The aim of the project is to provide jobs for the members and employees of our cooperative, thereby increasing the employment of Kaposfő, providing job opportunities for people who are out of public work, while at the same time helping the development of the settlement and its population retention power. The newly recruited employees will be employed as a trained seamstress and will be trained by a professional manager.The cost of employment of the target group is HUF 210.000/person/month, 6 months of subsidised salary 3 780 000 HUF+ contribution.Product extension equipment: Sewing machines for 3 employees’ working dreams: 2 pcs 3 pin, 5 fiber cover machine, 3 pcs 1 pin fast sewing machine, 3 pcs 2 pin 4 fiber interlock sewing machines. Total value of HUF 4.174,490. All machines are energy-saving, computer-controlled. We wish to obtain a compressor for the operation of the patensating machine. We planned this on loan, because of the bank’s rejection, we would like to get it from the application. We would like to buy 2 sheets-tops for programming and editing patterns, with a total value of 300.000 HUF/piece. Automation shortens the production time of a product, i.e. we produce several products in one working hour. In the established workstations, the target group will be responsible for the handling of machines, machine setting, sewing and other auxiliary tasks, e.g. packaging, delivery, storage. Tools to ensure market access, website development: For the start-up and expansion of the customer base, we plan a continuous marketing appearance, including the preparation of image elements and the production of marketing tools (product catalogue, campaigns, participation in 2 fairs, exhibitions). We wish to employ a sales manager (sales manager), partly because of personal contact with the clients and, on the other hand, in finding new customers, we consider personal contact important. We want to ensure visibility through the creation of a website and a product catalogue, which will show our references and quality work and emphasise the socially added value that our cooperative represents. To raise and maintain the interest of the population, we create a community site where we publish workplace life, employee presentations and personal content. Total cost of marketing HUF 3.429.000 Training: We do not plan training for professional implementers. The target group acquires machine sewing by training embedded in employment, in which the professional manager provides assistance. We are planning a 2 x 2 day team training to assist integration, in which the members and employees of the cooperative participate with purchased services with the participation of 10 people for a value of 450.000 HUF. Means to ensure market access: participation in fairs and exhibitions — We are members of the National Association of Social Enterprises, we plan to participate in the expected Óbuda Christmas Fair until December 1-23, WAMP Erzsébet tér pass 2020 03-01-04-30. It helps market access by employing a sales manager. Persons involved in the implementation of the project: Frigyes Felder, economist, has 9 years of experience in leading 5 years of EU applications, reference_TÁMOP 2.4.3, GINOP 5.1.3 applications. It is commissioned in 5-5 hours/week for a fee of HUF 60,000 per month. Professional manager Istvánné Falusi has 30 years of professional experience and performs her duties 40 hours a week with a salary of 280.000 HUF/month.     A projekt célja, hogy szövetkezetünk tagjainak, munkavállalóinak fenntarthat munkahelyet tudjunk biztosítani, ezáltal Kaposfő foglalkoztatása nőjön, a közmunkából kikerülő embereknek munkalehetőséget biztosítsunk, ugyanakkor segítsük a település fejlesztését is, népességmegtartó erejét. Célunk, hogy varrodánkat a kézműves jellegből üzemmé fejlesszük, ehhez az Egyéb textil termék gyártás üzleti tevékenységünket kívánjuk fejleszteni.A varroda Kaposfőn működik, bérelt ingatlanban. A korszerű gépek előnye, hogy számítógép vezérelt, több munkafolyamatot lerövidít, egyes munkafolyamatok automatizál, növeli a termelékenységet. Felújítását önerőből végezzük el. Új munkavállalók foglalkoztatása, munkakör, hátrányos helyzet: 3 fő 8 órás Kaposfői alacsony iskolai végzettségű helyi lakost kívánunk bevonni és képzést követően teljes munkaidőben foglalkoztatni. Szövetkezetünk megalakulása óta, foglalkoztat és fejleszt hátrányos helyzetű embereket, alacsony iskolai végzettségű, 25 év alatti, 50 év feletti.Tagjaink és a projektjeink által érintettek között is jelentős számban vannak nehéz sorsú, szociálisan hátrányosak. Bevonni kívánt célcsoport e körből kerül ki. Az újonnan felvett munkavállalók betanított varrónő munkakörökben fognak dolgozni, betanításukat szakmai vezető végzi.Célcsoport foglalkoztatásának költsége br bér 210.000 Ft/fő/hó, 6 hónap támogatott br. bér 3.780.000 Ft+ járulék.Termékbővítéshez szükséges eszközök: 3 fő dolgozó munkaálommásához szükséges varrógépek: 2 db 3 tűs, 5 szálas fedőzőgép, 3 db 1 tűs gyorsvarrógép, 3 db 2 tűs 4 szálas interlock varrógép. Össz értéke 4.174.490 Ft. Mindegyik gép energiatakarékos, számítógép vezérelt. A patenzozó gép működéséhez kompresszort kívánunk beszerezni. Ezt hitelből terveztük, a banki elutasítás miatt a pályázatból szeretnénk beszerzni. A programozáshoz, és a szabásminták szerkesztéséhez 2 db lap-topot szeretnénk vásárolni 150.000 Ft/db, összesen 300.000 Ft. értékben. Az automatizálás egy termék elkészülési idejét lerövidíti, azaz egy munkaóra alatt több produktumot állítunk elő. A létrejött munkaállomásokon a célcsoport feladata lesz a gépek kezelése, gépbeállítás, varrás és egyéb segédmunkás feladatok pl. csomagolás, kiszállítás, raktározás. A piacra jutás biztosításához szükséges eszközök, honlapfejlesztés: Az induláshoz, vevői kör bővítéséhez folyamatos marketing megjelenést tervezünk, melynek része az arculati elemek elkészítése és a marketing eszközök legyártása (termékkatalógus, kampányok, 2 vásáron, kiállításon való részvétel. Üzletkötőt (értékesítési vezetőt) kívánunk alkalmazni, részben a megbízókkal való személyes kapcsolattartás miatt, másrészt az új megrendelők felkutatásában is fontosnak tartjuk a személyes kontaktust. A láthatóságot honlap létrehozásával, és termékkatalógussal kívánjuk biztosítani, ami a referenciáinkat és a minőségi munkát fogja bemutatni, valamint a társadalmilag hozzáadott értéket hangsúlyozni, amit szövetkezetünk képvisel.
