Master Qualitas Ltd. The project was awarded with the number TÁMOP-2.3.6.B-12-1/7-2014-0035 entitled “Establishment of a construction company in Abaúj”, the implementation of which was started on 1.11.2014. The purpose of the application was to set up the company itself. Within the construction sector, our company aims to implement complex construction works carried out in the framework of tenders for individuals and businesses, thereby creating jobs. The target area of our activity is the area of Abaúj, which is a typical small village area. The people who live here have more difficult access to information, so our business has a twofold purpose: 1. Search for resources for works, preparation of tenders (in the form of subcontracting). 2. Related construction complex construction. We see great opportunities in the area of rural tourism and energy investments in terms of the conditions of the region, so in the framework of our activities we encourage the implementation of these investments, helping to create the necessary resources for this. The main goal of the company within a year was to get to know it in the Abaúj region. As a subcontracting service, continuous resource monitoring and information to customers about the latest opportunities. The ongoing orders confirm that the project idea was based on real market needs, the project achieved its goal, as we have been operating as a well-prosperating company since the closing of the project, early in 2015. The application also certifies our experience in project implementation. We have been operating for more than 3 years with continuous, ever-increasing turnover. In the present application, we plan to employ 3 employees in the Abaúji region, since with the growth of the company we have expanded with one place of business, and with the growth of our company’s orders, we need to attract another workforce. However, due to the shortage of the local workforce and our long-term employment plans, we would like to raise a supply with whom our long-term employment plans can be established later. We want to take advantage of the 9 months of subsidised employment, ensuring continued employment. The interns would be trained by a corporate mentor. In order to ensure the effectiveness of mentoring, we contacted the regionally competent Vocational Training Centre, who ensured their cooperation. We also plan the acquisition of the necessary tools, intangible assets for the employment of trainees and the implementation of mandatory information-public tasks. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A Mester Qualitas Kft. „Építési vállakozás kialakítása Abaújban” című, TÁMOP-2.3.6.B-12-1/7-2014-0035 azonosító számmal pályázati forrást nyert, melynek megvalósítását 2014.11.01-vel megkezdte. A pályázat magát a vállalkozás létrehozását célozta. Vállalkozásunk az építőipari szektoron belül magánszemélyek és vállalkozások számára pályázatok keretében megvalósított komplex kivitelezési munkák megvalósítását, ezáltal munkahelyteremtést tűztünk ki célul. Tevékenységünk célterülete Abaúj térsége, amely tipikus aprófalvas terület. Az itt élő emberekhez nehezebben jutnak el az információk, ezért vállalkozásunk kettős célt szolgál: 1. Építési beruházásokhoz szükséges források felkutatása, pályázatok elkészítése (alvállalkozás formájában). 2. Ehhez kapcsolódó építőipari komplex kivitelezés. A térség adottságai tekintetében nagy lehetőségeket látunk a falusi turizmus, és az energetikai beruházások területén, így tevékenységünk keretében ösztönözzük ezen beruházások megvalósítását, segítséget nyújtva az ehhez szükséges forrásteremtéshez. A vállalkozás egy éven belüli legfőbb célja volt, hogy Abaúj térségben megismerjék. Alvállalkozói szolgáltatásként folyamatos forrásfigyelés és tájékoztatása az ügyfeleknek a legújabb lehetőségekről. A folyamatos megrendelések igazolják, hogy a projektötlet valós piaci igényeken alapult, a projekt elérte célját, hiszen a projekt zárása, 2015 év eleje óta is egy jól prosperáló vállalkozásként működünk. A pályázat igazolja a projektek lebonyolításában végzett tapasztalatunkat is. Működésünk már több, mint 3 éve folyamatos, egyre növekvő árbevétellel. Jelen pályázatban 3 fő munkavállaló gyakornok foglalkoztatását tervezzük az Abaúji térségben, hiszen a vállalkozás növekedésével egy telephellyel bővültünk Korláton, és vállalkozásunk megrendeléseinek növekedésével újabb munkaerő bevonására van szükség, azonban a helyben is tapasztalható munkaerő hiány miatt és a hosszú távú foglalkoztatási terveink miatt szeretnénk olyan utánpótlást kinevelni, akikkel később hosszú távú foglalkoztatási célú terveink megalapozhatóak. Igénybe kívánjuk venni a 9 hónapos támogatott foglalkoztatást, biztosítva a továbbfoglalkoztatást. A gyakornokok betanítását a vállalati mentor végezné. A mentorálás hatékonysága érdekében felvettük a kapcsolatot a területileg illetékes Szakképzési Centrum központjával, akik biztosítottak együttműködésükről. Tervezzük továbbá a gyakornokok foglalkoztatásához szükséges eszközök, immateriális javak beszerzését, illetve a kötelező tájékoztatás-nyilvánossági feladatok megvalósítását. (Hungarian)
