The company currently has 4 employees and the entrepreneur, broken down by job: In the last 3 years Richard Stampf Mihály Richárd Stampf has employed 2 apprentices and assisted their practical training by professionally qualified workers. The company is profitable and its turnover is characterised by growth.     A projektgazda a La'Mar Grill Restaurant & Pizzeria üzemeltetője, Stampf Mihály Richárd egyéni vállalkozó. Vendéglátó szakemberként vállalkozását 1993-ban alapította. 1999 óta üzemelteti éttermét Zalakaroson, éves nyitvatartással. A minőségi vendéglátás megvalósítását tűzte ki célul, és tartja ma is szem előtt. Ez megmutatkozik mind a magyar — olasz fúziós konyhájából kikerülő ételekben, mind a kiszolgálás minőségén. Ennek köszönhetően széles vendégkörrel rendelkezik. A vállalkozás második éve folytat gyakorlati oktatást, jelenleg 2 szakács tanulójuk van. A náluk tanuló diákok a jövőben sikeresen hasznosítják tudásukat a munkaerőpiacon. A pályázó elkötelezett híve a minőségi kiszolgálásnak, melynek a képzett emberi erőforrás elengedhetetlen feltétele. A projekt keretében 2 pincér gyakornokot kíván foglalkoztatni. A 2 pincér gyakornok megtanulja az üzemeltetéssel kapcsolatos teendőket, figyelemmel kíséri az árukészletet, részt vesz az áru szakszerű minőségi és mennyiségi átvételében, előírásoknak megfelelő tárolásában, a munkaterületét nyitásra előkészíti, az eszközöket előkészíti, az ételeket és italokat szakszerűen felszolgálja. A pályázó célja, hogy a gyakornokoknak a felsorolt tevékenységeket megtanítsa, és hozzájáruljon ahhoz, hogy a szakmájában elismert legyen. A vállalkozás statisztikai állományi létszáma 2015-ben és 2016-ban is 2 fő volt. A vállalkozásban vendéglátóipari szakirányú szakmai végzettséggel 2 kolléga rendelkezik (1 felszolgáló és vendéglátóipari üzletvezető, 1 mesterszakács). Jelenleg két tanuló is dolgozik az étteremben. A vállalkozásnak jelenleg 4 alkalmazottja van, valamint a vállalkozó, munkakörök szerinti megbontásban: 2 fő konyhai személyzet 2 fő felszolgáló 1 fő vezető Stampf Mihály Richárd az elmúlt 3 évben 2 tanulószerződéses tanulót foglalkoztatott, gyakorlati képzésüket szakirányú szakképesítéssel rendelkező dolgozó segítette. A vállalkozás nyereséges, árbevételére a növekedés jellemző. Stampf Mihály Richárd fontosnak tartja a munkavállalók folyamatos képzését és ösztönzését, a projekt keretében foglalkoztatásra kerülő gyakornokra is hosszú távon épít a vállalkozás.
