységi kör: 2825 ’08 Nem háztartási hűtő, légállapot-szabályozó gyártása. A gyártáson túl általános fémmegmunkálási feladatokat (lemezdarabolás, hajlítás, sajtolás, általános forgácsolás, lakatos és hegesztési munkák, dinamikus egyensúlyozás) is vállalunk. A megrendelői igényekhez rugalmasan alkalmazkodunk. Termékeink Magyarország egész területén felhasználásra kerülnek az ipar és a mezőgazdaság szinte minden területén pl.: ipari jellegű műhelyek, állattartók, tömblakások, malomipar. Székhelyünk és egyben telephelyünk a kft. tulajdonában van, kezdetektől Sarkadon, a Tanya 5. szám alatt üzemelünk. A profil nem változott számottevően. A gazdasági válság ideje alatt bevételeink visszaestek, nehezen vészeltük át azt az időszakot. Jók a szakembereink, gyakorlatilag nincs fluktuáció, végzettségük szerint lakatosok,hegesztők, forgácsolók, esztergályosok. Egyre több a megrendelésünk, több szakembert szeretnénk foglalkoztatni, de nehéz jó szakembert találni a környéken. A pályázati támogatás segíti a vállalkozást abban, hogy a fiatalok felé nyissunk és segítsük őket az elindulásban. Nehéz az ő helyzetük,mert nincs megfelelő tudásuk, tapasztaltuk, a szakképzésből kilépő fiatalok elhelyezkedési esélye nagyon kicsi. Gyakornokként a fiatalok valódi munkatapasztalatot szerezhetnek nálunk, ezáltal javul foglalkoztathatóságuk és hosszabb távú munkaerő-piaci esélyeik. Jelenleg 13 alkalmazottunk van, 2 fő gyakornok felvételét tervezzük. Mindig van tanulószerződésünk, 3-4 fiatalt tanítunk évente. A felvenni tervezett gyakornokok is a tanulóink voltak. A gyakornokok szakmai gyakorlati ismeretei, munkatapasztalata, ezáltal munkaerő-piaci kilátásaik és foglalkoztathatóságuk javulni fog az alábbi munkakörök betöltésével. Az egyik gyakornok: Végzettsége szerint hegesztő - OKJ 34 521 06 . Feladata lesz a gyártandó berendezések alkatrészeinek előkészítése, megmunkálása a kiadott dokumentáció alapján. Összeállítás, tűzés, majd készre hegesztés. Az alkatrészek felületkezelés utáni összeállítása, szerelése. Az elkészült berendezések próbajáratása, csomagolása. Szoros együttműködés a forgácsoló szakemberekkel és a másik gyakornokkal a gyártás teljes ideje alatt. A másik gyakornok: Végzettsége érettségizett hegesztő -OKJ 34 521 06. Feladata a gyártás előkészítése. A gyártáshoz szükséges dokumentáció biztosítása. Külső helyszíni munkafelmérés, dokumentálás ,gyártás előkészítés. A gyártáshoz szükséges anyagok megrendelése, biztosítása. A késztermék ellenőrzése. Mindkét gyakornok munkájához szükséges eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre. A hegesztő-lakatos munkakörhöz: Hegesztőgép (a Weldi-MIG 322 SW berendezés egy közepes teljesítményű,vízhűtéses hegesztőgép), sarokcsiszolók, fúrógép, tolómérők, légkulcs,forgó asztal,raklap emelő,köszörűgép. A gyártás előkészítő gyakornok munkakörhöz: Számítógép, monitor, tablet, nyomtató, rendszerszoftverek és tervező szoftver, tolómérő . Emellett a munkavégzéshez szükséges, és kötelező munkaruhák és védőfelszerelések is beszerzésre kerülnek. A projekt keretében vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartói feladatot ellátó alkalmazott bemutatása: Nagy Zoltán ügyvezető tölti be a kapcsolattartó szerepét, aki a vállalkozás egyik tulajdonosa is a kezdetektől (1991-től). 8 órás munkaviszonyban látja el ügyvezetői feladatát, de a könyvelői feladatokat is ő végzi. A szakma minden szegmensét ismeri, menedzsment képességei kiemelkedőek. Végzettségei: autószerelő, gépész üzemmérnök, anyagmozgató gépész, okleveles mérlegképes könyvelő. Főbb feladatai: a cég teljes körű vezetése, a dolgozók termelésének irányítása, vevő-szállító kapcsolattartás. A projekt számszerűsíthető és egyéb eredményei: 2 fő gyakornok foglalkoztatása valósul meg, mellyel közvetlen munkahely teremtésen túl az iskolai rendszerű képzésben megszerzett szakképesítés hasznosulását segíti elő, a fiatalok korai munkahelyi tapasztalathoz jutnak, ezáltal a későbbi foglalkoztathatóságuk növekszik, önbecsülésük nő, hasznos tagjai lesznek a társadalomnak. A cég munkaerő utánpótlása már rövidtávon javulni fog, emellett a kft. eszközparkja is bővül, mely a versenyképességét javítja.
