We would like to target the employment of young jobseekers and trainees who have acquired the profession of financial-accounting officer. Trainee’s qualifications: OKJ 54-344-01. By employment we help the job starter to find a job and to facilitate the administrative work of our company. We are planning to purchase a laptop computer for the new employee, which can perform his recording, accounting and administrative work uninterruptedly. The purchase of office supplies, forms and archiving paper is essential for office work. We would like to partially finance this from the grant, which is why we have included in the budget office supplies, forms and paper products as general overheads. We would like to obtain a filing cabinet for the storage of documents, where you can archive and organise the processed documents recorded by the trainee for later retrieval. For this we are planning to purchase 4 shelving cabinets, in which the files used for archiving can be placed. In order to make the office work more comfortable, we plan to purchase a new table and office swivel chair, on which only the trainee will carry out his data recording, administrative and accounting tasks smoothly. By acquiring archiving work, the trainee will gain work experience, or he/she will be able to benefit from his/her later employment (even in another company). By insulating the office room, we want to improve the heat loss, thereby supporting the comfort of the staff in the office, through which the ability to concentrate can be improved and the trainee can work with fewer mistakes. Qualifications of the contact person for internships in the company: he’s a balance-sheet accountant. Position in the undertaking: employee, managing director, accountant, administrator, administrator. The administrative background of the business workflow is fully covered, from the issue of the certificate, through the accounting, to the preparation of reports. He has been working at the company since 2010, so he can provide and manage the work and work as a mentor with appropriate professional experience. By the end of the support period, our goal is to ensure that the employee is professionally experienced and able to work independently, without special supervision on the tools designed for him. We would like to continue working for the trainee after the end of the period of support and continued employment, as by the end of this period he will have a full overview of the organisation’s structure, workflows, documentation, accounting tasks of external companies and independent administration. Thus, it greatly contributes to the progress of our company, and if you wish to move forward in a different direction, you will also gain professional experience in both the secretarial and accounting fields, thereby establishing the acquisition of a future accounting profession. According to the current rules, the profession of balance-sheet accountant can only be completed with an existing financial-accounting officer’s OKJ if the trainee has completed an appropriate period of internship. If you then wish to work in your own business as a registered accountant, you will also need several years of professional work. Our long-term goal is to cooperate successfully and support each other in carrying out the workflows, which will make your future labour market prospects positive and easier to find in your own, educated profession. Pénzügyi-számviteli ügyintéző szakmát szerzett fiatal álláskereső, gyakornok foglalkoztatását szeretnénk megcélozni. A gyakornok végzettsége: OKJ 54-344-01. A foglakoztatással segítjük a pályakezdő munkavállaló elhelyezkedését és egyben a cégünk adminisztratív munkájának könnyítését. Az új munkavállaló számára hordozható számítógép beszerzést tervezünk, melyen zavartalanul végezheti rögzítési, könyvelési, adminisztratív munkáját. A beszerezni kívánt notebookon csak a gyakornok végzi a munkát, ezzel nem tartja egyik másik kolléga munkáját sem. A tervezett beruházás során egy ASUS notebookot szeretnénk a gyakornoknak biztosítani, mely notebook már rendelkezik az irodai munkavégzéshez elengedhetetlen operációs rendszerrel és office alkalmazásokkal. A könyveléshez szükséges programot cégünk bérleti konstrukcióban veszi igénybe, a bérszámfejtő program licence jogát megvásárolta, az éves frissítésekkel biztosítjuk a jogszabályok naprakész követését. Az irodai munkavégzéshez elengedhetetlen az irodaszerek, nyomtatványok, archiváló papíráru beszerzése. Ezt is szeretnénk a pályázati támogatásból részben finanszírozni, ezért állítottunk be a költségvetésbe általános rezsi költségként irodaszereket, nyomtatványokat, papírárut. Az iratok tárolására irattárló szekrényt szeretnénk beszerezni, ahová a gyakornok által lekönyvelt, feldolgozott bizonylatokat archiválhatja, rendszerezheti későbbi visszakereshetőség érdekében. Erre 4 polcos szekrényeket tervezünk beszerezni, melyekben az archiválásra használt irattartók elhelyezhetők. Az iroda munkavégzés kényelmesebbé tételéhez új asztal és irodai forgószék beszerzését tervezzük, melyen csak a gyakornok végzi majd adatrögzítési, adminisztratív és könyvelési feladatait zavartalanul. Az archiválási munka elsajátításával a gyakornok munkatapasztalatot szerez, esetleg későbbi foglalkoztatása alkalmával (akár másik cégnél is) előnyösen tud majd használni. Az iroda helyiség körbeszigetelésével a hőveszteség javítását szeretnénk elérni, ezzel is támogatva az irodában dolgozók komfort érzetét, melyen keresztül javítható a koncentráció képesség és kevesebb hibával dolgozhat a gyakornok. A vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó végzettsége: mérlegképes könyvelő. A vállalkozásnál betöltött pozíciója: alkalmazott, ügyvezető, könyvelő, adminisztrátor, ügyintéző. A vállalkozási munkafolyamatok adminisztratív hátterét teljesen átfogja, a bizonylat kiállításától, a könyvelésen át a lefűzésig, beszámolók készítéséig. vállalatnál 2010.óta végzi tevékenységét, így megfelelő szakmai tapasztalattal tud a gyakornoknak munkát biztosítani és irányítani, mentorként dolgozni. A támogatási időszak végére célunk, hogy az alkalmazott munkavállaló szakmailag tapasztalt legyen és önálló munkavégzésre legyen képes, külön felügyelet nélkül a neki kialakított eszközökön. A támogatási időszak, illetve a továbbfoglalkoztatás időszak végét követően is szeretnénk továbbfoglalkoztatni a gyakornokot, hiszen ezen időszak végére már teljesen átlátja majd a szervezet felépítését, munkafolyamatait, bizonylatok útját, külsős cégek könyvelési feladatait, önálló ügyintézésre lesz képes. Így nagyban hozzájárul cégünk előrelépéséhez, illetve ha esetleg más irányba szeretne tovább lépni, akkor is szakmai tapasztalatot szerez mind a titkári, mind a könyvelési területen, amivel megalapozhatja a későbbi mérlegképes könyvelői szakma elsajátítását. A jelenlegi szabályok szerint a mérlegképes könyvelői szakma a már meglévő pénzügyi-számviteli ügyintézős OKJ végzettséggel csak akkor végezhető, ha a gyakornok megfelelő idejű szakmai gyakorlatot szerzett. Ha ezt követően regisztrált mérlegképes könyvelőként szeretne esetleg saját vállalkozásban végezni munkát, ehhez is több év szakmai munka szükséges. Hosszútávú célunk a sikeres együttműködés és egymás támogatása a munkafolyamatok elvégzése során, mellyel a későbbi munkaerő-piaci kilátásai is pozitívak lesznek és könnyebben tud elhelyezkedni a saját, tanult szakmájában.
