Since its foundation, the National Association of Former State Careers has been struggling to catch up with the multiple disadvantaged social groups living in the district of Tiszavasvár and primarily in Tiszadob. The founding members of the Association also came from this layer and district, so they have sufficient knowledge, experience and awareness of local relations. The association operates a school in Tiszadob, established an Integrated Community Service Area, and currently implements several tender programmes in cooperation with local and regional service providers, institutions and organisations. We carried out two similar projects in the past, TÁMOP-1.4.6 was also a transit employment programme, and the training and employment related to Community tasks were implemented in our organisation under the call TÁMOP-1.4.1. It can be said that our programs and development activities are crowned with success, based on feedback from both the target group and the organisations. We need our work and activities, because as one of the most disadvantaged districts, few organisations take up these tasks. The action areas of the project were designated on the basis of the organisation’s operational area. Our central implementation site is Tiszadob, the seat of the Association, but based on the needs and needs, we extend the implementation to several settlements of the district and make it available to the people living there. The target group of the project is the disadvantaged long-term unemployed, inactive and low-skilled jobseekers who have taken part in public employment for at least 12 months in the district of Tiszavasvár, to whom we offer opportunities for development along an individual development plan, thus integrating the labour market into the labour market by participating in a kind of transfer process. In the context of the above, the aim of the project is to implement a programme providing an employment alternative embedded in training and practical training for disadvantaged workers living in Tiszavasvár district, with which their integration into the labour market in the long term, their individual competences are developed and they are marketable, and they obtain qualifications that are considered to be shortages in the district and in the county. In order to achieve this, we have focused on vocational training (providing a qualification with a lack of training with an OKJ), with which our target groups can use different psycho-social services to help them integrate into the labour market. We would like to involve 72 people in the implementation of the 15-month project, for whom we organise a structural housing, slim electrode arc welding course, as well as food and chemical goods sales course. An important element is the provision of vocational training, which is embedded in practical work, organised in a different form than traditional formal education, enabling individual development. In order to prepare them for training, we organise learning technology group activities, labour market knowledge group activities to help them enter the open labour market, and key skills development group activities in order to successfully and efficiently carry out the training. In addition to mentors during the training period, a tutor is available to the target group, who helps the target group stay in training and find their job in the open labour market with psycho-social support. The target group is also supported by mentors. Employers’ forums serve the location of the target group in cooperation with employers in the region. All professional implementers have sufficient experience and relevant qualifications to implement the project. Throughout the implementation of the project, we provide the project manager, professional manager, publicity in accordance with Széchenyi 2020 image requirements. Equal opportunities and environmental sustainability are ensured in accordance with the Call for Proposals. (English)

A Volt Állami Gondozottak Országos Egyesülete megalakulása óta küzd a tiszavasvári járásban és elsősorban Tiszadobon élő halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű társadalmi rétegek felzárkóztatásáért. Ennek érdekében a szakképzést (hiányszakmát jelentő OKJ-s végzettséget biztosító) helyeztük előtérbe, mely mellé különböző munkaerő-piaci beilleszkedést elősegítő, pszicho-szociális szolgáltatást vehetnek igénybe célcsoportjaink. A 15 hónapos projekt megvalósításába 72 főt kívánunk bevonni, akik számára szerkezetlakatos, fogyóelektródás ívhegesztő, valamint Élelmiszer, vegyi áru eladó tanfolyamot szervezünk. Fontos elemünk a gyakorlati munkavégzésbe ágyazott, a hagyományos iskolarendszerű képzéstől eltérő formában szervezett, az egyéni fejlesztést lehetővé tevő szakképzés biztosítása. A képzésre való felkészítésük érdekében Tanulástechnikai csoportfoglalkozást, a nyílt munkaerőpiacon való elhelyezkedésük segítése érdekében munkaerő-piaci ismeretek csoportfoglalkozást, a képzés sikeres, hatékony lebonyolítása érdekében kulcsképesség fejlesztő csoportfoglalkozást szervezünk. Ezen túl a képzés ideje alatt a mentorok mellett tutor áll a célcsoport rendelkezésére, aki pszicho-szociális támogatással segíti a célcsoport képzésben maradását, elhelyezkedését a nyílt munkaerő-piacon. A célcsoportot mentorok is segítik. A munkáltatói fórumok a célcsoport elhelyezkedését szolgálja a térségben működő foglalkoztatókkal együttműködve. (Hungarian)
