Since the mid-1990s, our company has been engaged in accounting and tax consultancy. Over the years, many students have been invited to internships, in the framework of this project we would like to hire new staff as trainees so that they can translate their acquired theoretical knowledge into practice, so they can represent greater value in the labour market, and our company can also develop with the work of 2 new employees. In the framework of the project, corporate relations are carried out by the managing director, who has been working in the company since 2004 and has been managing director for 3 years. In order to ensure proper working conditions, two laptops are purchased for trainees, as well as a desktop machine which serves as a server machine, thus facilitating the training of trainees. In addition, a high-performance printer is also procured, which is an essential part of the accountant’s work. Planned trainee végzettsége:Pénzügyi-számviteli administrator 52 344 01 0000 00 00. In order for a trainee in the field of financial accounting to be able to perform his/her duties, appropriate tools are needed. On the one hand, a laptop for the processing of accounting and financial planning data. A server machine to which the data is saved and on which the company internship contact can keep track of their work. A single printer is required to record the documentation of the work carried out. Vállalkozásunk már az 1990-es évek közepétől könyveléssel, adó tanácsadással foglalkozik. Az évek során sok tanulót fogadtunk szakmai gyakorlatra, jelen projekt keretében új munkatársakat szeretnénk gyakornokként alkalmazni, hogy a megszerzett elméleti tudásukat gyakorlatba át tudják ültetni így a munkaerő piacon nagyobb értéket tudnak képviselni, és a vállalkozásunk is tud fejlődni 2 új munkatárs munkájával. Projekt keretében vállalati kapcsolattartást az ügyvezető látja el, aki 2004 óta dolgozik a vállalkozásban és immáron 3 éve ügyvezetője. Megfelelő munkafeltételek biztosítására a gyakornokok részére beszerezésre kerül két db laptop, valamint egy asztali gép mely szerver gép funkciót tölt be így könnyítve a gyakornokok oktatását. Továbbá egy nagy teljesítményű nyomtató kerül még beszerzésre, mely elengedhetetlen része a könyvelői munkának. Tervezett gyakornok végzettsége:Pénzügyi-számviteli ügyintéző 52 344 01 0000 00 00. Ahhoz, hogy a pénzügyi számviteli területen dolgozó gyakornok a feladatát el tudja látni megfelelő eszközökre van szükség. Egyrészről egy-egy laptop a könyvelési illetve pénzügyi tervezési adatok feldolgozásához. Egy szervergép melyre mentik az adatokat és amelyen a vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó folyamatosan nyomon tudja követni munkájukat. Az elvégzett munka dokumentációjának rögzítéséhez szükséges egy darab nyomtató. (nyomtatóval szembeni elvárás: nyomtatás, szkennelés, A4 illetve A3 méretben történő nyomtatás, szkennelés, fénymásolás.
